Arrested Development (2003) - 38 mistakes in entire show

Continuity: In "The Cabin Show" when Michael runs into Barry in Reno, the envelope Barry is holding (containing money and a passport for George, Sr.) changes from a manila color to plain white.

Continuity: In the roof of the model home, George Michael hugs Lindsay while packing his belongings. In the shot where we see Michael watching them, they are standing apart, but in the following shot they are hugging again.

Visible crew/equipment: On the boat when George Bluth Sr. says something about the SEC if you look in his glasses you can see a camera man in the reflection.

Continuity: When Michael goes to the fridge just after giving George Michael his promotion, a glass appears in Michael's hand instantly between shots.

Continuity: When Lindsay has just returned home and is placing the flowers she has bought into a vase, we see her remove the flowers from the shopping bag and place them on the kitchen worktop. A few shots later, the flowers have moved back into the bag and we see Lindsay remove them again.

Continuity: When Michael removes the paper bag from the fridge with the note on saying, 'Dead dove, do not eat', the handwriting and layout of words on the note changes when shown from a different camera angle.

Continuity: In the scene where the four siblings are at the model home discussing their mother, Linday's coat keeps changing position on the sofa.

Continuity: When Tobias is directing the play, he slams his folder down on the floor just in front of his chair. A few seconds later the folder has moved and is now facing in a different direction and is several feet away from the chair.

Continuity: When Tobias meets with the school principal, the number of bites taken from the principal's sandwich changes between shots.

Continuity: At the rehearsal for the play, when Steve Holt is called up to the stage to play Beatrice, his jacket disappears between shots without him having time to take it off.

Continuity: When the two Lucilles are talking at the bar, the position of Lucille Bluth's drink on the bar changes between shots.

Continuity: When Michael is sorting through the pile of mail, just before the doorbell rings, we see him place the same green envelope on the table twice.

Continuity: Just after Gob snatches Michael's sandwich away, Michael is left with just a few torn pieces of napkin. Seconds later he has what appears to be a whole napkin in his hand again.

Continuity: When Michael and Marta are talking in the doorway at the hospital, the position of Marta's handbag straps changes between shots. Sometimes both straps sit over her shoulder, whilst in other shots one strap is slipping down her arm.

Continuity: When Lindsay and Michael are talking in the kitchen we see Lindsay start to remove her sunglasses. The shot changes and the sunglasses are now off, but are not in her hand or on the counter.

Continuity: In the shots of the newspaper clipping about Tobias, the caption under his photo differs between the close up and the shot of the whole article.

Continuity: When Kitty and Michael are talking about the car, Kitty is holding a black folder/clipboard. A second later she is now holding a beige folder in front of it.

Continuity: When George Michael throws away the banana, the rubbish bin vanishes from the top of the counter instantly, when the camera angle changes.

Continuity: When Gob and Michael are in front of the banana stand, we see George Michael in the background putting a prepared banana on the counter. The shot changes and he has suddenly moved and is still finishing preparing the banana.

Continuity: When Gob is visiting his Dad in prison, we see his Dad pick up the coffee cup from the table twice from different camera angles without putting it down in between.

Continuity: When Kitty is telling Michael that his mother is on the phone, she is holding the telephone receiver up to her ear, but when the camera angle changes she has the receiver held down by the desk.

Visible crew/equipment: You can briefly see part of a camera and camera man at the right of the screen after Tobias and the counselor finish their "scene" during therapy.

Continuity: When George Michael is visiting George Senior in prison, the level of drink in the cup on the table increases between shots.

Continuity: After the chase, when Michael, George Sr. and Gob all fall to the ground, George Sr. rolls as he lands and ends up a couple of feet away from the others. The shot cuts and he is now right next to them.

Continuity: When Lucille and Maebe are talking at the prison, Maebe's scarf is sometimes tucked inside her collar, and sometimes hangs down loose on top of it.

Continuity: At the restaurant, as Lucille is saying "I've been a horrible mother", her hand goes from the base of her wine glass to holding the top of it, instantly between shots.

Continuity: In the opening scene when Lucille is unloading groceries, the paper bag on the table keeps changing from being crumpled to smooth.

Continuity: When Lindsay first visits George Senior in prison, she is wearing a hat. From some angles only one ringlet of hair is sticking out of the hat, but from other angles there are several pieces sticking out.

Continuity: When Michael, Gob and Lindsay are in the kitchen talking about throwing a surprise party for their mother, Michael puts down a can of Sprite on the counter in front of his bag. In the next shot, the can is next to the bag and the coat that was over the bag has also moved, without there being time for anyone to move these items.

Continuity: In the very first scene with Lucille and Michael talking in the kitchen, Lucille is at the cupboard packing away groceries. The shot cuts and she is instantly back at the kitchen counter.

Continuity: When Michael is lying on the couch at his mother's apartment, the blanket covering him hangs over the side of the couch in some shots, but from other angles does not.

Continuity: When Lucille and Michael are talking about Buster, the long black necklace Lucille is wearing keeps moving on its own. Sometimes it is hanging loose, and in other shots it is half tucked behind her blouse.

Continuity: When Lindsay and Michael are talking about Maebe's grades, the test paper that Lindsay just put on the fridge door sits near a note about running out of milk. In the next shot, the items have moved and the test paper is now mostly covering the note.

Continuity: Throughout Gob and Michael's conversation in the kitchen, the sandwich on the counter keeps changing position without being touched.

Revealing: Just after Maggie and Michael leave the courtroom, she calls Justice. As the dog walks into the door, you can see the shadow of the dog's trainer call her to that spot just underneath the doorway.

Audio problem: In the final scenes where Tobias is shooting at the rats you see the shot blasts after each firing of the gun. On the fourth shot there is no visible blast but there is still an audible gunshot when it happens.

Continuity: In Mexico, when Michael and Lindsay talk about Ice the bounty hunter outside the church, there are two people behind them that appear, disappear, and reappear.

Continuity: In the scene where Michael has just taken Lucille number two to Tobias' new club, the shots are obviously taken on different occasions. The collar of his jacket goes from misaligned to correct, his hair goes from ruffed to "done" and the lighting goes from hard and sharp to soft.
