My Intern's Eyes
Continuity: While Dr. Cox is explaining to JD why he allowed the patient to worsen, the remaining "man" card in the pocket of JD's scrubs raises and lowers between shots.
Continuity: In the intro, JD comes running back into the shot after trying to change out of the same exact outfit Dr Cox is wearing. JD has the "Baby Gap" TShirt stuck & wrapped around his head turban style. The shot switches to over his shoulder and the shirt is now loose, like a towel wrapped around his head.
My Rite of Passage
Continuity: When J.D. walks up to the table where his interns are sitting, Keith and Rex are fighting with their table knives and have them crossed. The shot switches to a view from the other end of the table and suddenly Rex's knife is on the table and he is facing J.D. but Keith's knife is up in the air as if he was still fighting with Rex. There is not enough time for Rex to put his knife down and turn to face J.D.
Continuity: Near the end after JD tells the interns he wants them all to wave, they all start waving their arms. The shot cuts to a different view and Rex's hands are instantly back on the table.
My Day At The Races
Continuity: Season 5 - Episode 3. After Turk has operated on the patient without anesthetics and Dr. Cox says they can publish it in Almost Magazines, the clock on the wall to the right of the screen shows 11:05. When it cuts the clock shows 5:40.
Revealing: In the scene where J.D. first starts the bike portion of the triathlon, you can see his feet pedaling. You can see that there is no chain on the gears, allowing him to exaggerate the speed he is pedaling.
Continuity: Season 5 - Episode 3. When JD lies on the ground and Elliot is trying to help him up, the paper cups lying around JD's head change position between the shots.
My Missed Perception
Continuity: Season 5-6, Episode: My Missed Perception. As Kelso goes rolling by in the hall with the wheels on his shoes, you can see they are actually skates and the wheels are black. When he asks who put the tiny wheels on his shoes, the shoes are now normal and the wheels are white.
Continuity: As the janitor hugs Carla, he picks her up and you see part of her hair gets caught on her cheek. When the shot changes its all suddenly pushed back. The following shot it goes back to halfway down her cheek.
My Way Home
Factual error: Early in the episode, Keith pages JD from home to the hospital. When JD arrives, he asks Keith what's the big emergency and Keith asks if he wants the patient to be prescribed unfractionated or low molecular weight heparin. JD gets angry and says that they're the exact same thing. This is in fact completely incorrect. Low molecular weight heparin is made from fragments of unfractionated heparin. They have different effects in their metabolism, half life and dose monitoring (unfractionated needs a blood test, low molecular weight doesn't). The choice between unfractionated and LMWH is an important clinical decision and should not be dismissed as "the exact same thing".
Revealing: 5-07 - Doug clobbers JD with the fire extinguisher when he's in the body bag. When JD asks him why and Doug explains with the fire extinguisher in his hands, you can see him flexing it and that it's made out of rubber.
My Big Bird
Revealing: When JD is kicked through the window by the ostriches, watch the window. It fractures about a half a second before JD hits it.
My Half-Acre
Continuity: Season 5-9, Episode: My Half-Acre. While Cox and Carla are telling Mrs Wilk about her treatment, the cardigan she is wearing is completely unbuttoned. When the camera goes for a closeup of her face, the cardigan is now buttoned right up to her neck.
Continuity: Season 5 - Episode 9: My Half-Acre: When JD and Julie have had their old couple photograph, JD takes his mask off and his hair is flat. In the next shot, it is waxed up and styled again.
Continuity: Season 5-9, Episode: My Half-Acre. After J.D.and Julie take their picture with the old people masks and have taken them off, there are a lot of pieces from the mask still on their face. When J.D. has finished his small speech you can most of the bits from both of their faces has disappeared, with J.D's more noticeable than Julie's.
My Cabbage (1)
Continuity: Season 5-12 "My Cabbage": When Cox is explaining about the importancce of his "Clicky-top pen," he clicks it several times with his index finger. When the shot changes to over his shoulder, he is now clicking it with his thumb.
Continuity: Season 5-12, Episode: My Cabbage. Whilst J.D. and Carla are visiting Mrs Wilks near the start she has a tray of food and a bit of paper next to the tray in front of her. In shots of J.D. and Carla the table in front of Mrs Wilks where the food was is completely clear and the food and paper keep reappearing between shots.
My Five Stages (2)
Revealing: When Kelso hits Dr Hendrick's bike with his car at the end, you can tell it is not Kelso. While you can't make out his face, you can see that the man driving has dark black hair, while Kelso has light brown/grey hair.
His Story III
