Continuity: When the Villains send their cronies (for example, Putties, Tengu Warriors, Cogs, Piranhatrons, etc.), their numbers constantly change from when they arrive, to when they leave.

Trivia
In the Japanese version of the show, there was no Pink Ranger - hence there only being a Red, Black, Blue, Yellow, and White Shogunzord. The Cranezord was originally designed for the White Ranger (who, in the Japanese version, was female), and the Falconzord was an entirely different Zord. See more...
Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (1993) - 101 mistakes in entire show
These mistakes are currently being ordered by rating.
Across whole show
Revealing: In SPD Episode "Sam Part 1" (13-7), when the Ranger first yells "SPD emergency," a piece of Jack's Morpher breaks off.
All of series 1 (season 1)
Revealing: When one of Rita's monsters tears a building apart, the buildings are completely hollow, and nothing more than 6 pieces of Styrofoam stuck together to look like a building.
Across whole show
Continuity: When the Rangers morph, the clothes they are wearing don't match what they have been wearing that episode - this also applies to hair.
Green With Evil (1): Out of Control (season 1, episode 17)
Continuity: Up until Green No More in Series 2 (where the Green Ranger powers are destroyed), the Green Rangers overshield constantly changes between solid-looking metal to flimsy-looking cotton.
Across whole show
Continuity: In the 12 series (Power Rangers Dino Thunder), in the episode "White Thunder Part 3", The Red Ranger throws his blaster to the ground whilst fighting the White Ranger. In the wide shot, the blaster disappears.
The Power of Gold (season 4, episode 27)
Continuity: When the Gold Ranger is fighting the Cogs, we see shots of it from all angles and distances, and the Zeo Rangers are nowhere to be seen. Then, they just magically appear back in frame.
Across whole show
Other: Episode 13-12: "Shadow (2)." When Cruger is challenged to defeat 100 robots, a red countdown meter appears on the screen, ticking down each time Cruger dispatches an opponent. When the counter is at 21, Cruger slices his sword at a robot, which then goes down. But the counter stays at 21 and only goes to 22 when he slices at the next robot. Every robot in the sequence goes down after a single hit from Cruger's sword.
All of series 1 (season 1)
Deliberate "mistake": When we see the Dragonzord, Tommy is sometimes standing on top of it. However, it is completely obvious that "Tommy" is nothing more than a small plastic figure.
Audio problem: Rita is dubbed over extremely poorly - her words don't match her mouth.
Plot hole: Up until about Green With Evil, we can see the Rangers fighting Super Putties, which didn't come into the Series until after Green With Evil.
Green With Evil (2): Jason's Battle (season 1, episode 18)
Other: In the scene where Tommy is proving himself to Goldar on the beach against the putties, Tommy stares down the last remaining putty and makes a charge towards him. In the wide shot of Tommy charging towards the putty, one of the "dead" putties on the ground lifts his head off the ground slightly, almost as if he is watching the action unfold.
Food Fight (season 1, episode 2)
Continuity: When Pudgy Pig is standing outside of the food packaging plant, a human hand can be seen sticking out of Pudgy Pigs left wrist.
White Light (2) (season 2, episode 18)
Continuity: This can only be seen for a few frames, so slow motion may be needed. Tommy reveals himself as the White Ranger by unclipping his helmet; however, his ponytail is already visible. Tommy's hair should have been inside his suit/helmet if he had just unclipped it. From behind shots, it is tucked in.
All of series 1 (season 1)
Continuity: When the Megazord is in Tank mode, the Mastidon's head section is attached to the center of the Zord. But when the Zord begins to stand up and form the Megazord, the Mastidon head section is gone.
Master Vile and the Metallic Armor (3) (season 3, episode 30)
Plot hole: In this Episode Globbers energy is drained when Alpha stops the Solar Eclipse, and his Energy drains in the sunlight and severed the physical link between him and Ninjor. Despite the fact in the previous episode Globber had no trouble fighting in the sunlight, and the link stayed intact in the sunlight.
All of series 4 (season 4)
Other: When assembling the Zeo Megazord, Zeo Zord V is the last to join, forming the head and back of the Zeo Megazord. When it has connected, we see all 5 Rangers slide down simultaneously into the head of the Zeo Megazord. Where it is piloted from and where did they slide down? The head has only just joined, and the other 4 Zeo Zord forms the rest of the body - not enough time for them ALL to slide up, and then back down again.
Across whole show
Revealing: The Putties, which Zedd and Rita use as cannon fodder for the Rangers, are made out of clay. When they are hit, chalk appears, to signal that they are being "worn down". When played in slow motion, we see that the chalk is on the Ranger's feet, before they hit the Putties. This is particularly true in closeups.
All of series 6 (season 6)
Revealing: We can see Ecliptor's zipper from behind - slightly revealing on Saban's part, considering Ecliptor is supposed to be an evil monster henchman of Astromena's.
All of series 1 (season 1)
Deliberate "mistake": In fight scenes, the Yellow Ranger's stature matches that of a male (and not Trini). This is because in the Japanese version of the show, the Yellow Ranger was played by a man.
