Factual error: During the time in which Chelsea's driver's license was taken away, and she was taking driving lessons in order to get her license back, she came home one day with a paper which would give her permission to get a temporary license before her classes were finished. She told Bo she needed his signature on that paper for permission to get the temporary license. Chelsea is over 18, so why would she need parental permission to do anything? Parental permission isn't required for a legal adult, so that kind of kills the entire story line of Hope blaming Bo for Zack's death, because he gave Chelsea permission to get a temporary license so she could drive that night during which she ran Zack down, doesn't it?

Continuity: On 2/28/06, Bo was speaking to a flight attendant when he turned to speak with Pete and Joe. This was immediately followed by a shot that panned from Pete's and Joe's backs (as well as Bo's, even though he had been facing the other two) across the waiting room. Revealing: On 2/17/06, Kate was looking at a picture of Carrie and Austin on her cell phone. The cell phone wasn't held perfectly still, and whenever it moved there was a jerky movement of the picture. Continuity: In the premiere episode, which aired on November 8, 1965, Alice mentioned an absent son, saying, "Poor Dan married Kitty down at city hall just before he was shipped overseas." Continuity: In the episode airing 10/31/05, Dr. North goes to Alice's bar to spy on John and Marlena. Just after he removes the hypnotizing charm from his pocket, Bonnie barrels by and slams into him. You can see the charm on the chain still in Dr. North's hand while he's telling Bonnie to watch it, then he walks away. Although Dr. North never dropped the charm, after he walks away, Bonnie spots the charm on the floor, picks it up, and places it on her chest.

Other: In the episode airing 10/18/05, Roman gets a cell phone call while in Alice's bar. The phone call is from Kate, informing him that John is about to storm the penthouse. During the phone call, Roman only says, "What the hell happened?" and "I'll get over to the penthouse as soon as I can." He proceeds to tell Bonnie and Lucas that he has to go and he'll be back, and nothing more. But later on in the bar, Sami asks where Roman went, and somehow, Lucas seems to be able to tell her that Roman went to the penthouse because of "Something about John." How did Lucas know that phone call was regarding John when Roman never said it for him to hear?

Continuity: On 10/21/05, Hope referred to her son Zack as "Zachary Brady." But Zack's name isn't Zachary, it's used as a shorter version of Isaac. Zack's full name is "Beauregard Isaac Theo Brady." Submitted by DavidK93

Continuity: At the end of the 8/3/05 episode, Sami jumped out of the cake, walked directly to Lucas, and said, "I am going to give you a birthday you'll never forget," and then she kissed him. At the beginning of the next episode, Lucas asked, "Sami, what the hell are you doing here?" when she first popped out, and there were about two more lines of dialogue between the two of them before Sami delivered the same line as the day before and kissed him. Plot hole: Around 3/14/05, the Jennifer impostor told Jack that it was too late at night to get Abigail from Chelsea's house where she was staying. Jack agreed that it was very late at night, and they also talked about how late it was when the impostor told Jack that the ISA wanted to debrief him right away.
