Continuity: When Mike and his friend escape from the helicopters in El Salvador, Mike's hair, clothes and camera are wet just before they pass in the river. They were not wet in the previous shot.

Continuity: When the spaceship is hovering overhead, we see various shots of the Maxwell family and others. In one shot we see the family from behind with a person in blue. We then jump to a shot from the front with that person not in picture. We then go to another behind shot and see the same person hurriedly moving into shot.

Continuity: During the battle in El Salvador, the jar on the chair behind Mike and his friend is shot. Some shots later, the jar has disappeared.
