Trivia
Dr. Cox makes it very clear he dislikes Hugh Jackman very much. This is an inside joke. The actor who plays Dr. Cox auditioned for the role of Wolverine in X-men, but the role went to Hugh Jackman instead. See more...

My Mirror Image (2)
Continuity: Season 6 - Episode 1 - My Mirror Image: Dr. Cox's hair colour and length change back and forth significantly during the episode.
Continuity: S6-E01. When Perry is lecturing the interns, the sweat stains on his shirt change between shots. For example, when we first see him there is no sweat around the collar, but in close-ups there is sweat around the collar.
My Best Friend's Baby's Baby and My Baby's Baby
Continuity: S6-E02. When Zach Braff is talking to his girlfriend about whether or not they'll keep their baby, he says something like "I sure do," and is propping up his head with a hand. In the next shot (which continues his line of dialogue) he is suddenly no longer propping up his head.
Continuity: When Jack asks Perry what is on the screen, Perry's arm moves from the back of the sofa to his lap in an instant cut.
My Friend With Money
Revealing: Watch the line appear on the wall as Kelso cuts through the wall into the "Luxury Suite." The line is being cut with a round, drywall cutting bit such as would be used with a drill or Dremel tool. You can see it spinning as the cut is made. However, when Kelso has pushed down the wall and points the tool at Cox and the Janitor, he is now holding a standard reciprocating saw with a flat blade which would cut very differently than what was shown.
My Musical
Continuity: Carla and Turk's song and dance, "For The Last Time I'm Dominican", was filmed a couple of months later than the rest of the episode because actress Judy Reyes, who plays Carla, was recovering from a broken hip at the original time of shooting. Stephanie D'Abruzzo, who played the patient, was brought back in to film the scene; her hair is noticeably longer during the "Dominican" song than during the rest of the episode.
Continuity: The EMT on the right of the screen has his hand on his hip, then on the trolley in an instant cut.
My Road to Nowhere
Continuity: When the janitor falls out of the moving van (having just woken up and not realising it was moving), we see him hit the ground and roll a number of times. By the end of the shot, his head is almost touching the roadside fence. However, when the shot changes to get a close-up on his face, he is some distance away from the fence.
My Perspective
Continuity: When Turk marks the location for the surgery on Pvt. Dancer, he makes a horizontal mark on the left side of Dancer's abdomen. You can also see a small scar on Dancer's right side opposite the mark. A couple of shots later, Dancer is shown from the front and the mark has now switched to the right side above the scar.
My Fishbowl
Continuity: In episode 6-12 "My Fishbowl," the janitor waits outside a door holding a fishbowl. The door opens into the room as seen several times. You can even see that the hinges are set up to open in. When the janitor sets the fish bowl down you can see that the door has changed and opens out into the hall.
My Scrubs
Continuity: While Dr. Cox is talking to Dr. Reid about drug addicts, his finger is in the air, there is a cut from in front to the back and his wrist band changes position in what is an instant cut.
My Long Goodbye (2)
Factual error: When Lloyd is driving Jack back and listening to speed metal, his gear stick is in park.
Other: When Elliot sits down next to imaginary Lervene, Carla must have imagined her brushing against her sleeve on her blouse.
Their Story
Continuity: Episode 6-17 - Their Story. When Turk is talking to someone about the teenager getting breast implants, the first shot (as he says "I'm sorry but that mum should not be giving that girl."), you can see he is talking to someone in a a blue shirt with a stethoscope - i.e. JD. However after this shot, JD has vanished and the conversation is suddenly with the Todd.
