Audio problem: At the start, the car stops at the gas station (weirdly far from the pumps, for a start). Grooms talks to Monk then walks to the back holding the nozzle, stretching the hose taut, despite no filler cap on that side of the car. We cut to Monk, and we hear a clunk of Grooms attaching the nozzle (to what?). Later Grooms is still holding the nozzle, and as Monk goes inside Grooms is just wandering around aimlessly holding it.
Mr. Monk and the Earthquake - S1-E11
Audio problem: Sharona and Benjy are forbidden access to their damaged apartment building. The policeman tells them to call a certain emergency number, but when he says this, his lips aren't moving. (00:11:00)
Mr. Monk and the Panic Room - S3-E2
Audio problem: When Darwin is screaming at the bald landlord, his mouth isn't always moving.
Mr. Monk Is on the Run (2) - S6-E16
Audio problem: Toward the end of the episode, Mr. Monk runs out to stop the Governor's car before it crosses the banner and blows up. The first time that he yells out that "There is a bomb", you can see that Mr. Monk's mouth is not moving to say those words.
Mr. Monk and the Employee of the Month - S3-E7
Audio problem: The audio of the victim screaming is repeated. The "Oh! Help! Help!" sounds the same twice. (00:02:05)

Audio problem: "Mr. Monk Goes Camping": When Monk sees the bear, his scream is too-obviously dubbed over with a woman's voice. (In all the previews and commercials for this episode, however, he's shown screaming in his own voice.) (00:27:05)

Audio problem: When Monk finally turns around at the funeral to tell the old man behind him to be quiet, you can still hear the man coughing. But the man's face is still, and his mouth is not open, and he isn't making the sound.
Mr. Monk and the Astronaut - S4-E14
Audio problem: When the astronaut is speaking and we hear "I made a mistake, Captain. Five years ago," his lips don't match what we hear him saying. (00:11:10)
Mr. Monk and the Lady Next Door - S7-E12
Audio problem: Two words near the beginning of Monk and Marge's dinner conversation are audibly spliced. When Marge says "what does a", the word "a" is cut off at the beginning; and when Monk says "detective does" in his response, the end of the word "does" is cut off during the s. (00:15:15)
Audio problem: When Natalie is saying "it" in the phrase "I still don't hear it", her voice sounds different than in the rest of the sentence, as it was audibly spliced in two. They used two different takes and combined them. (00:03:45)
Mr. Monk and the Red Herring - S3-E10
Audio problem: In the last line of the episode, the end of the word "spider" that Natalie is saying is cut off. It sounds like "spi." (00:42:05)
Suggested correction: I just watched the scene and I hear the whole word "spider."
Mr. Monk Takes Manhattan - S3-E1
Audio problem: The captain can be seen speaking, but no audio of him is heard. (00:14:10)
Mr. Monk Goes to the Hospital - S5-E16
Audio problem: When Monk is saying "motive" in the phrase "this one had a motive", the word is spliced in two, as they used two different takes and combined them. Very robotic. (00:28:55)
Mr. Monk Goes Camping - S8-E12
Audio problem: At the beginning of Season 8 Episode 12, the round analog dial clock on Monk's nightstand beeps like a battery operated digital travel clock would, and Monk looks over at it. But in Season 8 Episode 16 (at about 38 minutes), that very same clock has a bell type ring that one would expect of a wind up analog dial type clock. (00:01:00 - 00:38:00)
