When Officer Barbrady goes back to school, on the alphabet chart behind Mr. Garrison, the letters are arranged to spell "Dios Mio Mataron a Kenny, bastardo", Spanish for "Oh my God they killed Kenny, you bastard."
Terrance & Phillip in "Not Without My Anus" (series 2)
This episode aired the day "Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut" was supposed to air. Since it was April Fools Day, the creators decided to play a prank by airing this episode. This resulted in Comedy Central getting phone calls from angry viewers who hated how they had waited four weeks for the identity of Cartman's father to be revealed only to discover that they had to wait an additional three weeks for the actual episode.
Consequently, this episode was shown again on Comedy Central only twice. The second being right before the release of the movie.
Chinpokomon (series 3)
The title of this episode translates from Japanese as "penis monsters". ('chinpoko' is Japanese slang for penis, 'mon' is short for monster).
Butters' Very Own Episode (series 5)
Kyle does not have one single line in this episode.
Scott Tenorman Must Die (series 5)
The ending where Cartman tricks Scott Tenorman into eating his parents is based on the ending of William Shakespeare's "Titus Andronicus".

When the fake Mongolians are attacking the wall with the tape recorder on the ground, the sound effects seem to be taken directly from Microsoft's Age of Empires II.
Jared Has Aides (series 6)
Jared Fogel actually did an interview on the "Bob and Tom" show in which he discussed this episode.
During this episode a guy tells Jared some kids want him to sign their sandwich, which he has actually done on many occasions.
Because of all the AIDS jokes, this episode has never been rerun on Comedy Central.

In the theme song, it is changed (again) to Kenny saying,"Someday I'll be old enough, to stick my ... in britney's butt"....in case you were wonderin 'bout that one, too.

The Passion of the Jew (series 8)
When Kenny and Stan are leaving to travel to Mel Gibson, Stan says "Look, this isn't about the $18 ticket money anymore. This is about being able to hold bad filmmakers responsible. This is just like when we got our money back for 'BASEketball'." BASEketball. is a movie made in 1998 that starred Matt Stone and Trey Parker.
Bloody Mary (series 9)
In one shot of the episode Bloody Mary, about 14 minutes into the episode, you can see a "Visitor" from previous episodes to the right side of Randy, when he is talking to Stan. The alien is only visible for around seven seconds.
Le Petit Tourette (series 11)
If you look carefully at the logo for the toy store, notice the man's face. Looks almost identical to the face of the leader of the Super Adventure Club. The club that in the episode "The return of Chef" was into molesting children.
Pilot: The Spirit of Christmas (Jesus vs. Santa) (series 99)
This film is a remake of another one called The Spirit of Christmas (Jesus vs. Frosty), made in 1992. You can watch both at South Park Clip
