Continuity mistake: When Turk and Elliott are in the line at the cafeteria, you can see that Turk has two plates on his tray and Elliott has a juice box on her tray. When they turn around at the end of the line Turk has just one plate on his tray and the juice box on Elliott's tray is also gone.

Continuity mistake: When J.D. comes out the bedroom and finds Turk and Carla waiting, Turk's hand goes from cupping his chin to resting on his fist, depending on whether the shot is from the front or from the back.
Continuity mistake: Turks hands change positions from holding the tissue box at the bottom, to gripping the top of it. (00:15:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When JD and his date are riding in the car, JD runs over something. When they stop the car to see what it is you can see a kneeling crew member reflected in the side of the car.

Continuity mistake: When Turk is wiping Bonnie's forehead the gauze and Turk's hand change positions. (00:01:15)

Continuity mistake: Before the janitor takes the dollar the back of the dollar is facing him. But when they cut to show the janitor's face, the back of the dollar is now facing J.D. (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: The amount of creme running down Eliotts glass changes between shots.
Other mistake: When Turk is squirting cream on to the pancake to make a face, we hear 3 squirts which wouldn't be enough. The eyes are X-shaped and would take 2 each plus the smile would have taken a longer squirt.

Continuity mistake: When JD and Carla are talking at the nurses' station, the red folder moves along the counter top in an instant between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Elliot falls theres a bunch of cereal on her chest. But when Dr. Cox walks over her theres a considerable amount missing. (00:02:25)

Continuity mistake: When Elliot chases after Sean in the car park, for one shot her name tag is flipped up with the back showing, in all other shots it sits normally.

Continuity mistake: When Turk and Dr Cox are sitting on the bench outside the hospital, the magazine Turk is holding instantly turns around so the fold is facing the opposite direction.

Continuity mistake: While J.D. is using the megaphone his hands switch from left to right from holding it when they show his back to camera and to front. (00:02:50)
Visible crew/equipment: You can see the tape marker on the floor where J.D. and the other Doctor are supposed to run into each other. (00:25:30)
Continuity mistake: When the woman in the tub comes crashing through JD's roof the pieces of wood around her change position between the shots.
Continuity mistake: When Jordan slides on the floor going under the closing door her hat goes off landing straight, and already beyond the door. When it cuts to her picking it up it lies on its side and is now on the other side of the door, for her to reach under and collect it.
Continuity mistake: When J.D. walks up to the table where his interns are sitting, Keith and Rex are fighting with their table knives and have them crossed. The shot switches to a view from the other end of the table and suddenly Rex's knife is on the table and he is facing J.D. but Keith's knife is up in the air as if he was still fighting with Rex. There is not enough time for Rex to put his knife down and turn to face J.D.
