Continuity mistake: Brian is looking at board games. Before he spots his favourite (in the wide shot), there is a game of Snakes & Ladders to the left of Chinese Checkers. In the close-up, S&L is gone, and CC has moved up closer to Brian. (00:00:50)

Other mistake: When the cops burst into the house we see the action on a TV as shown by the Quahog News logo in bottom left. However on the TV in the living room the logo is missing. It should be there as well. (00:12:45)
Continuity mistake: Brian breaks his left leg at the race. Next scene the cast is on his right leg.
Stewie, Chris & Brian's Excellent Adventure - S13-E7
Factual error: When Brian and Stewie are trying to get on The Titanic, the fourth funnel is letting out smoke. The Titanic's fourth funnel was not functional. (00:12:05)
Continuity mistake: When Peter walks away from Brian with the hula hoop around his waist, he runs into the stereo, knocking a vase of flowers on the floor, shattering the vase. Next shot shows the mess cleaned up without anyone even cleaning it. (00:04:45)

Revealing mistake: When the hotel employee gives Peter the key to the room, the man's moustache turns yellow for a second.

Continuity mistake: When escaping Hoth, in the Falcon are Han, Leia and Chewbacca. But when the Falcon takes off, C-3PO appears out of nowhere. (00:18:55)
Road to the North Pole - S9-E7
Continuity mistake: At the first house, the bag in the sleigh with all the presents in is ripped open when it falls off the roof. However, when Stewie and Brian leave the house, there is no tear in the bag at all. (00:32:55 - 00:36:45)
Factual error: In all the scenes where Peter wrecks Cleveland's house and Cleveland is in the bath, the tub always slides easily out of the house with Cleveland in it and onto the ground. There are no pipes or any kind of plumbing visible on the bathroom floor where the tub should have been connected.
Continuity mistake: At the start of Peter's fight with the Big Chicken, Peter is slammed into the wall, which cracks. After Peter gets up, the wall behind him is perfectly fine again. (00:07:05)
Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
