Across whole show

In the first episode, Michael and Dwight are in the conference room about to announce the posible downsizing. When Dwight says, "I give you permission," you can see, outside the conference room on the back wall near the map, a boom and camera man's shadow. [You can see the camera crew on purpose. The camera crew there is OK because they are documenting all the people in the office. Thats why the charcters are having confessions and are talking into the camera all the time.]

In the episode "The Indury," at the beginning of the episode they show a shot of Angela talking to Kevin by Stanley's desk. But then the scene cuts to Pam answering the phone near Jim, and Angela is suddenly at her desk. There is no way in that amount of time Angela could walk over to her desk. [Most TV shows don't run in real time, we don't know how much later the phone call takes place, Angela had plenty of time to walk to her desk.]

In the episode "A Benihana Christmas" Pt.1, at the beginning of the episode when Dwight brings in the dead goose, they have a shot of Ryan who has candy in his mouth, but the camera cuts to Dwight, then back to Ryan, and the candy is gone. [It is possible that Ryan just swallowed the candy in those moments offscreen.]

In the episode "Safety Training", Darryl says the warehouse has never gone a full year without an injury. However, previously in "Boys and Girls" a board is shown giving the number of days without an accident as over a year. [This could have been a character mistake.]

In "The Alliance", Pam says that the next office birthday is Meredith's, but it isn't until the next month. Later, in "Survivor Man", it is said that Meredith's birthday is at the end of 'Birthday Month', when many employees have birthdays close together. It wouldn't be possible for Meredith's birthday to both be both the next office birthday but also at the end of the following month, which is stated to have many other birthdays in it. [This could have been a character mistake.]

In "Office Olympics", Dwight says the only bathroom on his farm is under the porch. Later, in "Money", Mose is shown using an outhouse. [Dwight might have not considered the outhouse a "real" bathroom because it only has a toilet and no plumbing.]
