Continuity: Dr. Cox throws his white coat on the table and sits down, when he starts talking to Elliot the coat is now missing from the table. (Time)

Visible crew/equipment: You can see just the tip of the boom mic on top of the frame for 5 seconds, before Dr. Lee tells Turk that he passed the Cooper's ligament three times. (Time)

Continuity: When J.D. picks up the granddaughter to blow out the candles on the cake, there are 3 candles placed at the front of the cake in the camera close up, but there weren't any before he picked her up. (Time)

Continuity: The heart monitor lines change a few times, from being close to the neck going straight back, to going around the right side of the pillow. (Time)

Revealing: When the old lady patient is seen "escaping" she lifts the walking frame up out of the hole and it catches the set and lifts it into shot.

Revealing: Just before all the bricks fall on JD and it's a surprise, you can see him flinch before they hit him.

Continuity: When JD is at the birthday party, watch the chocolate on his face. At one point there are two separate bits of chocolate on his left cheek, then the shot changes and they are gone. The shot changes again and they are back. Submitted by Guy Brigman

Revealing: The third time Elliott exposes herself to a patient (this time to the dead one that Dr. Cox is about to pronounce), you can see quite plainly that she doesn't raise her scrub top enough to reveal her breasts. In fact, the shot is wide enough that if she had, her breasts would have been fully visible on camera.

Continuity: When the janitor is speaking into the stethoscope, his right elbow is on his knee and his left hand is on the mattress, when it cuts closer, his elbow is further up and his hand is next to his leg.

Continuity: When Turk and Elliott are in the line at the cafeteria, you can see that Turk has two plates on his tray and Elliott has a juice box on her tray. When they turn around at the end of the line Turk has just one plate on his tray and the juice box on Elliott's tray is also gone.

Visible crew/equipment: When J.D. goes to apologise to Nick Murdoch, just after he passes the torch to him, Nick says "we need to get the results of this urine sample." As he says this line, the boom can be seen. (Time)

Continuity: While Turk is talking to Carla the clock behind Turk changes from 1:18 to 1:25 back to 1:18 and then to 1:32 in a minutes time. (Time)

Factual error: When J.D. has his appendectomy, Turk is cutting on his left side. The appendix is on the right side of the body. Ironically, J.D. is commenting in the voice-over about what a great surgeon Turk is.

Continuity: When Turk operates on JD he cuts open the left side of his abdomen. However, when JD is in recovery the bandage is on the right side of his abdomen.

Continuity: At the end when they are in the bar, Dr Cox asks for 5 shot glasses, the camera cuts to JD and then back to Dr Cox. The glasses have been filled, but not enough time has passed for all 5 to have been done.

Continuity: When Turk, JD and Carla are talking in the staff room, Turk's brown lunch bag and grey jacket switch from his left to right hand between shots.

Continuity: When Dr Cox is sitting on the couch talking to Elliot, a clipboard suddenly appears in his hands.

Continuity: When Dr Cox goes to speak to Miss Tracy, he walks past the nurses' station where the clock reads around quarter to 12. The same clock is viewable behind him once he is in Miss Tracy's room, and the time now reads around half past 9.

Continuity: When Carla says "If I wanted his ass kicked I'd do it myself" and Todd makes the cat sound, Turk has his arm on the couch behind Carla's back. When it cuts his arm is gone. He couldn't have moved it that fast. Submitted by Mortug
