At the very end, where Zack is shooting himself in the head to donate a heart to Max, he gets her designation wrong. He says 'X5-599, I have a heart for you'. Max's designation is X5-452. [Zack's designation is X5-599. He was saying that "I, Zack, have a heart for you (mine)."]

In many times over the show, especially noticeable in tis episode, Max does not have the barcode on her neck. [It is stated later in the series that although they can have the barcodes removed they always come back.]

Max says she broke into the Italian embassy to get olive oil. She lives in Seattle and the Italian embassy is in Washington, DC, across the country. I really doubt she managed to travel several thousand miles considering how tightly policed travel is between sectors and regions. [Seattle has an office of the Italian Trade Commision which is a branch of their embassy - see www.italyemb.org.]
