I Dream of Jeannie (1965) - 14 mistakes in entire show
These mistakes are currently being ordered by rating.
My Master the Magician (season 1, episode 29)
The Moving Finger (season 1, episode 9)
Revealing: Just before Jeannie makes it rain on Tony, the device used for the effect can be seen along the top of the screen, moving from the right to just above Tony's head.
Ride 'Em Astronaut (season 4, episode 15)
Continuity: Akins is holding his hat with both hands when he's introduced to Jeannie. A subsequent close-up shows him wearing it. The very next shot shows him holding it again.
Audio problem: While Jeannie and Roger are talking in the grocery store, the food cans in Roger's hands hit each other with a hollow thud, revealing that they're both empty.
Operation: First Couple on the Moon (season 3, episode 25)
Continuity: Tony goes from wearing a casual jacket to wearing his NASA uniform in the middle of a conversation with Jeannie.
Here Comes Bootsie Nightingale (season 3, episode 10)
Visible crew/equipment: The shadow of the boom mike is visible on the right side of the doorframe when Mrs. Bellows is talking to Roger.
Meet My Master's Mother (season 3, episode 9)
Revealing: The "ocean" behind Tony and his mother is a painted backdrop; the waves aren't moving.
Jeannie, the Hip Hippie (season 3, episode 6)
Deliberate "mistake": Phil Spector is credited as having played "Steve Davis", but that name is never used in the episode; he is instead addressed by his real name.
There Goes the Bride (season 2, episode 27)
Continuity: At the same instant Jeannie blinks herself into a bridal gown, the drawer in the table in the foreground pops open and remains open.
There Goes the Best Genie I Ever Had (season 2, episode 22)
Revealing: After Jeannie appears in a puff of blue smoke, she waves her hands to disperse it. As she does, the blue light used to color the smoke is reflected off her arms.
Revealing: When Jeannie floats into the bedroom, the device she is sitting on is partially visible.
Guess What Happened on the Way to the Moon? (season 1, episode 3)
Revealing: During the episode Tony and Roger are dropped in the desert to see how they can survive for a week. At one point Tony orders Jeannie to stop interfering. She pops out and Tony spots a "large cat" up on a rock. Close up of the cat, shot of Tony picks up rock, shot of cat leaping. You can see a rope tied to the cat.
My Master, the Author (season 2, episode 16)
Continuity: The envelope that is slid under the door turns 90 degrees between the time it's first shown and when Jeannie picks it up.
Across whole show
Plot hole: When Jeannie and Tony were going to get married Jeannie said she could not be photographed. But in earlier episodes she could.
