Continuity: When Peggy brings "Ol' Spanky" to class for the first time, the writing on the blackboard has quite a bit of space to the right of the blackboard. As she is telling of Joseph, the second blackboard is almost right next to the first blackboard and the first blackboard doesn't have the writing on it anymore.

Continuity: After Hank and Bobby return from La Grunta, Hank parks the car halfway into the garage. Yet when Peggy washes the blood from the deer off the front of the truck, the truck is now on the driveway and not near the garage.

Plot hole: In this episode, Hank meets his paternal half brother. They look alike. However, we saw in an earlier episode that Hank's facial structure takes after his mother, not his father. Since they are paternal half brothers, then the Japanese brother cannot look like Hank since he has a different mother.

Continuity: When Hank takes Connie to the doctors, he is in the waiting room. After Connie and the doctor come out they open the two doors and stand in front of the doors. Towards the end of the scene as the doctor is about to leave them, they have all moved far a short distance from the left of the doors.

Continuity: When Dale is meeting Joubert, you can see Lilly (blonde girl)is to his right. Next shot, she is on the other side of Joubert and next to the other girls.

Continuity: As Coach Sauers is making them run up and down the stands you can see Bobby with all the mud on his face and body just reaching the bottom of the stand and then in the very next shot hes all of a sudden reaching the top of the stands with Joseph.

Continuity: (Episode 9-13: Gone With the Windstorm) Just after Dale, Nancy and Peggy get past the police blockade in the news van there is an overhead shot of the van and you can see Dale doesn't have his fake moustache on anymore. The next shot he is taking off the fake moustache.

Continuity: As Hank is having his discussion with Cotton in the Casino you can see Cotton's red (playing) chips in front of him. In one shot Hank stands up and the angle shows Cotton from over Hank's shoulder and the red chips look black and badly damaged. The next shot from the same angle the chips are back to being red and completely fine.

Continuity: When Dale is finishing showing his mower after first getting it, it moves between shots. It goes from being right next to Dale to being a good few feet to his right.

Continuity: When Luanne gets home from work at the start of the episode, Bobby is waiting for her to get the food she brings home. She puts the duck shaped bag on his tray with the beak of it facing Bobby. The next shot its facing the other way.

Deliberate "mistake": (Season 9 - Episode 8 Mutual of Omabwah) Why wouldn't Hank just use a credit card to cover the outstanding payment he owes on his insurace? It was established in the episode Rich Hank, Poor Hank that Hank has an emergency credit card and could easily use that and would be covered immediately. His panic over not having insurance would outweigh any problems he might have with using his credit card and the fact that he is dealing with an insurance company there is no conceivable way they wouldn't accept a credit card or ask if he has a credit card to cover the payment. The mistake seems to be deliberate as it sets the story up for Hank going somewhat over the edge with protecting the house.

Continuity: Bobby takes a bite of his brownie and leaves most of it on his tray when he starts to get up and the teacher comes over to talk about his attitude. A few seconds later, when he and Joseph start slamming their trays on the table, the brownie is gone.

Continuity: When Cotton is trying to use the circular saw on the car dealer, the extension plug it's connected to gets disconnected around half way onto the alley road. The next shot its moved to just past the driveway, and the following shot it's now moved to about halfway down the driveway.

Factual error: When Nate goes to see Hank to show the incriminating photos of Bobby watering the lawn you can see Nate's car has orange tinting on his front headlight. Front headlights cannot contain any color tinting and must be clear. The car is an expensive looking car. I doubt he wanted to change the tinting of it either.

Continuity: In the episode we see the door to the boiler room (where Peggy's computer is) the door opens outwards into the hallway. Later in the episode she comes in to the room to check on some of her printings she was doing overnight. In this scene she opens it inwards. This wouldn't be possible as the door has a knob meaning it wouldn't be a two-way door.

Continuity: After the dolphin encounter, Hank has water dripping his face. In the very next shot when the camera guy is talking to him and Luanne, the water suddenly stops dripping. The shots were too quick for it to stop that suddenly.

Other: When Peggy strikes Bill in the head in the softball game, he gets hit on the left side of his head. Later in the scene he is using an ice bag on his head but he's icing the other side.

Continuity: During Peggy's visit to Megamart she meets one of her fellow teachers when she is about to go down one of the aisles. When the shot shows Peggy talking, you can now see the aisle of products is now behind her even though she didn't move. At the end of the conversation, Peggy gives the woman a pin and the two of them have now moved again and are at the very end of the aisle that Peggy started in.

Continuity: During the scene where Peggy still finds insects over the tomatoes, she goes to show Hank one of the tomatoes. As she is showing the tomato it has around six or seven flies buzzing around it. The next shot shows Peggy from behind still holding the tomato, and you can see there is not one fly around the tomato anymore.

Continuity: In the final classroom scene when Peggy has a mace, she swings it very hard and rips off the cartoon paper on the map of Europe. It then goes to a quick shot of the class and back to her in less than a second. Yet she is now holding the mace steady in her hand, even though you wouldn't be able to stop a mace that soon after swinging it that quickly. The cartoon paper she ripped off has also disappeared.
