Continuity: When Louis is telling his family that he has joined the track team, Donny first has the salad bowl beside him, the shot cuts to Louis holding the bowl and putting salad in his plate, then cuts to Donny handing Louis the salad bowl, where Louis puts salad onto an empty plate.

Continuity: When Donnie climbs and lays on his new cannopy bed made by Louis, he puts his arms up to relax. But in the next shot, his arms are down.

Continuity: At the end, when Beans walks into the room Louis' hands are tied in his lap. In the next shot of Louis, his hands are tied behind the chair.

Revealing: During the song "Sixth Period", while Coach Tugnut is "running" on the treadmill, if you watch the treadmill, you'll notice that it isn't actually moving at all.

Other: During the yard sale, in the first shot of Donnie's area where he has all his sports stuff, the sign behind him reads "Donny's Corner". "Donnie" is misspelled here. In all the shots after this one, there are sneakers, or some other equipment hanging over the "y's", hiding the spelling mistake.

Continuity: Right after Mason says 'And we always get our book,' a car drives behind him. The shot changes to Louis, Twitty, and Beans, and the car doesn't drive past.

Revealing: When Louis and Beans fall from the sky on the bike, if you look carefully, you will see that they're both dummies.

Revealing: When Mason is chasing the bike, the bike is going slow enough so that Mason should be able to catch it.
