Continuity: At the end of "Bad Timing", the final shot of the boat with Aeryn & John crystalized shows that their pulse pistols are still there and intact. But when they are reconstituted at the beginning of "The Peacekeeper Wars", the pistols reappear on their belts for them to draw.

Trivia
Over the course of the four seasons, D'Argo's face mask / make-up changes considerably. First season, his face was a dark beige colour, and his nose was very obviously just stuck on. Three seasons later, his face is brown with a reddish tint, with much rounder features. See more...
Across whole show
Rhapsody in Blue (season 1, episode 13)
Visible crew/equipment: Zhaan is talking to Tahleen as they've recently landed on the planet. When Tahleen says, "Perhaps our many cycles of reclusion contributed to an error in judgment," you can see the shadow from the camera moving on Zhaan.
Relativity (season 3, episode 10)
Visible crew/equipment: When they are suggesting decoys to lure the Retrieval Squad, Stark questions the idea and Crichton says "Stark, if you have any other ideas we'll be thrilled to hear them before we go out". At the same time they are walking down a passage way with the camera following. As they turn the corner the camera's shadow can be seen on the wall to the left.
Green Eyed Monster (season 3, episode 8)
Visible crew/equipment: When they spot the moon, Ayren walks to the control systems and says "How could we miss it?". If you watch closely you can see the boom mic come in to picture above Ayren.
The Choice (season 3, episode 17)
Continuity: When Ayren tells Stark and Crais to get out, she pushes Crais in front of Stark. When it cuts, Crais is standing behind Stark.
A Human Reaction (season 1, episode 16)
Revealing: When John and Aeryn are walking up to the safehouse you can see make-up mixed in with the rain dripping off John's nose.
All of series 1 (season 1)
Continuity: D'Argo's eyes alternate between green and blue throughout the first half of the season (depending on the episode), before finally settling on blue.
Liars, Guns and Money (1): A Not So Simple Plan (season 2, episode 19)
Visible crew/equipment: When Scorpius is choking Crichton and Crichton says, "Aw, what's the matter Scorpy?", the boom mike pops into picture right above Crichton.
Green Eyed Monster (season 3, episode 8)
Visible crew/equipment: After Crais asks if Ayren have seen the surveillance logs, it cuts to a close-up shot of Crichton. If you look closely up in the left corner of the screen you can see the boom mike pop into view.
Premiere (season 1, episode 1)
Visible crew/equipment: While on the planet, when Crichton is talking with Lyneea about the military not being very compassionate and Crichton says, "No, militaries rarely are": when it cuts back to Lyneea we can see the shadow from the camera moving on her.
That Old Black Magic (season 1, episode 8)
Continuity: In the scene where Crichton and Crais are fighting with the chains in the room with the metal whirly-gig you see Crichton fall and Crais wraps the chain around Crichton's boot. In the very next shot you see Crais yank on the chain with all his might, but the chain is now attached to Crichton's hand instead of his boot.
Unrealized Reality (1) (season 4, episode 11)
Visible crew/equipment: When Crichton is about to take his last journey into the wormhole (in this episode at least) he pulls down the visor of his helmet. We can see four square and round white lights reflected that are not from the current scene.
Infinite Possibilities (2): Icarus Abides (season 3, episode 15)
Revealing: When Crichton dies and Ayren moves her hand to his face to close his eyes, he blinks.
Natural Election (season 4, episode 6)
Factual error: Considering that the plant is supposed to secrete an acid that burns through Moya's entire outer hull, when we see the outer shot while the gas is igniting, there is a considerable lack of damage. The plant ate its way from outside the ship, directly into the ship's internal vents and tiers, yet from the outside, the ship looks exactly the same as always. Shouldn't it have shown some sort of erosion or hull breach where the plant entered the ship?
