Continuity: When Shawn discovers that Jack is his brother, Shawn says he always wondered what it was like to have a brother and that he was an only child. However, in season 1 Shawn is on the phone with his older sister and later in the series, Cory video tapes Shawn's older brother stealing a computer.
Cory's Alternative Friends (season 1, episode 4)
Continuity: Shawn claims his "sister, Stacey" uses the straightening stuff all the time. This is the only mention of her ever during the entire run of the show; and when Jack joins the show he is established as Shawn's only sibling.
Grandma Was a Rolling Stone (season 1, episode 7)
Revealing: When Eric first meets Mr. Feeny's niece, he throws a bag of mulch. When the mulch lands, you can see the fake grass move, and the fake background swings a little bit.
Continuity: When Allen is telling the rocket story to Cory, he metions the "Franklin Space Museum." The real place in Philadelphia is actually called "The Franklin Institute."
Back 2 School (season 2, episode 1)
Continuity: Cory and Harley are out in the hallway after the bell rings, and Cory says he should be in history class, then when they are in Mr. Feeny's office, the bell rings again and Cory says his next class is American history.
Pairing Off (season 2, episode 2)
Continuity: At the end of this episode when Eric & Cory are talking about Cory's date, Eric walks from his desk to the bed and we see the bedroom door is open, but when he walks to his desk from the bed the door is then suddenly closed.
Band on the Run (season 2, episode 8)
Continuity: When Cory and Shawn are auditioning for "Guys" and they're talking about the first person they pick, Cory says,"He's shorter than me and..." but after they pick both guys and he's talking to them, you can see that Cory is the shorter one.
Danger Boy (season 2, episode 16)
Factual error: Cory tries to stand up and get out of the ride while it is starting, but in reality there would have been a lock on the safety bar before the ride starts.
By Hook or By Crook (season 2, episode 18)
Continuity: When Eric is talking to his tutor in the hallway after recieving an A- on a test, there is a poster in the background for Sex Ed. This changes though, from saying "Sex, Ed?" to "Sex Ed" throughout the scene
Pop Quiz (season 2, episode 20)
Continuity: When Cory and Shawn are on Cory's bed they throw a ball out the window. When the camera comes back on them you can see that ball on Eric's bed. But just a second later the ball is gone.
Continuity: At the end of this episode, you see Griff standing with Joey and Frankie. He's wearing a jacket over a pink button down shirt that has a red collar and red accents. He sees a girl, and the camera moves to Joey who stands up on the bench and screams at the girl, then when the camera goes back to Grif, he's wearing a jacket over a plain old faded red shirt. I wonder what happened to the other shirt.
The Double Lie (season 3, episode 2)
Continuity: In this episode, Alan says Eric was 4 in 1978. That would mean that Eric was 20 in 1994. But Eric is driving in 1993 at 16.
This Little Piggy (season 3, episode 6)
Factual error: In this episode, Little Cory is a small pink pig. In a later episode, Little Cory is shown again, but he is a fat black pig.
Factual error: In this episode, Turner goes into a room and says it's his bedroom. But in "My Best Friend's Girl" Cory goes into that room and they say it's a closet.
Truth and Consequences (season 3, episode 7)
Continuity: When they catch Janitor Bud on tape, there is a time clock on the wall. Through the rest of the episode there isn't.
City Slackers (season 3, episode 11)
Factual error: Throughout the series we are told over and over that Cory and Sean have known each other forever. We see the boys and Topanga meet when they are about 6 years old, and Cory says at one point that Mr. Feeny has always been their teacher. Yet, in this episode Mr. Feeny says Sean was born in Ohio, lived in Oklahoma and was in and out of 5 schools by the age of 12. This implies that the boys did not meet until middle school, (age 12, when Sean arrived in PA.).
Fishing for Virna (season 4, episode 4)
Factual error: In the episode Class Pre-Union, they were the class of 2000. In the episode Graduation, they were the class of 1998.
Continuity: Chet says he's spent the last year searching for his wife, but, when he left, Shawn was ending 7th grade and now Shawn is supposed to be sixteen
Singled Out (season 4, episode 7)
Continuity: When Eric answers one question, almost the entire group of girls leaves. In the next scene the stage is filled again
Continuity: The same girls keep leaving the stage every time Eric answers a question.
Boy Meets Real World (season 5, episode 2)
Continuity: In this episode Eric said he was 8 months older than Jack, but in '5-17 And Then There Was Shawn', Jack said that he was older.
Fraternity Row (season 5, episode 4)
Continuity: If you look in most of the scenes, especially the one where she is throwing the stuff out the window, you can see a wall out of the window, but in the scene where Cory comes back from seeing the lady (Dunnow what her name is.) you can see a dresser out the window.
Other: In this episode, Julius Carry plays Professor Michaels. In later episodes, Julius Carry plays Sergeant Moore, Angela's father.
The Witches of Pennbrook (season 5, episode 5)
Plot hole: In this episode Cory takes Topanga on her "first airplane ride". But in season three (episode 66), Topanga had to go Disney World and she obviously took a plane.
A Very Topanga Christmas (season 5, episode 11)
Continuity: When Topanga tries the egg nog, you can tell that there is nothing in the paper cup.

Continuity: During this season when the kitchen door is open, from the living room you see a wall. In EVERY other season you see the actual kitchen.
His Answer (1) (season 6, episode 1)
Plot hole: In this episode Shawn claims he heard Topanga propose when actually he wasn't paying ANY attention to them in the previous episode. Instead he was carrying on about graduating. There wasn't really a way that he could have heard them.
Better than Average Cory (season 6, episode 5)
Continuity: When Cory first confronts Shawn over kissing Topanga in their dorm room, Shawn is looking through his drawer for a shirt. The shot goes to Cory for a second, then when it goes back to Shawn he's had time to find a shirt and put it on - the shot wasn't off him for nearly enough time to do that.
Everybody Loves Stuart (season 6, episode 7)
Continuity: Stuart comments on Shawn's shorter haircut in this episode, but it has been that short since the first day of college
Continuity: When Stewart is at the counter getting coffee while talking to Topanga, his hands are clasped together or one hand up other hand down between shots.
Poetic License: An Ode to Holden Caulfield (season 6, episode 9)
Continuity: When Jack, Rachel and Eric are studying, Jack eats half his apple, then the three argue, and when it cuts back to Jack eating his apple, it is whole again

Factual error: Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Topanga once call her mother 'Chloe'
No Such Thing as a Sure Thing (season 7, episode 4)
Factual error: In this episode, and a few others, it's stated that Topanga's mother's name is Rhiannon, yet in earlier episodes Topanaga said that her mother's name was Chloe.
They're Killing Us (season 7, episode 6)
Revealing: The firefighters, apparently the fastest men in the universe, appear no more than 10 seconds after the fire starts.
The Honeymooners (season 7, episode 8)
Continuity: When Cory is "The Coconut Guy" he is showing Jay Leno, David Letterman and Arnold Schwarzenegger. When Topanga comes to the shop Cory knocks the Arnold Schwarzenegger coconut down but in the next show [a half a second later] it is perfectly straight up.
Revealing: When Topanga is "naked" under the cover, at one point, you can see a large corner of her bra.
The Honeymoon is Over (season 7, episode 9)
Continuity: At one point Cory is telling Shawn about how he can't protect Topanga and they've only been married for one week. But they spent their wedding night in jail, 12 days on their honeymoon and 1 night in their new apartment. So actually the couple have been married for 2 weeks.
Family Trees (season 7, episode 12)
Plot hole: This episode is during Christmas time and it's Alan's birthday, but it was mentioned in "Honesty Night" that Alan's birthday is June 14th.
Seven the Hard Way (2) (season 7, episode 16)
Continuity: At the end of this episode, Eric flings the door of the classroom open, runs out and picks up Rachel. He re-enters the classroom carrying her, puts her on the floor and sits on her. When the camera angle changes to a view from where the rest of the gang is sitting, the door of the classroom is shut tight, even though Eric did not close it on the way in.
She's Having My Baby Back Ribs (season 7, episode 17)
Continuity: At the start, in Cory and Topanga's dorm room, Topanga asks if Cory thinks she is attractive. He says "Yah, let me prove it," and leans on his side. For a split second they show Topanga walking to the door. Then it shows Cory and he is sitting up, if you pay close attention, to Cory and the way he sounds, you can tell they had to start over because somebody messed up
Brave New World (1) (season 7, episode 22)
Continuity: When Cory is receiving advice from Feeny, the grill next to them is closed in one scene, opened in the next, and then closed again.
