starring Rowan Atkinson (add more)
Updates:
Series 1
The Trouble With Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 8)
Continuity: At the end of the driving to dentist scene, Bean gets out and his pajama bottoms are sticking out of his fly. Yet we previously saw him put the pajamas on the passenger seat.
Continuity: When Mr. Bean is putting his shirt on, there is a shot from the back of the mini and he has his brown trousers on. From the front angle, he still has his pajamas on.
The Curse Of Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 4)
Plot hole: In the swimming pool scene, we see the female lifeguard swapping places with the male lifeguard on a raised seat by the pool. However, shortly afterwards, he tells everyone to leave the pool and is not on the platform. (Why would he go up to the platform in the first place if everyone was getting out shortly anyway?)
Mr. Bean Goes To Town (season 1, episode 6)
Continuity: Mr. Bean places his shoe on top of the car in the bottom right corner. But when he jumps out in front of the car, it is suddenly at the front in the middle.
Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 1)
Visible crew/equipment: Before the church scene, Mr. Bean drives into the car-park and knocks the blue car off the road. Look at the car closest to the camera, as Mr. Bean reverses, you can see a person and a crane above him reflected in the window. Also, in the blue car's window closest to the camera, you can see dolly tracks.
The Library (season 1, episode 3)
Revealing: In the extra 'Library' scene, the book that Bean is given already has the loose pages before he has been at them with the knife. (At one point the pages get pushed forward a little bit, meaning that they're not fastened into the book.)
The Trouble With Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 8)
Revealing: Near the beginning, when Bean is asleep, we see him put his toe over the hose to prevent the water from spraying out - however, if you watch closely, the water flow stops moments before his toe comes into contact with the hose.
Mr. Bean Rides Again (season 1, episode 9)
Audio problem: When Mr. Bean is standing next to the man at the bus-stop, the man starts to have a heart attack. He starts to make choking sounds and gargling sounds, but his mouth is wide open like he is screaming, not gargling.
Mr. Bean In Room 426 (season 1, episode 11)
Deliberate "mistake": When Bean unpacks his suitcase, he takes out his teddy, clothes, several large framed pictures, a curtain rail, bathroom gear, a lampshade and even an electric drill. Firstly, it is impossible for all this to fit inside his small suitcase. Secondly during his unpacking the suitcase is never shown (suggesting the above was already placed in the room at the time) and thirdly, when he takes his case out of his car, the porter picks it up with no effort whatsoever, suggesting the case was empty in the first scene.
Hair By Mr. Bean of London (season 1, episode 19)
Audio problem: When Mr. Bean is giving a haircut to the person with grey hair, when he is trying to get the hair off the razor, the bell can be heard, but nobody walks through the door.
All of series 1 (season 1)
Revealing: In the later intros (when Mr Bean falls into a spotlight in a town) part of Mr Bean's foot isn't in the spotlight, but it still has a shine.
Hair By Mr. Bean of London (season 1, episode 19)
Continuity: In the scene at the country fair, Mr Bean interrupts a boy doing the buzzer game. When Mr Bean is on his second go at this puzzle and stands up after unplugging the device, you can see the same boy come round a table behind Mr Bean. Cut to the next shot, the boy has disappeared from where he should be behind Mr Bean and can now be seen walking across the back of the hall.
Continuity: When Mr Bean talks to his teddy bear before leaving his car, he says he'll be back in about an hour, at around 3. This would mean he's leaving the car at 2. But later, he arrives for the start of the pet show, which the blackboard states was due to start at 1.
Merry Christmas Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 10)
Continuity: Mr Bean only removes four bangers from his Christmas crackers, but when he puts them all into a single big cracker, there are far more than four there.
Tee Off, Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 17)
Audio problem: When Mr. Bean is on the bus and is trying to retrieve the golf ball, he is hitting the ankles of the passengers. When he hits the ankles of the last two women closest to the camera, they go "Ow" yet their mouths don't move.
Mr. Bean Rides Again (season 1, episode 9)
Visible crew/equipment: In the opening scene of the episode, Mr. Bean goes around various places of his mini to get keys. During these actions, the camera pans with him. The cameraman's reflection is seen a few times during the pans in windows and sides of cars. He is wearing a checkered shirt and a green jacket.
Factual error: Bean is seen connecting a set of jump leads to two large brass-like electrodes in a lighting column. These would never be present in real life - especially with so much conductive material on show.
Do-It-Yourself Mr. Bean (season 1, episode 13)
Revealing: After Mr. Bean crashes into the van with the feathers in it, and then goes inside, he coughs, and feathers supposedly come out of his mouth. However, from the way he does it, you can see the feathers were in his hand to start with.
Continuity: In the scene where Mr. Bean is on the roof of his car in the armchair, he has a brick in front of the tire. When he is ready to go he pulls it away and drops it. But as he drives away you can see in the background that the brick has disappeared.
