During the 12/29/04 episode, Courtney counsels Sam and Jason about adopting a child. She then includes Bridget, the biological mother, in the discussions, and proceeds to go over legal issues, etc. She even states that the "papers should be on her desk in a day or so." Courtney is not a social worker, not an adoption counselor, and didn't go to college. Only in soap world would she be involved in arranging the adoption of a child. See more...
