Continuity mistake: The clock showing London time is 12.15 when Emma is captured. Shortly after, the ticker timer goes off, it looks like almost 5 or 6 o'clock. But the ticker message is timed at 12.15. A short time later, after the escape, it shows 10.40.
Plot hole: The bad guy somehow knows what is going to happen (via the sketches) even though the events haven't happened yet, like knowing Mrs Peel was going to show up at Pool's mansion in that catsuit and hat, and that the scenes were going to play out like the sketches.

Continuity mistake: When Steed first spies the satchel full of money in Unwen's flat, the bills are stacked flat in horizontal piles. But in the next shot, the currency bundles are vertical and tilted at an angle. (00:36:50)
