Revealing: I can't quite remember what the episode was, but one of the times that Sam comes over to visit Mr. Brady, he comes in through the back sliding "glass" door. There is no glass in the door. You can tell this because when Sam closes the door, to do so, he puts his hand through the areas where glass would be.
Revealing: The wall behind Mr. Brady's desk at work is the exact same wall in the Brady's living room.
The Honeymoon (season 1, episode 1)
Plot hole: Tiger escapes from Mike's car by pawing on a power-window lever that doesn't even exist. In fact, a manual window crank can be seen in the same shot.
Katchoo (season 1, episode 5)
Continuity: The shadow (supposedly of the window frame) on the headboard of Jan's bed changes from one shot to the next.
Kitty Karry-All is Missing (season 1, episode 7)
Continuity: As Bobby empties his pockets in search of his kazoo, he piles the contents on a nearby table. In a long shot, several of the toys (most noticeably a green plastic paddle) disappear, only to reappear when Cindy is leaving the room.
A-Camping We Will Go (season 1, episode 8)
Continuity: The tents are small from the outside, but much larger when seen from the inside.
Is There a Doctor in the House? (season 1, episode 13)
Audio problem: When Mike walks into the kitchen and sees the chart with the list of kids on it and what ailments they've had, he comments on one of the ailments, saying "None of the kids have had distemper." However, if you watch his mouth, he appears to have originally said "rabies."
54-40 and Fight (season 1, episode 15)
Other: A final contest is given for control of "green stamps" with all the kids building a "House of Cards." Whomever causes the cards to fall will be the losers. All is going well until Tiger comes in and knocks into Peter and causes him bump the table and knock over the cards. If you watch closely at the end of the scene, when all the dialog is finished, you can see Mike trying to knock down a few remaining cards. However they keep popping up. Probably due to the fact that the cards were glued together to make it easier for the kids to build upon.
Continuity: When the kids are building the card castle to see who would get to choose what they get with the stamps, Jan is putting a card on, in one shot her hair is up in a ponytail then in the other shot her hair is down. This happens back and forth when the shots change.
Other: The scene where Alice is giving Tiger a bath was the same one used in "Katchoo Katchoo", albeit with some audio dubbing thrown in, like when Alice complains about the floor getting wet.
The Undergraduate (season 1, episode 17)
Continuity: The amount of cookies in the cookie jar Bobby is holding increases from one shot to the next.
Tiger, Tiger! (season 1, episode 18)
Continuity: In a close-up of Mike's hands as he undoes his seat belt, he isn't wearing his wedding ring but he is in subsequent shots.
The Big Sprain (season 1, episode 19)
Continuity: The amount and position of the soapsuds on Jan's shirt changes from shot to shot.
The Hero (season 1, episode 21)
Visible crew/equipment: When the shelf falls in the store, you can see the crew member that pulls on a rope, triggering the collapse of the shelving unit, it was not the girl's weight that made it tip.
Continuity: The bottles of pop on the kitchen table keep changing position from shot to shot.
Lost Locket, Found Locket (season 1, episode 25)
Continuity: Jan puts her bathrobe on, flipping all of her hair behind her back. But in the next shot, some of her hair is over her left shoulder.
Call Me Irresponsible (season 2, episode 6)
Continuity: The horse figurine and telephone on the table next to Greg are not in the same positions from shot to shot.
The Treasure of Sierra Avenue (season 2, episode 7)
Revealing: The set lights are reflected in Greg's beach ball in what is supposed to be an outdoor scene.
A Fistful of Reasons (season 2, episode 8)
Continuity: Cindy's notebooks keep changing in number and color during Peter's confrontation with Buddy.
What Goes Up . . . (season 2, episode 11)
Revealing: When Eve Plum (Jan) is jumping on the trampoline you can hear that instead of saying "Go Jan." Greg instead says "Go Eve" The same thing happens when Peter is on the trampoline, instead of saying Peter someone shouts "Go Chris," an abbreviation of Christopher Knight, the actor's name.
Audio problem: Tiger is heard barking as he runs down the stairs, but it's obvious the dog isn't barking at all.
Confessions, Confessions (season 2, episode 12)
Visible crew/equipment: The shadow of what appears to be a moving camera can be seen moving across the pieces of broken vase.
Continuity: When the vase gets broken, it's easy to see that one large piece flies off the chest of drawers onto the floor. And when the boys look down at the broken vase from upstairs, three pieces are on top of the chest of drawers. But Greg - seen later trying to fix it - says something to the effect of "Good thing it only broke into three pieces." So what about the piece that flew off onto the floor?
Double Parked (season 2, episode 22)
Continuity: The number and position of the darts on the dartboard changes between shots.
Ghost Town, U.S.A. (season 3, episode 1)
Continuity: When Zaccariah steals the last piece of fried chicken off the plate, the plate is left completely clean, yet when Alice goes to get the piece a few seconds later, there's a sizable grease stain on the plate.
Grand Canyon or Bust (season 3, episode 2)
Other: Just after Bobby and Cindy get lost, there are shots showing Mike and Carol calling for them. A couple of minutes later the same shots are shown again, but this time they're flipped.
The Private Ear (season 3, episode 9)
Continuity: When Greg and Marcia are taping the fake message for Peter, Greg says, "Bang, he buckles down and brings home an A." But when Peter listens to the message a minute later (16:15), Greg's statement is now "Bang, he brings home an A."
Continuity: The microphone next to the tape recorder moves from one shot to the next.
Click (season 3, episode 11)
Continuity: The football diagram that Greg draws on the chalkboard changes from shot to shot.
Continuity: The last line of Alice's recipe, written on the chalkboard, changes from "3 egg yolk" to "3 egg yolks" and back again.
Getting Davy Jones (season 3, episode 12)
Continuity: When Marcia is sitting on the couch talking with Davy, the small beige pillow behind her is either up on the back of the couch or much further down depending on the shot.
Big Little Man (season 3, episode 15)
Continuity: When Greg runs into the girls' bedroom to rescue Bobby from the window ledge, there's a black stuffed animal sitting in the middle of the bed nearest the door. After Greg pulls Bobby into the room, the stuffed animal is at the head of the bed.
Dough Re Mi (season 3, episode 16)
Continuity: During the recording of "Time To Change", Jan's hands are always together when she's shown. But in the shots showing just the boys, look at the right side of the screen and you can see fingers (which have to be Jan's since she's standing beside Peter) moving as if they're drumming on something.
Jan's Aunt Jenny (season 3, episode 17)
Other: When Jan finds the picture of her Aunt Jenny, we see a close-up of the picture with her hand holding it. She then passes it to Carol - and the same shot of the picture with the hand is shown again.
Continuity: The kids are in a circle on the living room floor. They're spaced well apart from each other in some shots but right next to each other in others; in particular Greg and Marcia, and Bobby and Cindy.
The Big Bet (season 3, episode 18)
Revealing: When Bobby closes the sliding door behind him, the curtains swing outward and through where glass should be, revealing it to be an empty frame.
The Power of the Press (season 3, episode 19)
Continuity: The book Peter's classmate is holding rotates between shots.
Continuity: The book in Jan's arms keeps moving; first the front is facing outward, then the back, then the front again.
The Show Must Go On?? (season 4, episode 7)
Continuity: The CLOSED sign behind Sam in the butcher shop keeps alternating between being tilted to the left and tilted to the right.
Greg's Triangle (season 4, episode 11)
Other: When Greg calls Jennifer, he only dials 4 digits.
Law and Disorder (season 4, episode 14)
Continuity: The amount of garbage in the abandoned house - especially in front of the fireplace - increases from one shot to the next.
Amateur Nite (season 4, episode 16)
Revealing: When the Brady kids are practicing for the talent show, instead of saying, "Come on, Pete," Marcia says, "Come on Chris," which is the actor playing Peter's real name (Chris Knight).
The Great Earring Caper (season 4, episode 20)
Visible crew/equipment: The stage lights are reflected in Peter's magnifying glass.
Continuity: During the kids' ping pong game in the backyard, there is something white near Jan's feet that appears to be a spare ball. But in the very next shot, it's gone.
You're Never Too Old (season 4, episode 21)
Audio problem: Alice's comment to the girls while handing them their books was obviously dubbed; there's an unusual echo quality in the sound.
You Can't Win 'Em All (season 4, episode 22)
Continuity: What appears to be a carton of eggs is sticking out of one of the grocery bags in some shots, but not in others.
Continuity: The dress in Cindy's arms turns around from one shot to the next; first the back is facing outward, then the front is.
A Room at the Top (season 4, episode 23)
Continuity: In "Our Son, the Man", Greg wants his own room. One night, while in bed, Mike and Carol discuss their options. Carol says, "How about the attic?" Mike responds with, "That would be fine if Greg were only three feet tall." Later, they give Greg the den for a while. However, in "A Room At the Top", after cleaning out the attic, which was now full size, both Greg and Marcia want it for their own private room.
Snow White and the Seven Bradys (season 5, episode 3)
Continuity: During the play, Mike's "Prince Charming" hat disappears and then reappears when he leans over to kiss Carol.
Quarterback Sneak (season 5, episode 9)
Other: When the boys are playing football in the backyard, watch Greg's right foot - at one point he slips on the Astroturf lawn, causing it to wrinkle and exposing a seam on the "grass" lawn.
Miss Popularity (season 5, episode 13)
Audio problem: Listen to the sounds as the family eats dinner; the same sound sequences keep playing. For example, one sequence of three quick taps of silverware on plates plays several times, followed by another sound that is difficult to identify.
Kelly's Kids (season 5, episode 14)
Continuity: Ken Berry and Brooke Bundy are seated at least a couple of feet from each other in the wide shots, but are right beside each other (arms touching) in the close-ups.
Welcome Aboard (season 5, episode 17)
Visible crew/equipment: As Mike gets up from the table after lecturing the girls, the boom mike's shadow becomes visible on his back.
Top Secret (season 5, episode 19)
Revealing: Bobby and Oliver are building a house of cards on a small platform sitting on the table when all of a sudden the house of cards collapses. The reason: the platform moves by itself. Clearly it was manipulated off-screen somehow.
Continuity: The amount of talcum powder in Bobby's and Oliver's hair increases from one shot to the next.
The Hustler (season 5, episode 21)
Revealing: When Mike's boss, his wife and two other guests arrive at the house for a night of pool, the four guests are greeted at the front door, enter the brick entry foyer, and descend the steps into the living room. As the camera pans to capture the guests entering the living room, the obviously unfinished and unbricked end of the entry platform can be seen in the shot.
Audio problem: Bobby is lining up a pool shot. There's a cut to Cindy, and as she says her line, the sound of pool balls being hit is heard. But when the pool table is shown again in the next shot, none of the balls have moved.
