Entry In Australia, where I live, the episodes Blue Harvest Part 1 and Part 2 are being released as a movie. Does anyone know if these episodes are going to be released on the Region 4 Season 7 DVD,(our seasons are numbered differently than the American ones) I don't want to buy Blue Harvest as a movie if it's going to be released as two episodes on the DVD. [I would say its almost certain that Blue Harvest will not be on the upcoming Region 4 release. Volume 6 in the US is being released without the Blue Harvest episodes and I would doubt it would be any different here in Australia. The Stewie Griffin movie that was released a while ago was released as a stand alone DVD and not included on the season DVD despite it also being screened on television.]

[According to the episode commentary, it is literally just frame by frame editting of a sequence from the film "Anchors Aweigh", in which Gene Kelly dances with Jerry Mouse (from Tom and Jerry). They drew Stewie over Jerry in each frame, which is why he seems to stretch oddly in some parts (they had to match Jerry's movements exactly).]

[It's one of those kid comebacks for someone complaining. Make the OK sign and rub your thumb and finger together. Then you say you are playing the world's smallest violin and it's playing My Heart Cries For You.]

Entry In the courtroom, after everyone goes "Oh no.", what looks like a teapot bursts through the wall going "Oh yeah.". I'm assuming it's a US advert, but I've got no idea for what - can someone let me know? [It's the Kool Aid mascot (Kool Aid being a fruit flavoured powdered drink mix - FILLED with sugar). It has been bursting walls (while screaming "Oh, yeah!") for years, bringing what's needed to quench children's thirst.]

Entry Why did the original girl that did Meg's voice (Lacey Chabert) leave Family Guy? Did she really think she was too good and famous for Family Guy or what? You can tell Meg's voice changed, going from Lacey Chabert to Mila Kunis. [From the IMDB: Mila Kunis replaced an uncredited Lacey Chabert as the voice of Meg in the second production season. Erratic air dates and production times saw various second season episodes aired before first season episodes on FOX, causing the voice of Meg to jump back and forth. One episode ("There's Something About Paulie") features a Season 1 production code but a Season 2 Meg so it is included on the R2/R4 Season 2 DVD set. Cast and crew members all seem to have different stories on why she left. Some say it was because of failed contract negotiations, while others say it was because she didn't agree with the show's content.]

Entry When Stewie makes the prank call to the talk show, he asks about "Prince Albert in a can." What does that mean? [This is a reference to one of the oldest prank-call jokes known - young people calling up a tobacconist's and asking if they have "Prince Albert in a can," (Prince Albert being the name of a moderately famous brand of loose tobacco). If the shop owner replies positively, they then say "Well you'd better let him out, he's suffocating!" or the like.]

[I believe that was Milli of the once famous Milli-Vanilli. His act broke up when it was discovered that he and Vanilli were lip synching to someone else's songs.]

Entry Why did Lois call Bonnie Debbie outside Stewie's foster home? [There doesn't seem to be any reference hiding behind this, just a slip-up by Alex Borstein, the voice of Lois. The reason for this slip-up, according to one fan site, is that originally Bonnie was named Debbie.]

Entry Cartoon network said in a commercial that they had to change one word in Peter's song in this episode ("I need a Jew tonight") so they could air it. They also say that the DVD really says the word they couldn't air. My question is, what did Peter really say in the song and what else was changed to make this episode airworthy? [The original line was "Even though they killed our Lord". This was changed to "I don't think they killed our Lord".]

Entry Is Brian's line "Hey, is that a beer hall?" a joke on how tour guides seem to be obsessed with beer halls? I was on a tour in Salzburg, Austria, and the tour guide just wouldn't shut up about the Salzburg beer hall, so I was wondering if this was a common thing amongst tour guides. [While I am not sure whether it's a common thing, the joke was Brian trying to change the atmosphere of the situation he just created. Brian was trying to get the tour guide to admit to the fact that the history missing in the pamphlet was during the Nazi regime. Due to the Denazification in many European countries, it is generally an area that is still very controversial. The fact that the tour guide made such lame excuses on what had actually happened and then blew up when Brian continued on about it meant it was an issue he should just leave well alone.]

Entry Stewie makes the remark "All this preventing people from having sex. Now I know what the Catholic church is like. BA-ZING." Doesn't the Catholic religion encourage numerous childbirths? I know that Stewie says he's trying to prevent sex, but he claims his primary objective is to prevent Peter & Lois from having another child. [The catholic church is heavily against sex outside of wedlock, which is increasing dramatically, thus the church tries to stop pre-marital sex.]

[This references the concept that animals are more tuned in to see supernatural things (ghosts, demons, and apparently Death).
