Fry and the Slurm Factory (season 2, episode 4)
Plot hole: How is it that Fry, Leela, and Bender all went downward several feet when they fell through the pipe, yet were still level with the fake slurm factory that they were in before they fell?
Space Pilot 3000 (season 1, episode 1)
Continuity: When Fry and Bender are in the museum and locked in the "Villains" room, Bender breaks the two girders in the window, and then his arms falls off. As he puts his arms back in, you can see behind him that the girders are back in place in the window.
Continuity: When Fry first meets Leela, there's a panel on the wall beside him. It has one red button at the bottom. In subsequent shots it has two buttons.
Continuity: When Fry is queueing for the booth, he opens the piece of paper, showing the picture and writing. Just before he steps in to the booth, it's changed colour and gone blank, then in the next shot it's back as before.
Episode Two: The Series Has Landed (season 1, episode 2)
Continuity: When Amy starts cleaning Bender with the pick, there are papers on the desk between his head and a pile of books. They disappear in later shots.
A Bicyclops Built for Two (season 2, episode 13)
Continuity: When the professor hits the button on the keyboard to send them online with AOL there are some items on the table beside the keyboard. When it cuts the items are gone.
The Route of All Evil (season 5, episode 3)
Continuity: People (even the dogs) flying through the asteroid belt wear space helmets, but on the asteroids themselves, they don't.
Episode Two: The Series Has Landed (season 1, episode 2)
Continuity: When Fry and Leela get to the moon landing site, Leela climbs in the moonlander hatch with the oxygen tank to which Fry's oxygen hose is connected. The hose is visible as it leads in to the hatch. When Leela pops her head out the hatch, the hose is suddenly gone. Then in the next shot, it's back, but lying underneath the hatch.
Anthology of Interest I (season 2, episode 20)
Continuity: When Zoidberg calls a meeting with the other planet express workers he says the clock stopped at 4:15. In one shot, however, the clock is at a different time.
A Big Piece of Garbage (season 1, episode 8)
Continuity: When the team first meet the Mayor, the writing on the Mayor's nameplate disappears after it is first seen, and the button on his desk that he pushes wasn't there before.
War is the H-Word (season 3, episode 2)
Continuity: Bender's ID-tag pinned on his chest changes position several times during the episode. In some shots it's even gone.
The Honking (season 3, episode 1)
Continuity: When we first see Bender as a Were-car we see him jump and land on a green building and on the right of the screen you see an air-conditioner. When it cuts the air-conditioner has changed position.
Three Hundred Big Boys (season 5, episode 11)
Continuity: Right before Leela dives into the whale tank, she drops her snorkel and mask, but when the shot pulls back, they've completely disappeared.
Episode Two: The Series Has Landed (season 1, episode 2)
Continuity: When Hermes is handing over the "Standard Legal Release" to Leela there is a red pen lying on the sheet. When it cuts the pen is brown and is lying beside the sheet.
My Three Suns (season 1, episode 7)
Other: A few of the liquid people are shown wearing clothes; while you can usually see through the people to the walls, etc, behind them, you can't see the clothing through them.
Brannigan Begin Again (season 2, episode 6)
Continuity: During the court case, the lady judge has a band-aid on her forehead. It disappears and reappears throughout the scene.
I Second That Emotion (season 2, episode 5)
Continuity: When it's Nibblers birthday, in a far away shot of Nibbler in his chair, the three balls on it are pink, but in the close up they are green.
A Fishful of Dollars (season 1, episode 6)
Continuity: After Leela wipes the egg off her face, her cloth and cup are in front of her on the table. After Fry gives his little speech, they have disappeared.
Space Pilot 3000 (season 1, episode 1)
Continuity: When Fry and Bender are at the bar, the barman hands Bender a bottle of liquor. He takes a big swig of it, but the level in the bottle remains the same.
