Continuity: In the scene where the Griffins are at the yacht club, Peter is telling a rat story. Before he talks about a steak, Lois' earrings are white, but right after the suddenly change to blue. Submitted by mOnKeYmAn33
Edit
Continuity: In the scene where Lois goes down to the room where Peter is dancing, Peter is wearing blue pants. After he walks over to the door and greets her, he still has blue pants. The next shot of Lois and Peter dancing has him wearing his normal green pants, but after that it goes back to blue pants for the rest of the scene. (Time)
Edit
Continuity: When we first see the toy train under the floor, it has four carriages, but in the next shot, we see five carriages go past. (Time) Submitted by Blibbetyblip

Edit
Audio problem: When Peter introduces the pope to his friends at work, and he is saying "Remember when we got that stripper for Charlie and it turned out to be his son? I think this is gonna top it" or something along those lines), Peter's mouth very obviously does not sync up with the words being said. Submitted by Gary O'Reilly
Edit
Continuity: In the first shot of Peter and Francis at the baseball game, there is a girl in a green dress sitting behind them. In the next shot there is a guy in a cream shirt sitting behind them. (Time) Submitted by Blibbetyblip
Edit
Factual error: At one point, Peter's father tells Lois "Maybe you won't go to Hell after all. Maybe you'll just be sent to Purgatory with all the unbaptized babies." Catholics believe that unbaptized babies are sent to Limbo, not Purgatory, and a fanatically devout Catholic like Mr. Griffin would know that.
Edit
Continuity: When the family comes out of the house after the apocalypse and finds Peter impaled on a "gag" fence, watch the way the fence is stuck in him. At first the thin side is up and down, meaning the band going around Peter would attach to the wider side of the fence. When he takes it off, the band is attached to the thin edge, which makes the previous shot of him impaled impossible.
Edit
Continuity: When Meg is putting down traps for Joe, she puts down a lot. Then when the Griffens leave and the giant rat comes, there are only a few. Then when Joe says "bring it on," there are a lot again. Submitted by luke skyjogger
Edit
Continuity: The position of the hole on the leg of Meg's pants changes. In the scene where Meg is putting the mouse traps around Joe, the hole is on the right side. When they arrive at the house with Randy Newman and Meg is telling Peter that the Twinkee factory in Natick may not even exist, the hole is on the left side. This happens again throughout the episode.
Edit
Continuity: When Peter drinks the water after having all the dehydrated meals, he expands. Then in the next 'shot' he is much bigger, even though there is no time for him to have expanded further. Submitted by Blibbetyblip
Edit
Continuity: When the government people are looking at the missiles spelling 'Happy New Year', the 'Y' in 'Year' changes distinctly between shots. Submitted by Blibbetyblip

Continuity: After Lois accuses Stewie of peeing on the carpet, he asks her to bend down and slaps her with a glove. The glove remains in his hand in that cut, is still there when there is a wide shot of Peter, Stewie, Lois and Brian (you can just see it next to his trousers in his hand), but when it cuts back to Stewie and he starts on about "the outrages" etc, it is gone (the cut is instant, no time for him to put it back in his pocket). A common error, this one just struck me as strange, because the sandwich Stewie threw at Lois is there the entire scene. Submitted by Gary O'Reilly

Continuity: When Spooner St. is announced as the parade's winner, Lois and Loretta hug. In the next shot, they are both waving their hands in the air. Submitted by Blibbetyblip
