Continuity: In the lab scene near the end, when Monk has the electric wheel chair, Natalie is holding the bottle of pills in her right hand and the drink in her left hand when she gets up from the seat. In the next shot she is holding the drink in her left hand and the pills in her right.

Continuity: In "Mr. Monk on Wheels," when Monk is trying to get out of the Captain's car, Randy is trying to get his wheelchair out of the trunk. In the shots from the rear of the car, Randy is directly behind the vehicle. In the shots from the front, Randy is a few feet away.

Continuity: When Monk and Natalie are arguing at Monk's apartment, Natalie is wearing a ponytail. However, when the scene cuts to them standing in Fendle's hotel room, Natalie's ponytail is gone, and does not reappear for the rest of the episode. It's the same day, however, since she's still wearing the same dark black coat in both scenes. The most likely explanation is that the scene in Monk's apartment was filmed concurrently with Natalie's scenes in "Mr. Monk Makes the Playoffs" - the black-collared shirt Natalie is wearing in the second half of the episode appears to be the same one she wears in the previous episode, where her hair is in a ponytail for most of her scenes.

Continuity: When Monk and Brian face off with the bear, there are two tree stumps in between. When the camera is on the bear, he's close to the stumps and Monk and Brian are several feet away. In the reverse angle shot, though, Monk and Brian are close to the stumps and the bear is several feet away.
