Continuity: When the Villains send their cronies (for example, Putties, Tengu Warriors, Cogs, Piranhatrons, etc.), their numbers constantly change from when they arrive, to when they leave.

Trivia
This episode and 'Return of the Green Ranger' were filmed in Australia after the movie was completed. Unable to fly back to the U.S. because of a pilot strike, the show took advantage of this unusual opportunity. See more...
Across whole show
Revealing: In SPD Episode "Sam Part 1" (13-7), when the Ranger first yells "SPD emergency," a piece of Jack's Morpher breaks off.
Continuity: When the Rangers morph, the clothes they are wearing don't match what they have been wearing that episode - this also applies to hair.
Continuity: In the 12 series (Power Rangers Dino Thunder), in the episode "White Thunder Part 3", The Red Ranger throws his blaster to the ground whilst fighting the White Ranger. In the wide shot, the blaster disappears.
Other: Episode 13-12: "Shadow (2)." When Cruger is challenged to defeat 100 robots, a red countdown meter appears on the screen, ticking down each time Cruger dispatches an opponent. When the counter is at 21, Cruger slices his sword at a robot, which then goes down. But the counter stays at 21 and only goes to 22 when he slices at the next robot. Every robot in the sequence goes down after a single hit from Cruger's sword.
Revealing: The Putties, which Zedd and Rita use as cannon fodder for the Rangers, are made out of clay. When they are hit, chalk appears, to signal that they are being "worn down". When played in slow motion, we see that the chalk is on the Ranger's feet, before they hit the Putties. This is particularly true in closeups.
Factual error: This happens until the end of series 3. Lord Zedd and Rita send down monsters to Angel Grove, in California. Yet when they cast their projectiles down to Earth (for example, with Zedd, a lightning bolt) they are seldom ever aimed even in the American continent.
Visible crew/equipment: This happens mostly in the first 4 series - crew, lights, and equipment can be seen reflected in the Rangers helmets and visors.
Revealing: Until the end of the 5th series, we can see part of the Zord costumes move about as the character in them walks about - sometimes they even look like they are going to fall off. This is particularly true in the 2nd series.
Other: In one episode of Power Rangers Dino Thunder, Ethan is seen playing a game on a computer, Connor comes in and Ethan looks away from the computer to talk to him. The game Ethan was playing is still going, but Ethan has stopped playing, obviously a demo.
Plot hole: Quite often the Rangers were contacted at school and would teleport to the command center, danger zone, etc. It is safe to say that the faculty would notice star pupils missing classes so often, yet it was never questioned or addressed.
