Mistake Revealing: Abe Lassen's hair color changes throughout the episode.

Armand's Hammer (season 5, episode 4)

Mistake Continuity: During the scene with commercials, when Stewart is talking to Benny while on a treadmill, he is reading a book which he closes at one point. As the shot changes back and forth, the book binding is facing his right hand, then his left and tips down slightly, then goes back again.

All of series 6 (season 6)

Mistake Continuity: In season 2's "Divorce with extreme prejudice", Douglas Brackman has two children; in Season 6, he only has one child.

God is My Co-Counsel (season 8, episode 14)

Mistake Factual error: Early in the episode it was established that Rosalie and Benny are to be married on Saturday. When the ruling is being announced on Halliday's case in the courtroom, she tells her father that they have to get ready to go to a wedding in a little while, meaning that they are in court on Saturday. Court is held Monday-Friday.

Mistake Audio problem: When Benny is talking to Rosalie and his friend who hired the band shortly before the wedding, Benny's mouth movements don't match the sound.
