Death Has a Shadow
Continuity: Brian's newspaper's name changes from "Daily Informant" to "Daily Tim...". The newspaper also turns upside down between the two shots.
Continuity: When Peter is testifying in court, the microphone on the witness stand disappears in the shots from the judge's point of view.
Continuity: Stewie tries to get his mind control device back from the kitchen. The cupboard door is open when he falls. In the very next shot, Lois turns the light on in the kitchen, and we see the door has closed without anyone touching it. It is open again after that.
Continuity: When Peter says he's gonna buy his family the biggest meal they've ever had, Stewie's eyes are drastically bigger than usual.
Continuity: When Lois, Meg, Chris and Stewie first enter the courtroom there is a brown-shirted man sitting next to Quagmire. In the next shot, there is a pink-shirted man there.
Continuity: The welfare cheque that Lois gets from the postal worker is addressed: 'Peter Griffin, 72 Spooner St, Quahog, RI' but the Griffins live at 31 Spooner St. every other time their address is mentioned.
Continuity: When we first see the two commentators in the box, the blue suited one doesn't have a mug, but in the next shot, there is a mug next to his microphone.
Deliberate "mistake": When Stewie demands his device, he says, "Like a box of active grenades," and she gives it back. The pins weren't pulled, yet he runs and it explodes.
Continuity: When Meg is looking through her magazine in one shot there are just some adverts, but in the next shot there is a full page picture of someone.
Continuity: During the breakfast scene when Peter is lying on the table, the food on the plates changes positions between shots.
Continuity: When Stewie is acting like a ninja to get his gun back it is in a cupboard with 3 shelves. Yet when the gun is lifting him up there are only two shelves.

Continuity: When Lois and Peter are in bed prior to the Raisin Bran spoof, in one frame Peter is not wearing glasses, the next close-up he is, and in the next frame he is again without glasses.
Continuity: The seating arrangement of the students preparing to throw paper wads at Meg during the Wonder Years parody changes depending on the camera angle.
Continuity: The family visits Peter in the hospital. In the long shot, there is nothing on Stewie's head. In the next close up, a band-aid appears on his head.
Continuity: When Peter is explaining to Meg about "bribes" in one shot the window in the kitchen door disappears.
Continuity: When Peter crashes into the cable tower in the far shot, the number plate isn't there. Yet in the close up shots it is there.
Continuity: After Meg is pulled over by the police officer, in the situating shot of Peter driving Meg home, it appears that Lois is sitting next to him in the passenger seat, but it's really Meg.
Continuity: During the scene where Peter interrupts Meg class in a towel, there is a dotted line in the diagram on the board at first, but later, the line is gone.
Continuity: When Lois is feeding Stewie broccoli at the beginning in one shot the plate disappears from his table, and then in the next shot it is there with a fork next to it.
