Plot hole: In "Little Britain Abroad", Marjorie swaps places with another Fat Fighter from somewhere called "Rocksprings" in America. In the first episode, when Marjorie is pushed into a police car by the sheriff, it says "Miami Dade". However, in the second episode, the American Fat Fighter, Blanche, says that she is from Rocksprings, Texas, not Miami.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene with the hypnotist, when the waiter comes over, the boom mic is visible on top of the screen.
Continuity: When Marjorie is guessing Pat's weight at Fat Fighters, her hand goes from by her side to up in the air between shots.
Continuity: When Marjorie reveals the word "Cravings" written on the board, the appearance of the word and the size of dot above it changes.
Continuity: During the scene with Jeremy and Dennis, the pens in the pot on Jeremy's desk keep changing position between shots.
Visible crew/equipment: When Lou comes into the living room to where Andy is, as he comes in, the boom mic pole can be seen moving away on the right of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: When Officer Lindsay takes Sam Bailey to his 'Police car/Driving Instructor car' you can see the boom microphone reflected in the
windshield, as the camera moves past it.
Continuity: When Mr. Cleeves throws down the booklet he is holding before he sits down, it lands on a red book on his desk. In the next shot the
booklet is now sitting on an open textbook, next to the red book.
Continuity: During the morning briefing between Sebastian and the Prime Minister, the position of the silk sheet draped over the side of the sofa keeps on changing.
Audio problem: When Sam Bailey is getting his driving lesson from the policeman, they both stand next to the car and we hear "Get in, soft lad." The policemans lips are moving although it is Sam's voice.
Continuity: When the Prime Minister's wife asks if he has seen her ear rings, he scratches his head. When it cuts, both his hands are holding on to the file.
Season 1 Episode 3 (season 1, episode 3)
Continuity: When Bernard Chumley is talking to Joe, the teacup on the right hand side moves to behind the teapot when it was originally seen in full view.
Continuity: When Miss Grace is typing out Dame Sally Markham's novel, the position of the typewriters platen keeps changing.
Audio problem: When Bernard Chumley askes Joe who else he wrote a letter to, we hear Joe say "Um, well" but we can see that he is still eating a crisp and that his mouth isn't moving.
Continuity: When Kenny Craig is playing Scrabble with his Mum in hospital, the scrabble bag keeps changing from laying flat to standing more upright and the pen also keeps moving.
Continuity: When Dafyyd and Myfanwy are talking about what things gay people can do, keep an eye on Dafyyd's drink. In one shot, it is half full, and then it cuts to a close-up of him and when it cuts back, it's nearly empty.
Factual error: When we see the rack of letters Kenny Craig has when he is playing scrabble with his mum, he has 3 "Y"s. There are only 2 letter Y's in the game Scrabble.
Season 1 Episode 4 (season 1, episode 4)
Deliberate "mistake": In the scene where Peter Andre and his producer watch the footage of the royal family, in the background you can see princess Diana and the queen mother who had both unfortunately passed away before Little Britain was made. They had to use the old footage but it is still a mistake.
Revealing: When the old man has a heart attack at the opera, watch as the paramedic puts the whole box of tic-tacs in his mouth, he obviously doesn't put them in his mouth but down the side of his cheek/face.
Season 1 Episode 5 (season 1, episode 5)
Continuity: When Vicky is called into the governess' office for biting Jackie Hayes, the pen on the governess' book keeps changing position.
Continuity: When Edward reveals the blackboard, there are two circles drawn on the board, with nothing between them. In the next shot there gap between them is filled in.
Plot hole: When the Prime Minister is getting his morning briefing from Sebastian, why does the PM's wife come in with his dinner suit telling him to get ready? He has quite a while till dinner.
Continuity: When Des Kaye is talking to Kieran in the DIY store kitchen, Kieran's dungaree strap keeps changing position on his shoulder.
Season 1 Episode 6 (season 1, episode 6)
Continuity: When we see Marjorie in the supermarket, her trolley is absolutely overloaded with items. In the next shot when she turns the aisle, her cart is only half full.
Audio problem: When the pianist is playing the piano in the Albert Hall, and then says he forgot to set his video, his fingers do not match up with what we hear.
Continuity: When Sandra and Ralph talk to the theater audtioner, the position of the newspaper the auditioner is holding keeps on changing between shots.
Continuity: When Des Kaye bumps into his former boss Robin Dee and Dicky Bubble in the DIY store, the can of paint on top of the stack keeps on changing direction.
Continuity: When the man walks into the boardroom, he starts putting cereal boxes out. The "Sugar Poofs" box is behind the "Golden Graeme" box, but in one shot it has jumped in front of it.
Continuity: When Dennis Waterman puts the small cactus ornament back onto the office table, it keeps on changing it whereabouts on the table.
Continuity: When Dennis Waterman enters his Manager's office, there is a pot of pens on the table. During shots throughout the scene, the pens keep on changing position.
Season 1 Episode 7 (season 1, episode 7)
Continuity: In the Daffyd sketch, Daffyd has two nipple piercings. As those other gay men come through the door and he pushes them back, his right nipple ring has moved up his body - obviously a clip on. It stays there for a few moments, until the next shot where it's back on his nipple, with no time to put it back on.
Continuity: In the sketch where Lou is about to paint Andy's bedroom, in the first wide shot, as Lou picks up the red paint, there is a paint tray, with two rollers and two brushes in it. Then when it cuts, the two rollers are now laying on the floor, and aren't in the tray.
Continuity: The boy and his proud mum are auditioning for a movie. In the corner of the screen, a boy in a green shirt walks into the room. Then the boy gets up from his seat, and then boy in the green shirt is back again talking to his dad.
Continuity: In the Matthew Waterhouse sketch with the board games, he starts to play "Milk Round" and he has tipped many items on the table including a green circle sharpener. It is over by the pencil tin in wide shots but in close shots it is near the salesman's arm.
Season 1 Episode 8 (season 1, episode 8)
Revealing: When Marjorie is telling the Fat Fighters how to lose weight, the inspector tells Marjorie to get on the scales, but Marjorie starts taking her clothes off. Just after she slams her shirt on the floor, you can see an angle down her bra and you can see a pillow under her bra to make it look as though she has breasts.
Season 2 Episode 1 (season 2, episode 1)
Continuity: In the sketch with the Prime Minister, when Sebastian brings over the chocolate fingers, a shot before he brings them over there is nothing on the table. When Sebastian puts them on the table suddenly a cup has appeared. He did not bring over a cup and put it on the table, just the plate.
Deliberate "mistake": Andy is watching TV, when Bruce (presenter of Bruce's price is right) is calling out for contestants he shouts out three names (Helen Hunt, Akshai Vikoria and Andy Pipkin). However, when we see the contestants - there are four and Bruce says "You are the first four contestants on the price is right" even though only three people were called out.
Continuity: When Miss DeVere gets into the tanning bed she has no goggles on, but when she gets out she has blue goggles on.
Continuity: When we see Maggie and Judy walking up to the table of jams, on the right is the breakfast marmalade which is far from the blue line, however, when we see Judy pick it up, it has moved close to the blue line.
Revealing: When Lou and Andy are in the pub we see a closeup of a person's hands on a slot machine. It is obviously in Demo mode because every button is flashing. This does not happen when you are playing for real.
Continuity: In the first Andy and Lou sketch, when Andy sees the intro to 'The Price Is Right', there is a cup in front of him. However in the next shot Lou brings one over and it is the same one in the same position as in the first shot. Obviously the second shot was filmed first.
Visible crew/equipment: In the first sketch with Vicky Pollard, when she is escorted out by the guard at the shopping centre, crewmembers are visible in the shop windows throughout the scene.
Continuity: In the scene where Daffyd tells his Mum and Dad that he is gay, his mum starts polishing his red belt, then irons an item of clothing. In the very next shot, however, the iron is resting on the ironing board, without her having time to put it down.
Revealing: When Maggie vomits into her cup it is obvious that it is spilling from her chin rather than her mouth.
Season 2 Episode 2 (season 2, episode 2)
Continuity: When a rollerskating Vicky is talking to Bethany and Karl about Christina Aguilera, between back and front shots of Bethany's head there is either a breeze blowing Bethany's stray hair or her hair is neat and still.
Season 2 Episode 3 (season 2, episode 3)
Continuity: In the sketch with Kenny Craig, just after his mother brings in the sugar, the pot of sugar is quite close to the cups of tea. However in the next shot when Kenny hypnotises her and makes her not watch Songs of Praise, the sugar pot is now further away from the cups of tea.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the episode, just before Andy lifts up the car, the reflection of the boom mic can be seen on the car.
Season 2 Episode 4 (season 2, episode 4)
Continuity: In the scene with Marjorie Dawes the chocolate eclairs move position and turn upside down near the end.
Season 2 Episode 5 (season 2, episode 5)
Continuity: When Viv is examining the suspects of the bank robbery, the third man she sees (the first one to be "gawgeous") has a light grey shirt when seen from the back. But when he is seen from the front, he has on a dark grey shirt.
Revealing: When Bubbles rips her wig off, her face is obviously paler than the top of her head, due to the fat-suit Matt Lucas was wearing.
Season 2 Episode 6 (season 2, episode 6)
Continuity: During the Dennis Waterman sketch, when the camera is behind Jeremy Rent a tissue is sticking out of the tissue box on his desk, but from behind Dennis there is no tissue sticking out.
Revealing: Just before Andy pushes Francesca down the stairs in her wheelchair, we see Lou walking down the steps, and they are quite steep. However, when Francesca goes down the stairs in her wheelchair she doesn't have much of a bumpy ride, despite the steps. A ramp was put there - you may need to look very carefully and you see it pop up slightly from the steps. [A reasonable way to prevent injury but it is still a mistake.]
All of series 3 (season 3)
Visible crew/equipment: In episode 3, when Maggie is throwing up at the parrot, you can see the pole they use.
Plot hole: Series 3 - Episode 6.
There is no train station in Llandewi Breffi.
Deliberate "mistake": In Episode 4, when Maggie's dog is throwing up on the smaller, Chinese dog, you can tell that the latter is just a dummy.
Continuity: After Sebastian is done singing "You are beautiful," one of the parliament members says, "Can we get him working for us?" while putting his glasses in his pocket. When it cuts he is wearing the glasses.
Season 3 Episode 1 (season 3, episode 1)
Continuity: When Emily and Florence go into the pharmacy, they are shown to be by the seaside. But when in the pharmacy, the windows show that outside is a terraced row of houses.
