Dead in the Water
Continuity: When the police officer gets hit by the dead woman's husband with a baseball bat, the police officer pulls his gun on the man from the ground and points it at his genitals. Then a series of different shots of him doing this is shown. From the shot in front of the officer, you can tell he's a few feet away from the man, but from the side shot his gun is less than an inch away from him.
