Perfect Mom (season 1, episode 7)
Continuity: In this episode we are (at the fashion show) introduced to Donna's mother for the first time. She is called on stage as Nancy Martin. In all further episodes she is known as Felice Martin.
Isn't It Romantic? (season 1, episode 10)
Visible crew/equipment: When the scene changes to Brandon, Brenda and Dylan going to the movies, look closely. You will notice Brenda waiting for Dylan in front of the movie theater. Then later, they show the exact same scene when she is waiting for Dylan to show up on their movie date. It's very quick, but the editors apparently didn't catch it.
Stand (Up) and Deliver (season 1, episode 17)
Visible crew/equipment: When Brenda is talking with Michael Miller, you can see a microphone come into the top of the frame.
Everybody's Talkin' `Bout It (season 2, episode 21)
Visible crew/equipment: When Kelly and her mother are having dinner with David and his father at the Japanese restaurant, a boom mic is visible above their heads.
Destiny Rides Again (season 3, episode 12)
Continuity: In this episode, Steve breaks into the school to improve his school grades in order to get into USC, because that is where his Dad went. But when the gang does go to college at CU, Steve's father is an alumni of that college not USC.
The Game Is Chicken (season 3, episode 17)
Other: When Dylan opens up his locker at school, he only turns his lock dial to the right.
Midlife...Now What? (season 3, episode 18)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jackie and Babette talk with Cindy about their "good old times," a boom mic dips into the shot.
The Child Is Father to the Man (season 3, episode 22)
Visible crew/equipment: When Dylan calls Kelly at the end of the episode, in the shots of Dylan, a boom mic is visible above his head.
Perfectly Perfect (season 3, episode 24)
Continuity: This is the first episode in which Kelly celebrates a birthday, and it is in March. A few seasons later, Kelly has another birthday, but this celebrated in one of the first episodes of the season and takes place when everyone has just returned from their summer excursions. This would put her birthday in September.
Senior Poll (season 3, episode 25)
Visible crew/equipment: When Kelly returns home after her talk with Dylan, a boom mic is visible above her head.
A Night to Remember (season 3, episode 27)
Continuity: At the pre-prom party, the head in Kelly's glass of champagne disappears. No time has passed, so it hasn't gone flat.
Moving Targets (season 4, episode 7)
Continuity: During the scene in the kitchen where Brenda is at the table and her parents are talking to her about Stuart and then ask her if she wants a piece of pie, her arms are out in front of her on the table at this point. A split second later (same sentence), a rear camera view now has her left arm up holding her chin. A split second later after that when she answers "no", the front camera view now has her arms on the table as they had been all long.
And Did It...My Way (season 4, episode 10)
Continuity: During the scene where David, Donna, and Andrea are in the casino and Andrea puts one dollar in a slot machine and hits the $500 jackpot, she screams and David tells Donna to get some buckets so that they may put all the coins in them. At that exact moment, they are interrupted by a security guard who asks them for their id's and when he figures out they aren't 21, he asks them to hand over the buckets of coins. At this moment, David and Donna hand over at least one bucket of coins. However, between the time David told Donna to get the buckets and when the security guard questioned them, the gang did not (and had no time to) get to fill up any of the buckets full of coins.
Radar Love (season 4, episode 12)
Audio problem: During the scene where Dylan and Kelly excuse themselves from the Walsh Thanksgiving dinner to go argue in the frontroom, pay attention to the camera shot behind Dylan when he is telling Kelly that he "just happens to like Cindy's Thanksgiving turkey better than your mom's." His lips do not match what he is saying.
Emily (a.k.a. The Pink Pearl) (season 4, episode 13)
Audio problem: During the scene where John Sears and some of the keg brothers are telling Steve that one of his hazing duties is to steal Professor Randall's signed baseball, pay attention to the camera shot behind John Sears when he is taling to Steve - his lips do not match what he is saying.
The Time Has Come Today (season 4, episode 25)
Factual error: The diary that Brenda finds has a Precious Moments figure on the cover. Wendy, the character who owned it, wrote it between January 1968 (an entry mentions her new year's resolution) and August 1969 (when she attended Woodstock), but the company didn't exist under that name until the late 1980s.
Vital Signs (season 4, episode 30)
Continuity: Near the beginning of this episode Andrea is awakened at 3 A.M. by an alarm clock to take a pill to stop her preterm labor. Several times in the episode it is mentioned she must take the pill every 4 hours. Later the alarm goes off at 8 PM the same day and she says "time for the pill again that is not doing me any good". If the alarm went off at 3, 8pm doesn't fit the 4 hour timeframe.
Mr. Walsh Goes to Washington (2) (season 4, episode 32)
Audio problem: During the scene where David and Babyface are talking and Babyface asks David to fill in as one of the keyboardists for his carnival show, the camera shots going back and forth from both behind David and Babyface show them speaking, but it is very clear their words don't match their lip movements.
Under the Influence (season 5, episode 2)
Continuity: When Jesse takes Dylan's shot glass, he grabs it at the bottom, but in the next shot, he's holding it near the rim.
