Continuity: Episode 4x11: The man who visit young Locke at his home places a knife on top of a comic book. The position of both objects keeps changing all the time without anyone touching them.

Continuity: Ep. 4-12 "There's no place like home". In the first flashforward, the Oceanic representative talks to the survivors about meeting the press. As she finishes by saying, "See you on the ground", you can see baby Aaron on Kate's lap, and she is holding his left hand in hers down by his side. Cut to a close-up of Kate, and Aaron suddenly has both hands free and is holding them up to his mouth.

Continuity: Season 4 - The Beginning of the End - Hurley is swimming in the ocean. He sees Desmond return with the boat, and by the time he gets out of the ocean and walks over to Desmond and yells, "Where's Charlie?" his shirt is dry with sweat stains on it.

Continuity: Towards the end of the episode, when Locke is preparing to shoot Ben, Ben starts talking about Charlotte and her team. Locke is then holding his gun in his right hand, and holding Ben with his left. As Ben is saying "Because I know what they're doing here", there is an angle change, and Locke is suddenly holding his gun with both hands.

Continuity: 4-3: When Sayid is in bed with the woman, his position changes depending on the angle.

Continuity: 4-3: When Sayid has shot the man on the golf course, he lowers his arm twice.

Revealing: 4-3: When Sayid closes the woman's eyes in the hotel room, it is clear he doesn't touch her.

Continuity: In Season 4 Episode 4, "Eggtown", when Kate and Sawyer start arguing, Sawyer's hair changes back and forth between shots from being parted to combed back.

Revealing: Episode 4-4 "Eggtown": When Locke is in the basement hallway, he slams Ben's breakfast tray against the wall. The wall moves like it's thin plywood. Odd since basements are either thick wood or concrete over packed earth.

Continuity: When Kate is aiming the gun at Juliet and the other woman, the person she is aiming at changes depending on the angle.

Factual error: When Michael and Tom end their phone conversation, we hear a dial tone. But cell phones do not emit a dial tone when a call is disconnected.
