Revealing: In the later intros (when Mr Bean falls into a spotlight in a town) part of Mr Bean's foot isn't in the spotlight, but it still has a shine.

Series 1
All of series 1 (season 1)
Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 1)
Visible crew/equipment: Before the church scene, Mr. Bean drives into the car-park and knocks the blue car off the road. Look at the car closest to the camera, as Mr. Bean reverses, you can see a person and a crane above him reflected in the window. Also, in the blue car's window closest to the camera, you can see dolly tracks.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mr Bean parks his car outside the examination hall, as he reverses into his spot, you can see a group of plain-clothed crew members pushing the camera reflected in the car nearest to the camera. More noticeable as the camera is actually moving.
The Library (season 1, episode 3)
Revealing: In the extra 'Library' scene, the book that Bean is given already has the loose pages before he has been at them with the knife. (At one point the pages get pushed forward a little bit, meaning that they're not fastened into the book.)
Revealing: Just before Mr Bean rips a page out of his book, there is already a tear in it just before he actually tears it, which is not visible in any of the preceding shots.
Continuity: Just when Mr. Bean's hiccups are over the guy sitting on the table with him takes his right hand up to the book and has his left lower arm is on the table. But after Bean hiccups again he suddenly has his right hand down again and his left hand on his book.
Revealing: When Mr Bean's book falls apart, he tries putting the book back together, and he holds one page up to the camera and it has a slight reflection as if it is glossy paper. As far as I know old books like the one Mr Bean had don't have pages like that. It's an obviously fake book.
The Curse Of Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 4)
Plot hole: In the swimming pool scene, we see the female lifeguard swapping places with the male lifeguard on a raised seat by the pool. However, shortly afterwards, he tells everyone to leave the pool and is not on the platform. (Why would he go up to the platform in the first place if everyone was getting out shortly anyway?)
Visible crew/equipment: As Mr. Bean goes up the ladder to get to the diving board, the camera follows him, and behind him on the wall you can see the light reflection following him.
Continuity: When Mr Bean is trying to get out of the car park through the entrance, he uses a wheelie-bin to simulate a car to get the gate to open. After he's out and shifted the bin, he's blocked in by another car. We see a hand take the next ticket (presumably belonging to the driver of the incoming car) but the car pulling up in front of Mr Bean is so far away from the ticket machine its not possible for him to take it and drive into the car park in the short amount of time seen, plus we never see or hear anybody get out of the car to get the ticket.
Revealing: When Irma screams at seeing Mr Bean with his jumper pulled over his head, all of the other cinema patrons jump with shock - except for the woman directly behind the two of them, on the right of the screen. She just grins and laughs, forgetting that her character shouldn't be in on the joke.
Revealing: When Mr. Bean forces the Reliant to reverse out of the car park and turn on its side, as it lays on its side it is obvious that the driver is a plastic dummy.
Mr. Bean Goes To Town (season 1, episode 6)
Continuity: Mr. Bean places his shoe on top of the car in the bottom right corner. But when he jumps out in front of the car, it is suddenly at the front in the middle.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mr. Bean takes his TV out of the box, he faces it the way of the camera. As he turns it around a boom pole, a studio light and a camera can be seen reflected in the TV glass.
Continuity: When the magician pulls the scarf from Mr Bean's jacket, if you freeze frame the scene you can see that the scarf is already in Mr Bean's jacket and the magician just takes it out. But since Mr Bean showed up late to the magic act, the magician would not have had any chance to put the scarf there before Mr Bean came up to the stage.
The Trouble With Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 8)
Continuity: When Bean is putting his shoes on, out the window the scenery is going straight but in the overhead shot he is on a roundabout.
Continuity: At the end of the driving to dentist scene, Bean gets out and his pajama bottoms are sticking out of his fly. Yet we previously saw him put the pajamas on the passenger seat.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean is putting his shirt on, there is a shot from the back of the mini and he has his brown trousers on. From the front angle, he still has his pajamas on.
Revealing: Near the beginning, when Bean is asleep, we see him put his toe over the hose to prevent the water from spraying out - however, if you watch closely, the water flow stops moments before his toe comes into contact with the hose.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mr. Bean is going to the dentists and is getting dressed in his car, in one shot there is an overhead shot of the car and in the reflection of the windscreen, you can see the crane filming the shot.
Continuity: When Mr Bean is going round the roundabout putting his tie on, there is no traffic waiting in the overhead shots, yet all frontal shots of Bean show traffic waiting in the background.
Continuity: In the sketch where Mr Bean drives to the dentist, there is a part where he starts to dress himself. If you look out of the window, the scenery keeps changing dramatically. In some shots he is driving along a single lane carriageway with buildings on the sides and in other shots he his driving along a dual carriageway with no buildings on the sides, all while he is getting dressed.
Mr. Bean Rides Again (season 1, episode 9)
Audio problem: When Mr. Bean is standing next to the man at the bus-stop, the man starts to have a heart attack. He starts to make choking sounds and gargling sounds, but his mouth is wide open like he is screaming, not gargling.
Visible crew/equipment: In the opening scene of the episode, Mr. Bean goes around various places of his mini to get keys. During these actions, the camera pans with him. The cameraman's reflection is seen a few times during the pans in windows and sides of cars. He is wearing a checkered shirt and a green jacket.
Factual error: Bean is seen connecting a set of jump leads to two large brass-like electrodes in a lighting column. These would never be present in real life - especially with so much conductive material on show.
Revealing: In the train scene when Mr. Bean plugs his ears with his socks you can see that he didn't use the ones he was actually wearing before. Once he took them off he placed them in front of him but reached slightly to his right for the ones he plugged in his ears. Also those where still flat like after ironing them and didn't look worn at all.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean is dressing in his car on the way to the dentist, just after he puts his shirt on the camera cuts to show him from the rear of the car. In this shot he has his dress pants on already, but he hadn't put them on yet and in subsequent shots they are gone again.
Revealing: When the dog jumps up at the Postbox, it wobbles slightly, meaning that it's a prop and not a real Postbox.
Visible crew/equipment: When the ambulance comes to pick up the heart attack victim, as the camera pans across the back of the van to see Mr. Bean with the jumpstart cables, a boom mic can be seen in the door windows at the top, whilst the dolly tracks and the dolly rig and the track can be seen reflected in the bottom windows.
Merry Christmas Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 10)
Continuity: Mr Bean only removes four bangers from his Christmas crackers, but when he puts them all into a single big cracker, there are far more than four there.
Continuity: When Bean first sticks his head into the turkey the bird is lying on its back, but in the next shot, when he stands up, the bird is the other way around.
Visible crew/equipment: After Mr. Bean chooses the ornament for his Christmas tree, he takes the gold ornament over to the counter and as the camera moves closer the shadow of the camera can be seen on the desk.
Revealing: When Mr. Bean gets his head stuck in the turkey looking for his watch it can be seen still on his wrist during a couple of scenes.
Audio problem: When Mr Bean parks his Mini outside Harrods, the sound of the car door shutting can be heard before it actually closes.
Mr. Bean In Room 426 (season 1, episode 11)
Deliberate "mistake": When Bean unpacks his suitcase, he takes out his teddy, clothes, several large framed pictures, a curtain rail, bathroom gear, a lampshade and even an electric drill. Firstly, it is impossible for all this to fit inside his small suitcase. Secondly during his unpacking the suitcase is never shown (suggesting the above was already placed in the room at the time) and thirdly, when he takes his case out of his car, the porter picks it up with no effort whatsoever, suggesting the case was empty in the first scene.
Continuity: When Mr. bean is sleeping on his bed, you can see his teddy bear's head. In the next shot after the nightmare, the teddy bear's head is gone.
Revealing: When Bean silences the guest in room 427 after they were playing loud music, he accidently locks himself out. Later when Bean crawls under a carpet past his room to hide from a kissing couple, room 427 has changed into a fire exit (you can see the room number has been replaced by a fire exit sign).
Factual error: Bean kind of 'squeezes' the TV remote control in some shots to switch the TV on/off or change the channel but doesn't press the buttons on the keypad. On this type of remote control (it's a JVC one by the way), the large blue button is the power button, but it never gets pressed.
Do-It-Yourself Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 13)
Revealing: After Mr. Bean crashes into the van with the feathers in it, and then goes inside, he coughs, and feathers supposedly come out of his mouth. However, from the way he does it, you can see the feathers were in his hand to start with.
Continuity: In the scene where Mr. Bean is on the roof of his car in the armchair, he has a brick in front of the tire. When he is ready to go he pulls it away and drops it. But as he drives away you can see in the background that the brick has disappeared.
Continuity: When Mr Bean finds Hubert's hat lying on his shelf beside the clock, he puts it in front of the clock to cover the clock up. But when Hubert's silhouette is seen at the end of the show, it shows him lifting his hat from the position it was originally in - beside the clock.
Other: At the end when Mr. Bean blows up the paint and it splatters all over the walls in his apartment, he comes back in and his doorknob is covered in wet white paint which he pushes shut. Only problem is that when he pulls his fingers back, there is no wet paint whatsoever on them.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean brings in his new chair after his "incident", he wheels his old chair over to the wall with a minimal gap to accommodate the new chair. But when he is accidentally dropping things out of the gap in his wall, he goes and looks at the mess he has made and the chair has moved forward considerably without anyone touching it.
Mind The Baby, Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 14)
Continuity: During the roller coaster ride, in one wide shot you can actually see Bean is not in the front seat but in the second seat. But we only just saw Bean get in the front seat.
Revealing: At the beginning when Mr. Bean gets the baby's pram attached to the back of his car, as he drives off you can see that the baby is a fake doll.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the episode when Mr. Bean puts the balloons on the baby's pram, it flies. In some shots though, you can see some wires held to the pram to help it fly.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean runs out of the front gate of the fair chasing the baby's carriage, and we see a view of him from above, the carriage appears to be quite close to the ground, rather than high in the sky as it is in later shots.
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Bean is on the roller coaster, occasionally the shadow of a camera and what looks like to be a camera operator can be seen cast on him.
Audio problem: When Mr. Bean is squeaking the toy to try and cheer the baby up, a dog starts to chase after Mr. Bean and you can hear the dog barking. But you can plainly see that the dog's mouth isn't even moving.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean is playing the dart game, he cheats by putting a card on a dart and throwing it at the wall. When he throws it, the card sticks to the wall on an angle, but when he calls for the guy to look at it, the camera cuts back and now the card is straight and not on an angle.
Deliberate "mistake": During the course of the episode, the baby's appearance changes between wide shots and close-ups. It is most noticable when Bean puts the baby into the Postman Pat car.
Other: In the brief shot of the Postman Pat van, when we see all the mothers lined up near it, you can see that the baby is not even in the ride.
Back To School Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 15)
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the episode, when Mr. Bean is stealing the parking space of the other mini, he wheels it out and leaves it in the middle of the street so he can drive his car in. Then he walks over to the car to think how to get it to go. As he walks over, a boom mic and a boom operator in a blue jumper can be seen reflected in the mini's windows. He can also be seen when the troops are taking the car away.
Continuity: In the scene with Bean watches the calligraphist he places his feather on the right side of the paper, in the closeup it's instantly on the left side and when it cuts back to the far shot it's on the right side again.
Tee Off, Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 17)
Audio problem: When Mr. Bean is on the bus and is trying to retrieve the golf ball, he is hitting the ankles of the passengers. When he hits the ankles of the last two women closest to the camera, they go "Ow" yet their mouths don't move.
Revealing: When Mr. Bean shoots the golf ball out of the sewer, you can see that the ball is already waiting at the hole where it was probably shot with an air cannon.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mr. Bean is opening the washer door, you can see a crew member reflected on the glass door of the washer.
Audio problem: When Mr. Bean is at the Putt-Putt golf course, he watches a little boy trying to hit the ball. As the boy hits the ball with his club, the sound of the club hitting the ball comes three seconds after he hits the ball.
Visible crew/equipment: Throughout the first sketch when he is loading the washing machine, the reflection of the cameraman can be seen reflected in the side of the silver washing machine.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean goes to get some coffee to switch with the rude man's liquid detergent, when he places the coffee down on the washing machine, you can tell it is a coffee which has milk in it. But when the man tips it into his washing machine, you can easily see it is plain black coffee.
Continuity: After Mr. Bean has replaced the detergent with the coffee, he takes the detergent back to his seat and you can see through the plastic cup that it is only half full. But when Mr. Bean goes to take a drink out of it when the other man gets suspicious, you can now see the detergent is almost at the top.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Mr. Bean takes the sign for the bus stop, he drives away with another person. As the camera turns, you can see the cameraman in a yellow jacket ducking down in the bottom of the back window. Also, you can see an old man in a hat watching the filming, he is over by the tree reflected in the window.
Goodnight, Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 18)
Visible crew/equipment: When Mr Bean is waiting for his ticket number to come up, we see a schoolboy and his mother come in with a saucepan stuck on the boy's head. When the shot is framed to show Mr Bean and the boy, if you look closely you can just about make out the (slightly distorted) reflection of a camera tripod on the saucepan.
Plot hole: In the hospital scene, when Mr. Bean is trying to steal a better que number, he notices the old sleeping man with number 24 which happens to be next up. However, since the old man is showing the number for the camera and pointing it away from Mr. Bean, he would not be able to see it. The number on que notes are not printed on both sides.
Revealing: When Mr. Bean goes back to the hospital desk clerk, and she asks him to take a number and then he does and throws the ticket in the bin and he gets the bin stuck on his hand. But you can plainly see that he is just holding onto the bin.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean is in the hospital waiting room, he is sitting next to a woman in a wheelchair and a cast, her grip on her hospital ticket changes.
Hair By Mr. Bean of London (season 1, episode 19)
Audio problem: When Mr. Bean is giving a haircut to the person with grey hair, when he is trying to get the hair off the razor, the bell can be heard, but nobody walks through the door.
Continuity: In the scene at the country fair, Mr Bean interrupts a boy doing the buzzer game. When Mr Bean is on his second go at this puzzle and stands up after unplugging the device, you can see the same boy come round a table behind Mr Bean. Cut to the next shot, the boy has disappeared from where he should be behind Mr Bean and can now be seen walking across the back of the hall.
Continuity: When Mr Bean talks to his teddy bear before leaving his car, he says he'll be back in about an hour, at around 3. This would mean he's leaving the car at 2. But later, he arrives for the start of the pet show, which the blackboard states was due to start at 1.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean gives the boy a haircut, before he puts the bowl on his head there is no parting. But when he takes the bowl off of the boy's head there is suddenly a parting in the middle.
Factual error: In the sketch with the train station, when the person in the booth isn't there you can see a map of the British Isles. A piece of land is shown in the English Channel that doesn't exist.
Continuity: At the country fair and during the pet show segment, when the boy in the blue T-shirt is putting his dog into position for the obedience test, he can be seen standing behind the dog as we look at it, but on the next camera cut, he's standing in front of the dog.
Continuity: The man with the ponytail, just before he has a haircut with Mr Bean, picks up his magazine twice.
