Night Of The Living Dummy II (season 1, episode 10)
Continuity: After Slappy's head is smashed off, the position of the broken face on the floor changes.
Visible crew/equipment: In a wide shot of Slappy about to smash the guitar on the parents you can see that he is propped up on a stand.
Continuity: When Amy's parents are talking to her while she eats breakfast, the whipped cream can sitting on the table moves between shots.
Say Cheese And Die (season 1, episode 15)
Continuity: When Joey and Mickey are walking down the street and Greg and Bird see them, Bird says Mickey's last name as "Knotts" when addressing him. However, in the credit sequence, Mickey's name has been changed to "Ward".
Attack Of The Mutant (1) (season 2, episode 2)
Plot hole: Skipper spots the Masked Mutant's headquarters the first time he goes past. He then goes back the next day, and the headquarters have vanished. He then goes back a third time, and the headquarters aren't there yet again. However Skipper says "How can it be. It was right here yesterday," although it wasn't.
Continuity: When Skipper and Libby are in the elevator, before it crashes to the floor, Libby backs up right against the wall. In the next shot as the elevator doors open, she is standing in the centre of the elevator.
Attack Of The Mutant (2) (season 2, episode 3)
Continuity: As Skipper is untying the ropes from The Galloping Gazelle's body, the ropes change position and the one by his neck (dis)appears.
The Scarecrow Walks At Midnight (season 2, episode 14)
Visible crew/equipment: In one long shot, a scarecrow is shown walking past doors and windows, trying to break into the house. As the scarecrow nears the only open-draped window, the camera operator is reflected in it. The reflection appears for a short second, only to be blocked out by the scarecrow's bulky figure.
Night of the Living Dummy III (2) (season 2, episode 25)
Revealing: When all the dummys are set up in Zane's room, you can see in many shots that what is meant to be Zane as a dummy is a complete human.
A Shocker On Shock Street (season 3, episode 1)
Visible crew/equipment: Strings are visible on the bats which attack Marty and Erin.

Continuity: The moon changes phases during the night that Chris goes into the house. First it's a full moon, then it's a waxing crescent.

Continuity: When Tom and Jon have grown older the next morning and are talking to Aunt Dalia, she wears a headband with two straps hanging down over her right shoulder, which keep changing position from in front / behind the shoulder.
The Barking Ghost (season 3, episode 7)
Revealing: The rocks and tree trunks bend and give way under the weight of Cooper, after he and Fergie are pushed into the cave in the ground.
Continuity: The small twig in Fergie's hair disappears and reappears randomly, after her and Cooper are pushed into the cave in the ground.
Strained Peas (season 3, episode 17)
Continuity: The size and shape of the stain on Nicholas' shirt after he falls into the spillage, changes.
Chillogy (1): Squeal Of Fortune (season 3, episode 19)
Continuity: Just before Jessica goes and asks the woman with the pram if she'd like some lemonade, we see Nicki put the plastic cups down beside the 'Cash' box. In the next shot of Jessica talking to the woman, the cups are on the other side of the table. They're back in their original place in the next shot.
Continuity: After the lady who buys three cups of lemonade pays Jessica, she closes her purse twice.
Continuity: When Karl presents Jessica with the lemonade sachet, he changes from holding it at the top, to the side, then back and forth again.
Visible crew/equipment: Whenever people walk by cars, for example Jessica and Karl after they first meet, crew is reflected in them.
