My Hero (2) - S1-E23

Continuity mistake: When Ben is spinning JD round on his shoulder, from a long cut he is spinning JD backwards, but in the closeup JD is spinning with his head facing forward.

My Fishbowl - S6-E12

Continuity mistake: In episode 6-12 "My Fishbowl," the janitor waits outside a door holding a fishbowl. The door opens into the room as seen several times. You can even see that the hinges are set up to open in. When the janitor sets the fish bowl down you can see that the door has changed and opens out into the hall.

My Roommates - S4-E18

Continuity mistake: When Carla and Turk tell JD that he is around them all the time, it cuts to a scene with Carla and Turk in the tub while JD is using the toilet. It cuts back to JD saying "And here I thought that was a lovely evening" while he is holding a bowl of popcorn in his hands. When it cuts the bowl is suddenly on the table.

My Bad - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Turk and Elliott are in the line at the cafeteria, you can see that Turk has two plates on his tray and Elliott has a juice box on her tray. When they turn around at the end of the line Turk has just one plate on his tray and the juice box on Elliott's tray is also gone.

My Way Home - S5-E7

Character mistake: Early in the episode, Keith pages JD from home to the hospital. When JD arrives, he asks Keith what's the big emergency and Keith asks if he wants the patient to be prescribed unfractionated or low molecular weight heparin. JD gets angry and says that they're the exact same thing. This is in fact completely incorrect. Low molecular weight heparin is made from fragments of unfractionated heparin. They have different effects in their metabolism, half life and dose monitoring (unfractionated needs a blood test, low molecular weight doesn't). The choice between unfractionated and LMWH is an important clinical decision and should not be dismissed as "the exact same thing".
