Game Over (season 1, episode 19)
Continuity: Towards the end, after Dee-Dee beats Master Computer, Dexter tells her to remove the cartridge. She does so and replaces it. Then there is a shot of Dee-Dee holding the game controller, and the cartridge reads Primal Combat. In the next shot of her with the controller, the cartridge reads Master Computer.
Game Show (season 2, episode 19)
Continuity: The screen with DeeDee's name on it changes from uppercase to lowercase letters near the final round.
Fantastic Boyage (season 2, episode 20)
Continuity: At first, Dexter was the size of a DNA molecule, but then he is the same size as the vet's tweezers.
