Plot hole: In the episode "10,000 Steps," the parents from Amy's case say they adopted their first son Daniel when he was 3 because they thought they couldn't have biological children. Howeve,r the birth of their other son Seth proved that theory wrong. But Daniel is 13 and Seth is 12, so when Daniel was 3, Seth would have been 2 already.
Continuity: Episode 6-3: Ignacio pulls his keys from his pocket and shakes them in front of Maxine's face to distract her. He pulls the keys out and shakes them, his key fob (looks like a mini Swiss army knife) is loose and hanging down. The camera moves, he is now shaking the keys by the fob, and the camera moves again, the fob is back in the original position.
Continuity: When Vincent is shot there's a mismatch between the point where the bullet is fired and the point where it destroys the car window behind him. The window is broken too early.
Continuity: When Maxine leaves Veronica's apartment with Baby Nicolette in her arms, the baby goes from wide awake to fast asleep from one shot to the next.
Continuity: In the scene when Kyle comes to Peter's office to talk about the baby, Kyle's hair changes from shot to shot. When sitting down there is one wisp of hair standing up horizontally at the left side of his head. In the next shot it disappears, then appears again.
Continuity: In the end when they are in the hospital and Amy is talking with Stu about the proposal, in all the shots Amy's necklace is on the outside of her shirt. Then Peter comes in to tell them about the birth and Amy walks over to him and embraces him. In the shot right after the hug the necklace is inside her shirt, although she didn't have time to put it inside.
Continuity: In the opening statements of the rape trial, the defense attorney whips out a $50 dollar bill to make a point. As she is talking, the camera moves from her side to her back and the $50 bill goes from loosely folded in her hand to neatly folded (in quarters) between her first two fingers.
