Continuity: When Carter first starts to confront the drunk patients Angel and Nathan, the door to their room is open behind him. Angel falls to the floor and the shot shows the door is now closed. The shot goes back to Angel laughing and the door is ajar again. Then it's closed again, and then open when Susan comes into the room. All this happens within a few seconds.

Continuity: Coop (new resident) has to have a dressing put on his face while a burn victim is being treated. In a later scene, he's assisting treating another patient and the dressing is gone. But a few minutes later, the patient dies and Coop's dressing is back.
