Continuity: Episode 6-3, "Mayhem", 3/26/06. When Pauline Walnuts is talking to Tony in the hospital room, the close up of the heart monitor shows the heart rate in highlighted text, with the word "Tachycardia" flashing. In the shot from Paulie's point of view, the heart rate is in normal text and "Tachycardia" is not flashing.

Continuity: Season 6. Episode 69. "The Fleshy Part of the Thigh"
The card with the proverb stuck on the billboard keeps swapping positions depending if the angle is medium or close.
Revealing: In at least one scene at the Bada Bing, the neon sign reading "Satin Dolls" can been seen reflected in the mirrors. Satin Dolls is the the name of the real strip bar where the Bada Bing scenes are filmed.
Factual error: The whole Mafia side of the family that Tony frequents say how they smoke only the finest Cuban Cigars, quite frequently Monte Cristo's. Cuban cigars don't produce white ash like it does on the show. Cuban cigars' ash is a dark brown color.
46 Long (season 1, episode 2)
Continuity: During the scene in the office of Bada Bing, Pauli, Christopher, Tony, Silvio and Pussy are all together and the TV is on. Pussy is reading something and Christopher is lifting weights. In between shots, the weights change from Chris's right arm to his left and back again. It could be argued that he changes arms when the camera is off him, but there is one instance where it definitely happens too quickly for this to be the case.
The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti (season 1, episode 8)
Plot hole: Chris is in a bakery and he is overlooked for a guy that walks in. The characters name is Gino, but later in the series the same character shows back up as Vito Spatafore. They get into an altercation but if Vito was a wiseguy then Chris would have recognized him.
A Hit is a Hit (season 1, episode 10)
Continuity: When Hesh and Massive Genius are talking on the porch, Hesh is leaning forward and picks up a glass of ice tea. A second later, in the next shot he is sitting back in his chair, and is no longer holding the glass.
Audio problem: In the first long shots of Visiting Day playing at the club, the lead vocal is heard, but the singer is standing well back from the mic and does not appear to be singing.
Isabella (season 1, episode 12)
Factual error: During Tony's assassination attempt he struggles with one of the "hit men" for control of a pistol. One can see that the pistol does not contain a magazine.This would limit the shooter to 1 shot, providing the pistol is not equipped with a "magazine disconnect" if it is than it can not be fired at all. It seems unlikely that a "hit man" would be so ill prepared.
Guy Walks Into a Psychiatrist's Office (season 2, episode 1)
Revealing: Christopher is seen sniffing some lines of coke, but he is just moving the dollar bill up and down not sniffing anything at all.
Plot hole: In this episode Tony tells Janice that he has just put their mother's house on the market. In season one, the sale of the house was already progressing.
Do Not Resuscitate (season 2, episode 2)
Continuity: When the nurse brings Livia her ice cream, the apple juice carton on the tray moves between shots. Sometimes it is in front of the tapioca, sometimes beside it.
Continuity: When Tony and Janice are discussing the DNR, there is a piece of black ribbon hanging from Janice's necklace in some shots, which is not there in others.
Toodle-F***ing-Oo (season 2, episode 3)
Continuity: In the scene in the pizza place, the coffee pot's handle moves around between shots.
Continuity: When Silvio Dante is talking to Richie Aprile, from a back shot Silvio rests his head to the back but in the next shot it's straight and down.
Big Girls Don't Cry (season 2, episode 5)
Visible crew/equipment: Right at the beginning of the episode, Chris pulls over in front of the Bahama Skies tanning salon to pick up his pay. The shot shows him in the car. As he exits the vehicle, the cameraman can be briefly seen in the reflection.
D-Girl (season 2, episode 7)
Continuity: The amount of bites out of the slice of pizza Chris is eating changes between shots.
Continuity: When Chris is talking to Jon Favreau in his hotel room, Chris leans across Jon and grabs a pad from the end table next to him. In the next shot the pad is on the table again, then disappears.
House Arrest (season 2, episode 11)
Visible crew/equipment: When the camera lifts up on the last shot, you can see a lighting screen reflected on the right glass wall.
Knight in White Satin Armor (season 2, episode 12)
Revealing: While Christopher and Furia are dismembering Richie Aprile on a meat saw, you can see that the blade of the saw is still, but the blood is splattering all over the place and you can hear the sound of the meat saw cutting through flesh.
Funhouse (season 2, episode 13)
Revealing: Noticeable blood pack under Richie's shirt when he's shot by Janice.
Proshai, Livushka (season 3, episode 2)
Continuity: Livia's hair style keeps changing all the time while having her last talk with Tony.
Another Toothpick (season 3, episode 5)
Continuity: In the scene where Bacala is telling Uncle Jun about his father and the accident, Uncle Junior gets angry and starts throwing things around, he is wearing glasses. You can see that in between throwing one of the items, he is not wearing his glasses, then he is wearing them again.
University (season 3, episode 6)
Continuity: When AJ is having breakfast, the syrup bottle moves around by itself between shots.
Continuity: Tracey is cuddling Ralphie at home and places her hand on his belly. The left and right angles of her movement do not match: When she brings her hand towards herself, the following angle shows it on the opposite side.
Continuity: When Ralphie and Tracey are at home, he places a dish with a cookie on his belly. The dish keeps moving up and down depending on the angle.
The Telltale Moozadell (season 3, episode 9)
Continuity: During the scene where Rocco gets water thrown at his face, the position of his hands differs between the close-up and the wide angle.
Pine Barrens (season 3, episode 11)
Continuity: When Meadow is looking mournfully at the Scrabble board, she sees that Jackie laid "the" using the letter e from "oblique" that she laid. However, when they were playing the game, the only word after oblique that Jackie laid before leaving was "ass".
Amour Fou (season 3, episode 12)
Continuity: Towards the end of the episode Carmella is reading a book on real estate. When a close up of the book is shown, she is at the beginning of chapter 1, yet when the camera angle changes she is about halfway through the book.
The Army of One (season 3, episode 13)
Revealing: Jackie is shot in the head, and not only does his head not burst, but the snow mount in front is already covered all over in blood before he falls.
For All Debts Public and Private (season 4, episode 1)
Continuity: Tony throws the newspaper at his son and it lands with a corner folded on the cereal bowl. From the opposite angle it is laying straight on the table.
Continuity: When Chris places the dollar bill on the fridge, there's a picture of a fat kid next to it. Depending on the angle, a paper covers/not part of the photo.
Continuity: When Tony Jr. reads the newspaper, his part of the table changes completely: The napkin changes position, the orange juice comes closer to his arm, the spoon in the bowl changes positions, and a mug in front is replaced for a load of papers. The position of his thumb also swaps from being beneath a photo, to on top of it depending on the angle.
No-Show (season 4, episode 2)
Revealing: When Patsy knocks down the black guy with the iron pole, the pole breaks in half like a piece of plastic. When it cuts, the pole is intact.
Christopher (season 4, episode 3)
Continuity: When Gabriella confronts Father Phil about the public speaker, the cannoli that Father Phil has in front of him changes halfway through the scene.
Pie-O-My (season 4, episode 5)
Continuity: Tony picks his dinner plate with the mayo bottle close to his thumb. In the next angle the mayo is on the opposite side of the dish.
Revealing: The high quality image of the footage of the show differs hugely with that of the footage of the horse races; revealing it's stock footage taken from a TV source, placed in the middle of the action.
Continuity: Corrado is having breakfast with his right hand resting on the table close to a glass of orange juice. When the angle changes, a frame later, the juice is in his hand already close to his mouth.
Continuity: While standing outside the horse's stall, Ralphie's arms go from being at his sides, to folded across his chest throughout the whole scene.
Revealing: A different horse is used for close-ups and race shots; you can tell by looking at the white patch on Pie-O-My's head, which is much bigger in the close-ups.
Continuity: Adriana's fringe at the beauty parlor keeps changing between shots.
Watching Too Much Television (season 4, episode 7)
Visible crew/equipment: When Furio is at the Sopranos' to pick up Tony and tells Carmela he'll be waiting in the car, a crew member can be seen reflected in the door glass as Carmela closes the door.
Whoever Did This (season 4, episode 9)
Continuity: While Tony sits with his nephew, the peanut butter jar moves closer to the remote control between the first and second shot.
Continuity: Ralph's left ear is pierced. The prop of his cut head is not.
The Strong, Silent Type (season 4, episode 10)
Continuity: Tony gives Corrado a glass of wine, holding it from the sides. A frame later his hand is on top of the glass.
Calling All Cars (season 4, episode 11)
Continuity: When Junior comes downstairs from shaving, his face is completely clean. In the scene that immediately follows, smears of shaving cream suddenly appear under his nose and on his left ear.
Whitecaps (season 4, episode 13)
Continuity: In all of the episodes where Carmela hosts her film club, the theater seats in the Sopranos' screening room are gold, attached with wide trays for snacks, beverages, etc. But in this episode, when Tony and A.J. move the seats outside, they are maroon, without the wide trays.
All of series 5 (season 5)
Continuity: Season 5 episode 13 - When AJ is telling his parents about the party, his sleeves go from being rolled up above his elbows, to being rolled right down and back again between shots.
Two Tonys (season 5, episode 1)
Continuity: After the bear breaks the table, the first shot shows the table parts straight. Frame later it is shaped like a "V".
Rat Pack (season 5, episode 2)
Continuity: When Tony has breakfast with Corrado, a plastic bag next to T's arm appears and disappears between shots.
Continuity: During the party, there's a hunk behind a chubby woman. His arms swap from resting to crossed between shots.
All Happy Families... (season 5, episode 4)
Continuity: Tony, Carmela and AJ are meeting with AJ's college tutor. Partway through the meeting AJ is asked to leave. When AJ stands up he is wearing beige coloured trousers, but as the shot changes to show him walking out the door, he is now wearing black trousers.
Continuity: When Tony sits by the pool, the position of the towel on the chair changes through shots.
Continuity: The table with the beer bottle by the pool gets closer to the chair after Tony sits down.
Irregular Around the Margins (season 5, episode 5)
Continuity: When Tony and Ade are playing darts, Ade throws a '3' and a bulls eye. When it cuts the darts have moved to '20' and '4'.
Audio problem: From a front angle, Tony tells Adriana about how good his doctor is. Cut to a side angle and Tony's voice is out of sync with the image. Then back to the previous front angle and the audio syncs perfectly.
Visible crew/equipment: Visible crew reflected on car's mirror when Chris opens the door.
Continuity: When the car that Tony and Ade are driving flips over, the back lights on the car die out. But in the last shot of the car the back lights are back on.
Sentimental Education (season 5, episode 6)
Continuity: The size of the hole made by Tony Blundetto on the wall keeps increasing and decreasing all the time.
In Camelot (season 5, episode 7)
Other: About halfway thorugh the show there is a poker game. There is a shot of the dealer dealing out cards, but he's dealing from the bottom of the deck and doing it obviously.
Marco Polo (season 5, episode 8)
Continuity: When Carmela is eating dinner with her parents and AJ, the amount of coke in her glass changes between front and rear shots.
Unidentified Black Male (season 5, episode 9)
Continuity: Carmela's lawyer is holding a pen with his right hand. From a different angle, the pen is lying on a paper on the desk.
Long Term Parking (season 5, episode 12)
Continuity: Tony makes a toast at the dinner table in front of Carmella and Anthony. Watch Tony's wine glass during the toast, the amount of wine in the glass changes dramatically from shot to shot.
Continuity: Season 6, Ep. 85, "The Blue Comet": The Ukranian woman's body by the stairs keeps changing positions all the time (depending on the angle), despite her being dead.
