Continuity mistake: As Gunter is crying in the dorm, the number of bananas change between shots as well as the position of them on the floor. The changes are most notable when Fry approaches Gunter in the room.

Continuity mistake: Whilst Fry, Leela and the professor are on the log near the waterfall they are very close to the right side of the river. A few shots after Gunter puts the hat back on his head you can see they and the log are now all the way over to the left side of the river.

Continuity mistake: When Bender goes off the cliff, we see in the overhead shot that there are no kids on the icy lake, nor are there any tress near the lake. When it cuts there are kids on the ice and trees surrounding it. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when Bender and the Countess Delaroca are hanging on to the escape pod, the diamond on the diamond bracelet the Countess was hanging onto changes position between shots.

Continuity mistake: In the intro, before the main titles, the Professor informs the crew that he's booked them on the maiden voyage of the Titanic. When Leela says "Looks nice," at the beginning of the "scary" Titanic montage, the right side of her shirt is undamaged. During the middle of the "scary" Titanic montage, it suddenly becomes torn.

Continuity mistake: When the tow truck appears to tow Amy's car back to Earth, the window is completely steamed. The tow truck driver only wipes away a small bit of the steam but in the next scene the window is completely clean.

Answer: You are thinking about episode 20 of series 2 - "Anthology of Interest I". She technically never kills anyone, but in the episode she ask a "What if machine" (one of the Professor's inventions) what would happen if she was more impulsive. The machine then shows the more impulsive Leela killing off the Professor to get the money from his will and thereafter killing Hermes, Bender, Scruffy, Cubert, Nibler, Amy and Zoidberg to cover it up. Finally she does something really impulsive with Fry.
