Deliberate "mistake": Whenever Chef has his pointer finger up, if you see his hand, he has 5 fingers, but when he opens them all the way, he only has four.
Continuity: S12, E14 'Ungroundable': When Butters enters the computer room at the start, he approaches from the screen right. Camera cuts to the doorway and now he appears from screen left.
Continuity: Season 13, Episode 6, Pinewood Derby: Australia said that if South Park keeps all the space money they will call the cosmic cops. Only Randy has the number as shown.
Continuity: Season 13, Episode 6, "Pinewood Derby": France gets blown to bits by the alien. However a few shots later, France is okay.
Continuity: When ever you see Mr. Mackee he has nothing connecting his glasses in the shots showing the front of his face. But in the side of his face shots you can see he does have a connector.
Continuity: In many episodes, the word "chef" on Chef's apron goes from lower case to upper case, within the same episode and usually happens instantly between shots with no time for him to change the apron.

Continuity: In the classroom there is a poster of Christopher Columbus in the back wall in the class. In the last shot of that scene you can notice that the poster has disappeared and is replaced with an astronaut poster.
Continuity: Mr.Garrison's glasses change throughout shots,from a thin pair to a bold pair.
Continuity: The stars keep changing(especially the sparkly big one)position when Cartman is tied to the tree.
Continuity: After Stan vomits from Wend talking to him, the vomit disappears in a few shots.
Continuity: When the boys are first seen in the cafeteria, Stan is in front of Cartman. When Kyle says, "Hey look, there's Wendy Testeburger." in the next shot, Stan is now behind Cartman.
Audio problem: After the scene where Mr. Garrison says, "You can say that again, Mr. Hat," Kyle shouts, "Give me back my brother you stupid aliens" in Stan's voice.
Revealing: When Cartman finishes talking about his nightmare in the beginning, Chef comes and you can see his hat poking out of the roof of the car. They couldn't really fix this because this episode was done out of construction paper.
Continuity: In the classroom scene where Kyle tries to be excused from class to find Ike, Cartman sets Pip on fire as he was sitting just behind him to the the left. However in the previous shots Pip had not been sitting there, some other kid was and wouldn't have had enough time between shots to move.
Continuity: The "School Food Is Good Food" poster in the cafeteria changes fonts between shots.

Continuity: When Jimbo asks the children if they want beer, the campfire stays still for two shots.
Continuity: When Ned, Jimbo and Kenny are out on the fishing boat they have a rocket attached to a rack. After firing the rocket the rack still remains, but in the next shot when they head for shore the rack is gone.
Continuity: How could Ned shoot Kenny by accident when he was unable to shoot Scuzzlebutt because he had run out of ammo?
Deliberate "mistake": When the boys are hunting in the forest, then they start to crawl after the rabbit, however, the background behind them is static as if they were crawling in place.
Plot hole: Scuzzlebutt is trapped by a river of lava but is able to accept thanks from the Mayor. To do this he would had to have crossed a river of lava.
Continuity: The clock behind the geologist shows different times between scenes.
Weight Gain 4000 (season 1, episode 3)
Continuity: When the kids are rehearsing the play, the crowd only appears when Mr. Garrison says "To hell with Kathy Lee Gifford." The crowd is nowhere to be seen before then.
Continuity: When Mr. Garrison is standing in front of the mirrors with the gun, his hand's position on the gun differs depending on what mirror you're looking at.
Continuity: In one shot, the security guards are on the ground surrounding Kathie Lee, and in the next shot, they are on the truck.
Continuity: When Wendy asks the crowd where they all are going, the wide shot shows that Kyle is nowhere near the stage. When it cuts Kyle is standing right next to Wendy.
Factual error: When Cartman eats the "Weight Gain 4000," he not only gets fatter, but taller as well.
Continuity: When Mr. Garrison asks Officer Barbrady where he can get the best shot or view of Kathy Lee. Barbrady's pants are black. In the next scene when Barbrady takes the next guy's camera his pants are blue.
Revealing: Right after Wendy tries to convince the crowd that Cartman's actual paper was 'Walden' with Cartman's name on it, Stan mentions something about Kyle's mom making tuna fish sandwiches. When he does this, you can kind of see him 'lift' off the background.
Continuity: When Mr. Garrison is carrying around his gun, it is not the wood finished gun with the wood colored hand grip that he bought, it was the other one that had the grey hand grip.
Continuity: After Mr Garrison announces Kathie-Lee will be presenting an award for Cartman, you see the next scene in the Mayors office. There we can see cleary the curtains are red, then she looks out the window and looking in the office from outside, they are pink, but it goes in the office again and now they are back to red.
Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride (season 1, episode 4)
Continuity: When the boys are playing football, as the shots change, if you look behind the bleachers, sometimes there are mountains and other times there is nothing but sky.
An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig (season 1, episode 5)
Continuity: When the boys are standing in a group, Kenny disappears after a while, then Stan disappears, but then a second later, they are all back together.
Continuity: In the end classroom scene, whenever they show Kyle, he is in front of the class, but in the wide shots, he is behind other kids.
Continuity: Kyle has a black eye, but it has magically disappeared by the time he gets home.
Continuity: Shelly throws Stan on the carpet, but then in the closeup, something blue appears under him. (Despite a deleted scene, this is still a mistake within the show.)
Death (season 1, episode 6)
Continuity: Just before Warsog emerges from the network building for the first time, Mrs. Marsh is shown to be stood next to a couple of random townspeople. In the very next shot Mrs. Cartman, Mrs. Broflovski and a third nondescript have appeared.
Continuity: The birthday cake disappears in some shots after they give it to Stan's grandfather.
Continuity: After Warsog gives his "statement" to the townspeople, he removes his glasses when telling them to direct their complaints to a nearby wall. Then, as he walks back inside, his glasses are back on his head.
Other: Both Kyle's and Stan's mothers are identified in this episode as Carol. They later become Sheila and Sharon.
Pink Eye (season 1, episode 7)
Continuity: When we see Kenny from the front, the hole in his head exposing his brain appears on his left side, but when we see the top of his head when he is biting people, the hole is in the back of his head.
Continuity: In the opening scene, the trees in the background keep moving between shots.
Continuity: In the cemetery scene where Kyle calls the emergency hotline and Stan and Cartman hold off the zombies, in the shot where Kyle's hand holding the Worcestershire Sauce is shown in close-up, his gloves are shown as green instead of white, which they are while Kyle is in his vampire costume.
Continuity: During the scene where Chef goes to see the Mayor and Officer Barbrady, there is a shot from outside, where a pumpkin is visible in the window. But when Chef goes inside, there is no pumpkin.
Continuity: At the end when the airplane hits Kenny, there is a gravestone with a cross on it behind him, but all the time when the other three boys were talking, none of the gravestones behind them had crosses.
Continuity: Tom's Rhynoplasty appears between two different sets of buildings in the street shots.

Revealing: When Cartman walks in on Sally Struthers eating the cake, the cake has holes in it, and part of her hair goes in front, and part of it is visible through the cake. All of the other slices have holes in the same place as well.
Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo (season 1, episode 9)
Continuity: When Mr. Hankey is dancing around Kyle's bathroom there are some poo marks where Mr. Hankey never even touched.
Other: I think it's this episode i can't remember off hand but you can see Token in the episode. White, not black.
Continuity: In the scene where Mr. Garrison is telling the students to to get in place for the play, Kenny is seen in the group. Despite the fact that he is supposed to be taking the star or the ceiling at that point. He is then seen seconds later climbing down the ladder with the star.
Continuity: When the town are protesting outside the Mayor's office, the woman at the front of the Nativity protesting group is wearing a purple shirt. A few seconds later, she is with the group against the cutting-down of Christmas trees wearing a completely different shirt (white with a Christmas tree in a red circle with a line through it).

Continuity: Halfway through the episode, Blue Mega-Man turns into Green Mega-Man
Tom's Rhinoplasty (season 1, episode 11)
Continuity: When Mr. Garrison returns to the classroom with his new face and does the posing to "Shadow Dancing," it flashes back to the students and Wendy is dressed in her normal clothes instead of the black leather she wore to impress Stan. Next time it shows her, she's back to normal.
Continuity: When Stan pukes on to the desk when Miss Ellen says his name at first, it is pink. Then when the camera cuts back to him, it is brown. Then when he pukes the second time and Kyle says "You had waffles for breakfast huh?" it is pink again.
Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut (1) (season 1, episode 13)
Continuity: At first the football team is mentioned as "The 1988 Denver Broncos" but throughout this episode and its sequel, they are "The 1992 Denver Broncos."
Plot hole: Stan's grandad submits the video of Kenny being hit by the train. This gets through into the final, which shocks Stan and Kyle. But shortly the clip would have had to get through to the final by another episode, so shortly Stan and Kyle wouldn't have been so surprised. The video couldn't have been submitted before, as Stans video was submitted first.
Continuity: The video sent in by Stans granddad of Kenny getting hit by the train doesn't match what actually happened.
Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut (2) (season 2, episode 2)
Continuity: Chef's car outside Hells Pass Hospital is almost covered in snow the first time it is seen. However a car seen sitting outside the America's Most Wanted studio in South Park a few minutes later has no snow on it whatsoever.
Conjoined Fetus Lady (season 2, episode 5)
Continuity: When the town has a Conjoined Twin Myslexia Parade, and Nurse Gollum is walking; you see her right hand down as she walks, and no people in the background. Then the shot changes, and you see her right hand up waving, and people where there weren't any before.
Factual error: When Mr. Mackey, Principal Victoria, and Nurse Gollum are eating dinner with the Broslofskis, notice pork on the table. Since the Broslofskis are practicing Jews, they would have not allowed unclean food (such as pork) in their home.
City on the Edge of Forever (a.k.a. Flashbacks) (season 2, episode 7)
Continuity: When the bus starts to rock, just after Cartman has recalled the Fonzie story, the background turns from day to night in a split second.
Merry Christmas Charlie Manson! (season 2, episode 16)
Continuity: In the scene where the Cartman family and boys are seated at table, Kenny sits between Kyle and Great-Grandma. But a few shots later Kyle has to hold Great-Grandma's catheter bag, as he is now sitting next to her, and Kenny is no longer between them. However he's back between them again when the camera shows the whole table.
Rainforest Schmainforest (season 3, episode 1)
Continuity: A little while after Cartman leaves the group and finds the construction zone, we see a frontal view of the rest of the group. Cartman is still in it.
The Succubus (a.k.a. Chef's Mama) (season 3, episode 3)
Continuity: When Stan, Kyle and Kenny go to Chef's house to tell him about Veronica, they can't talk to him so they sit down opposite Chef's parents. When Kyle says, "We have to talk to him," he and Stan have swapped places.
Continuity: Kenny's head is completely smashed when he is attacked in the church during Chef's and the succubus' wedding, but it is whole again when Cartman brings it to the optometrist to get an eye transplant.
Cat Orgy (1) (season 3, episode 7)
Continuity: In the episode "Cat Orgy" when Sheily's boyfriend, Sklar, are playing the song for Sheily while Cartman is hanging on the coat rack you can see of what looks like a picture of Cartman's grandparents hanging on the wall. But when Sheily walks over and flings Cartman up into the ceiling for arguing with her, look at the wall, the picture is completely gone.
Continuity: When Shelley chucks Cartman into the wall for arguing with her, the wall cracks. But later on in some shots the cracks have gone.
Continuity: Just before Cartman sends his kitty out of the window with the photo, there's a photo frame on his desk and a "Cartman" cutout tacked above the desk, and on his bed is his frog toy and his hat. When Cartman walks over to the window with the kitty, all these items have vanished.
Continuity: When Cartman is playing "Wild Wild West" with his toys, he has a female doll tied to a piece of wood on his bedside table. Then after his mom comes in and leaves again, Cartman starts dancing, and suddenly the doll has appeared behind him, and is also off of the wood.
Continuity: When Cartman gets his kitty the catnip from under the kitchen sink, a yellow plate rack full of plates appears on the worktop next to the sink that wasn't there in previous shots.
Continuity: When Shelley and Skyler are in the kitchen, there's a plate on the table with pizza crusts on it. Between closeups and wide shots the crusts continually switch from the left to the right side.
Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub (2) (a.k.a. Melvins (2)) (season 3, episode 8)
Continuity: In the scene where the ATF fires at the group of people coming out of Mr. Mackey's party, they drop dead. A few shots later when the ATF aims the big gun at the door, the bodies and bullet holes in the house are gone.
Chinpokomon (season 3, episode 11)
Continuity: At the toy store, Stan shows Cartman the three Chinpokomon he is buying: Lambtron, Roostor, and Shoe. When Stan's mother is at the cash register paying for his toys, though, she has a different Chinpokomon and Pingin. At the bus stop the next day, he has yet another different Chinpokomon.
Audio problem: Near the end of the episode, where the boys are standing at the bus stop and Kenny (who is in a seizure trance) starts getting attacked by rats, Cartman yells, "Hey, get away. He's not dead yet", but it doesn't sound like Cartman (the tone seems more high-pitched.).
Starvin' Marvin in Space! (season 3, episode 13)
Continuity: The second time the boys go through the wormhole you can see that Kenny is with them, even though he is still meant to be on earth.
The Red Badge of Gayness (a.k.a. War) (season 3, episode 14)
Continuity: In the episode with the new civil war, when Clinton unrolls the scroll, it goes from rolling horizontally to rolling vertically between shots.
Are You There God, It's Me Jesus (season 3, episode 16)
Factual error: In the episode where Cartman thinks he has had his period, a news report says it was merely a viral infection, simple antibiotics will cure it. Antibiotics are only used on bacteria and have no effect on viruses.
Worldwide Recorder Concert (season 3, episode 17)
Plot hole: When Cartman writes the "brown noise" onto the score for the recorder contest, the note he writes is an ordinary E flat note. If E flat was the brown noise, wouldn't it have already been discovered years before?
Continuity: In the episode with the recorder concert. When Cartman and Kenny come into the hotel room, saying that they've found the "brown noise", Cartman is wearing headphones and holding another pair in his hand. Then he suddenly has two extra pairs - he gives one to Kyle and one to Stan (and is still wearing one himself).
Cartman's Silly Hate Crime 2000 (season 4, episode 2)
Continuity: In the scene where Cartman is crying for his mother, the tattoo on Romper Stomper's face disappears, then comes back in the next scene.
Factual error: The news anchor calls Cartman a hate crime suspect, but he had already been convicted, that makes him a hate crime convict.
Continuity: At first the sled race is supposed to be on Saturday, but late in the show it is on announced as happening on Thursday.
Continuity: In Mackey's office, Cartman goes from getting off his chair, then sitting back on the chair, then he appears back off the chair.
Quintuplets 2000 (season 4, episode 4)
Continuity: When the boys are heading to see the quintuplets they approach a souvenir stand. In the wide shot all we can see are some CDs on the stand. In the close-up shot there are suddenly prize signs next to the CDs.
Continuity: In the beginning when the boys come in to the living room, Kenny's brother is standing next to him. When it cuts, as Stan's grandpa enters, Kenny's brother is gone.
Cartman Joins NAMBLA (season 4, episode 5)
Continuity: When Kenny approaches his mum with a plunger, she asks, "What are you doing Kenny?" and she is wearing a "I'm with Stupid" t-shirt, but when Kenny tries to plunge her, the phrase "God Bless America" can be seen visible on her T-Shirt.
Chef Goes Nanners (season 4, episode 7)
Audio problem: Just before Kenny explodes from eating all of Mr. Broflovski's antacid tablets, we hear Kyle, Stan and Cartman shout out Kenny's name. One problem - Cartman isn't in the room with them. He isn't even on their debate team.
4th Grade (season 4, episode 11)
Continuity: When the two geeks first fight about how many episodes there were for Star Trek the blonde guy says 72 and the other geek says 73, however later when the blonde geek is telling the boys about it, he says there are 73.
Great Expectations (season 4, episode 14)
Continuity: Pocket carries Pip's luggage away, but a few shots later the luggage suddenly reappears beside them.
Fat Camp (season 4, episode 15)
Revealing: As Stan and Kenny ask Chef whether Kenny is a prostitute, Kyle's mouth is rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise.
A Very Crappy Christmas (season 4, episode 17)
Audio problem: The animated Christmas movie the boys are making is really "the Spirit of Christmas", the movie Trey Parker and Matt Stone made before South Park. The dialogue recorded by the boys is the same as in the original (with a few changes, but when the film is shown later it's the original speech from "The Spirit of Christmas". You can tell by the way the voices are done, and the tone of the voices.
It Hits the Fan (season 5, episode 1)
Audio problem: When the British knight beheads an executive in the office and gets shot through the glass the sounds of these three things aren't there.
Audio problem: After the news anchor says his first sentence, his voice changes, almost like a different person.
Cripple Fight (season 5, episode 2)
Continuity: When Timmy and Jimmy are fighting (when Jimmy's kneeing Timmy in the groin), on the first hit, Timmy has the American flag on his right arm and a yellow circle on the other. On the second hit, the circle is now a yellow ring. On the the fifth hit, the right arm has the yellow ring on it, then he flips over and the American flag's on the other arm.
Scott Tenorman Must Die (season 5, episode 4)
Plot hole: When Scott Tenorman shows the other kids a video of Cartman doing his "piggy" act, the angle of the video shot shows that it could only have been taken from the place where Scott was standing when Cartman originally did it - but Scott is seen at that time to have no video camera or any way to have recorded this.
Continuity: When Kyle and Stan show up to the Chili Con Carnival, we see in the background a woman with a little girl walking towards the right and Kyle and Stan at the left walking towards Eric's booth. When Kyle and Stan get there in the next shot, the woman and the girl are still walking, but they are in the same place as they were when the shot cut. This makes Kyle and Stan able to walk very fast apparently.
Continuity: When Cartman is eating his chili, he almost empties the bowl before he stops to talk, then the shot goes to Scott then back to Cartman and now the bowl is almost full again with a little chili sticking up above the brim.
Factual error: Radiohead's recording studio is in Oxford, not London. (Although they might have been working in London that day, they wouldn't recieve fan mail there.).
Continuity: At the beginning of this episode, Cartman says Scott is a ninth grader, but later Kyle says he is an eighth grader.
Cartmanland (season 5, episode 6)
Plot hole: How was Cartman able to afford a fairly lengthy TV ad, when he had already spent all his money on the theme park? Cartman took all his money with him to buy the theme park. After buying the park, he runs the TV ad mocking Stan and Kyle. Soon after, when he hires the security guard, he reiterates that he had spent all his money to purchase the theme park. Cartman would not be able to get a loan (he is too young), even as a co-signer. Cartman's mother is also not wealthy enough to give him the money.
Continuity: At the end, the IRS takes half of Eric's money in their hands. Next shot, a load more money has appeared on Eric's truck.
Continuity: In the scenes where Cartman is miserable because of all the people in the park, when Kenny is on the roller coaster and he gets a pipe through his head, the kids who were with him change when the picture of him on the ride is shown.
Continuity: When Cartman is withdrawing his money from the bank the teller counts out the last $1000 and then shifts the pile towards the bigger pile, without putting a paper band around the notes but in the next scene all the piles have paper bands.
Proper Condom Use (season 5, episode 7)
Other: When the boys cause a mini tremor by blowing up the girls' base, the time at which it occurs is strange because when they do it, both Stan's parents are at home (even though they both have jobs), Ms. Choksondik and Mr. Mackey are at Choksondik's house getting it on (indicating that school is over) and the other teachers are still at the school.
Revealing: Mr. Mackey's glasses do not have the part that goes over his nose unless he is looking sideways, then it suddenly appears.
Continuity: In the background we see an ambulance with "South Park Hospital" written on it. It is supposed to be called "Hells Pass Hospital."
Continuity: When Miss Chokesondik first lectures the girls on STD's the words "Sexually Transmitted Diseases" appear on the blackboard although partially obscured as it is a narrow shot of the teacher. The view then changes to a wide shot of the blackboard and nothing is written on it. Miss Chokesondik then proceeds to write "Sexually Transmitted Diseases" on the board.
Continuity: During the first classroom scene, Token is in the back with Kenny partially in front of him, but when we see the closeup of the projector with Token in front of it, we don't see Kenny anywhere.
Towelie (season 5, episode 8)
Continuity: When Cartman finds the cotton bud, whilst he's examining it, the controller changes positions in between shots.
Osama Bin Laden Has Farty Pants (season 5, episode 9)
Continuity: When Osama is holding the dynamite, the light is at the end of the fuse, yet about 3 seconds after the guards surround him it explodes.
Continuity: When Osama is video taping his message, Kenny is sitting on the left side chair but when you see the video on the news, Kenny is setting on the far right side next to the goat. The other characters except for the goat change places as well.
Butters' Very Own Episode (season 5, episode 14)
Continuity: Butters' mom is holding a knife, pointed at her shoulder, but in the very next shot it is down near the cucumber, and then goes back.
Other: When Butters is travelling down the river in his mom's car, the passenger door opens just before the car hits the rock.
Continuity: When Butters' mom paints his face with the roller, the paint is the color of the wall rather than the color she is painting.
Continuity: When we view Butters from the front of the car, the clip of his seatbelt is above the seat, but when the shot changes to a closeup of Butters, the clip is below the top of the seat.

Continuity: When Stan is lowered into the baby calf barn, he goes and unties all the chains from around all the cows' necks, but when the boys begin to carry them all away, the chains are back around their necks.

Continuity: When Russell Crowe is about to bust into the editor's office, there is a picture of John Stamos on the editor's bulletin board. In the next shot it is gone.

Continuity: When we see George from outside his house, there is nothing but clear glass, but when we see him from inside, there is a black rail accross at about waist level.
Continuity: When Spielberg and Lucas are sitting behind the boys, the camera shows them to be sitting up higher that they are in other shots, when it is focused on them, you should be able to see the tops of the kids heads sitting in front of them.

Audio problem: In the scene where the kids go to meet Bebe, the voice asking her mother where she is, is the voice of Kyle speaking, but it is visually Stan who is speaking.

Plot hole: Tweek's parents tell him that they have installed locks on his window and door so that he is safe from abductors. But if Tweek's door and window are locked at night by his parents (as we see during the first night when they are teaching him not to open the door to anyone but them), then how did Frederick Johnson get into Tweek's room?
The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers (season 6, episode 13)
Continuity: When the kids are shown in Token's backyard, Kevin is not present. But a few seconds later, when they are each giving their opinions about the 'cursed' video, Kevin suddenly appears on the end of the line.
The Biggest Douche in the Universe (season 6, episode 15)
Other: When the trailer for 'Kenny' is being shown, the label on the pot roast has McGilroy written on it, instead of McElroy (which is Chef's actual surname).
Continuity: When Stan goes to see John Edwards, John Edwards's butler goes to get him. When the butler reappears (just before he pushes the buttons on the wall for the recorded voices), he reappears from the right of the archway. But John Edwards appears from the left of the archway when the voices are playing.
My Future Self n' Me (season 6, episode 16)
Continuity: When Stan threatens to cut his hand off, you can see his wrist, but just right before he does it, his wrist disapears between his glove and jacket. If his wrist was showing, he couldn't have had his hand pulled inside his jacket and he obviously couldn't have done it while holding the meat cleaver.

Continuity: When Cartman is complaining that he doesn't want to study, his book changes position on his table between shots.
Lil' Crime Stoppers (season 7, episode 6)
Other: Butters tries to get an "seamen sample", and is on it for two days straight.
The mistake: You can see Butters' head in the school classroom, while he's still supposed to be in Cartman's bathroom.
Continuity: When Sarah Peterson comes to report that her doll is missing, Butters' name is already on the cardboard wall in front of the stairs. But he does not get questioned about Sarah's doll until later.
Continuity: The kids earn a dollar and hold it up. Then we see another shot of what's meant to be the same dollar, however the serial numbers on it have changed.
Christian Rock Hard (season 7, episode 9)
Continuity: At several points during the final scene, the microphone stand disappears and reappears on the stage.
Casa Bonita (season 7, episode 11)
Continuity: When Cartman is about to jump from the cliff near the end, the cop comes in front of him and you see his hand as a pointing gun, but then in the next shot his hand is fist.
It's Christmas in Canada (season 7, episode 15)
Factual error: In the first scene, the Broslofskis are lighting their hanukiyah. It is the first night, and the lone non-shamash candle is on the far left side as they look at it. However, Hanukkah candles are placed in the hanukiyah starting from the right.
Continuity: Near the end of the episode before Cartman starts fighting Kyle, he throws his gloves in front of him. In the very next shot they are gone.
Continuity: During the Christmas tree lighting, when he is suggesting that the town get rid of all Mexicans, the people standing in front of Mr. Garrison change.
Good Times With Weapons (season 8, episode 1)
Continuity: When Butters is in the hospital, you see blood start coming down his cheek, but when the shot changes from a top view to a view from his feet, there is no blood running down his cheek, which should've started showing in the shot already.
Continuity: When the boys are walking through the fair and spot the weapons store, you can see that there are some yellow nunchucks, but when the angle changes position you can see that there are red nunchucks right there.
Continuity: In the town hall meeting scene, a man says that he is "shocked and appalled" by what has happened. In the wide shot, he is sitting next to Liane Cartman. In the closeup, Liane is replaced by a woman dressed in purple. In the next wide shot, Liane is back.
Up the Down Steroid (season 8, episode 2)
Continuity: When Eric comes running over to talk to the other 3 boys about the handicapped competition, their toy trucks are quite far apart from each other, but when it cuts from Cartman and then back to the boys, Kyle's truck has moved all the way in front of Stan's truck.
Continuity: When Cartman is planning out how he's going to be retarded, in the shot from behind him when he's on the computer there is a cup with a red and yellow pencil in it, the red is on the right and the yellow is on the left. Yet when it goes to looking at Cartman from the other way the crayons must've swapped positions because now they are the other way around.
Continuity: When Jimmy is about to use the steroids, there is a shot of the pills. Then when he uses the steroids we can see the order of them the way they were layed out on the original shot has changed.
Continuity: In the scene where Jimmy and Timmy are training, you can see that there are two people behind them, a girl wearing a pink top with a flower on and a boy with some green glasses on. When it cuts to Jimmy and Timmy talking, and then goes back, the boy wearing the glasses has disappeared, then a few shots later the boy with glasses is back.
Continuity: When the handicapped people are on the bus, from a distance you can see that on the far window there is a kid nodding his head from back to front with black hair and when it goes into the bus you can see that the kid has brown hair and is nodding his head side-to-side.
You Got F*cked in the Ass (season 8, episode 4)
Audio problem: After Stan does the line dance while the other team announces that "its on", and the bystanders are watching. As the blonde haired white guy says "Oh Lord its on." The Asian kid from the group is saying the exact same thing. However you don't hear his voice.
Revealing: When the "Asian Kid" is first introduced on the Dance Dance Revolution machine, the arrows are going up the left side (Player 1 side) of the screen, but he is obviously playing on player 2's side. To make matters even worse, the dance pattern on screen doesn't match the way he's dancing, yet the screen also shows that he's doing pretty well.
Douche and Turd (season 8, episode 8)
Continuity: At the dinner table when Stan tells his parents about the election, he has a glass in front of him. The glass switches from being on his left side to being on his right side between shots.
Something Wall-Mart This Way Comes (season 8, episode 9)
Continuity: Episode 9, Season 8. When the kids get to the Wallmart we see a crane putting the letter "W" to the "WALLMART" sign. Later we see the same shot where the crane does it again.
Continuity: When Wal-Mart is imploding at the end, a massive chunk of concrete falls by Randy and disappears instantly.
Audio problem: At the end of the episode, Kyle shouts, "We have to get out of here" in Stan's voice.
Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset (season 8, episode 12)
Deliberate "mistake": In the whore off scene just after Mr. Slave made Paris Hilton "disappear" as he is walking back to his pants keep an eye on his chest. His grey shirt appears from nowhere.
Woodland Critter Christmas (season 8, episode 14)
Continuity: In episode 8-14: "Woodland Critter Christmas," the narrator says that it's "Christmas Eve day," but then the abortion doctor says that it's "three days until Christmas."
Continuity: Just after Stan returns to the forest and sees that the antichrist is born, the squirrel mentions that the antichrist will bring a thousand years of darkness. At the same moment you can see standing next to him the rabbit. Despite the fact that he was sacrificed earlier in the episode and is not seen in any of the shots before or after this.
Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina (season 9, episode 1)
Continuity: Kyle and the rest enter the basketball centre. Three people are behind them, then when the shot changes they're gone.
Die Hippie, Die (season 9, episode 2)
Continuity: When Cartman is in jail, and the group of adults comes with the cake, the cake has two stories to it. Later the cake is shown with only one layer.
Continuity: At the beginning when Cartman is showing the old women the hippies in the attic, there is a pair of boots and some other things behind them. It does two shots that show the things behind them, then in the last shot before they leave the attic, all the things are gone.
Erection Day (season 9, episode 7)
Audio problem: Officer Barbrady's voice and accent sound completely different from how he has sounded in the past.
Ginger Kids (season 9, episode 11)
Other: When Cartman is made into a ginger kid, his hair is suddenly longer than before and he has a fringe.
Make Love, Not Warcraft (season 10, episode 8)
Continuity: Everyone in the entire game (including the Koreans) has no armor on except for the boys and their friends from school.
Continuity: When Liane comes down after Eric says "Batroom", you can see Cartman, and to the left, Stan. However, when the camera instantly changes to a side view, Stan is no longer there.
Continuity: At the end of the epsiode, Randy and Stan are talking to each other via the game, but Stan doesn't have headphones on.
Mystery of the Urinal Deuce (season 10, episode 9)
Plot hole: When Cartman is doing his presentation on the 9/11 attacks, he says that Kyle got 91 on a spelling test 12 days after 9/11 - but September 23rd was a Sunday.
Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy (season 10, episode 10)
Continuity: Season 10, Episode 10: "Miss Teacher Bangs A Boy". When Miss Stephenson is drawing shapes on the blackboard, she draws a circle and a square only, and then is disrupted by Cartman. At the end of the scene where she is erasing the board, a triangle is now on the board with no time to draw it.
Continuity: Season 10, Episode 10 "Miss Teacher Bangs A Boy". In the scene where Cartman and his crew park the SUV outside the Hilton behind an orange car. In the next shot when Cartman and his crew are running in, the SUV is gone, only to return in the next scene.
The Snuke (season 11, episode 4)
Other: When the people are behind the glass looking at the person with the Snuke, there is one person who doesn't have a mouth.
Guitar Queer-o (season 11, episode 13)
Other: 1113 Guitar Queer-O: When the kids are playing "Carry On Wayward Son," there are no notes on the tv in the one area. However the boys play the notes there and get it right.
All of series 12 (season 12)
Other: Season 12 episode 4 "Canada on strike" During the fight between the Internet stars, no one kills Afro Ninja, but he is dead at the end.
Continuity: (Episode 4 - Canada on Strike!) While Tay Zonday (Chocolate rain guy) is fighting with Chris Crocker (Leave Britney alone!) he is holding her by the hair and holds his gun to her head. The next wide shot of all the fighting in the room, the gun has disappeared from his hands, but he is still holding Crocker by her hair.
Pilot: The Spirit of Christmas (Jesus vs. Santa) (season 99, episode 7)
Revealing: Each time Jesus turns his head to speaks to the children when he is beating Santa Claus, he has two left arms.
Continuity: When Santa Claus is spinning Jesus over him, Jesus' beard keeps appearing and disappearing.
