Plot hole: Sally Rogers appears on the Stevie Parsons show which is a late night talk show, the next morning she receives letters from as far away as Hawaii... the US mail isn't that fast.
To Tell or Not to Tell (season 1, episode 8)
Plot hole: In this episode Sally asks Rob if he has a brother, Rob says "Yes, but he is married." However his brother Stacy becomes engaged later in the series, in episodes "Stacy Petrie Part 1 and 2."
The Ghost of A. Chantz (season 4, episode 3)
Factual error: In the scene Laura and Sally are about to go to the bedroom, Buddy and Rob are going to sleep in the living room of the haunted cabin. Rob and Laura tell Buddy and Sally things like how he steals the pillow and he takes all the covers at home. However at home, they sleep in twin beds so they shouldn't know such things. This is true. However, they do have a son. They had to share a bed at least once in their marriage.
Romances, Roses, and Rye Bread (season 4, episode 7)
Continuity: When Sally lets Burt into her apartment, her hand is on her forehead and then all of a sudden it's down by her side.
