Continuity: On 8/1/05, when the lamppost fell on T.C., you could see in the side view that T.C. was entirely in front of the lamppost from that perspective, so that they fell side by side, and T.C. landed perpendicular to the pole. Continuity: On 7/6/05, Ivy mentions to Katherine that Rachel, Katherine's sister, had died before she, Ivy, married Julian. But since Ivy believes Alistair's story about Rachel dying in a boating accident, she should believe that Rachel died before Alistair married Katherine. And since Ivy is slightly younger than Julian, that means she thinks Rachel died before she was even born. Continuity: On 7/4/05, it was late at night and Alistair had just kissed Theresa. Pilar was warning her to stay away from him. Theresa was wearing a black, sleeveless dress, and Pilar was wearing a blue blouse and a matching light jacket. On 7/5/05, it was morning, which made sense because the characters had been saying through the past several episodes that it was almost morning. Theresa and Pilar were in the middle of the same conversation, unmoved from their previous location in front of the Crane mansion, but Theresa was wearing a white blouse with a floral print and Pilar's outfit was black. Continuity: On 6/23/05, Noah and Fancy kissed towards the end of the episode. Then they squabbled over who had followed whom to Harmony, both insisted that they were lifelong Harmony residents, and both accusatory asked each other, "Who are you?" before the police officer came up behind them and said, "That's what I'd like to know." Then, on 6/24/05, at the beginning of the episode, Noah and Fancy shared the same kiss, but then Fancy immediately and dreamily asked, "Who are you?" Plot hole: On 6/14/05, Ned and Fancy left Las Vegas by plane and traveled to Harmony. It was already dark when they left, which in June would mean that it must have been after 8pm at the absolute earliest. They arrived in Harmony later the same night. Harmony is in Maine, so by the time they got there, it would have been at least 2am (three hours travel time plus three hours time difference). However, after they had gotten home, Pilar was telling Paloma to come home before midnight, meaning that it was supposed to be much earlier than it could possibly have been at that point. But he's only been with Katherine since they left Harmony together, which happened after the birth of Martin's youngest daughter Paloma. Plot hole: On 5/16/05, Ethan tells the judge that Gwen "has never shown any indication of a violent nature whatsoever." However, in October of 2000, Gwen locked Pilar in a closet and chased after Theresa with a baseball bat, and then attempted to viciously strangle Theresa. Ethan witnessed part of this attack. Plot hole: On 1/10/05, Sam gauged Liz's coherence by asking her what year it was, and she responded 2005. But Liz collapsed at Sheridan and Luis' wedding, which was happening in part during Tabitha's New Year's Eve party. So how could Sam expect Liz to know what year it is? Other: On 12/25/03, everybody is making a big deal about how Sheridan is breastfeeding Martin, and how this will save the baby's life because he's finally feeding. But the baby's problem was never that it was refusing to eat, but rather that it could not absorb nutrition. The baby was previously fed a nutrient solution with all the same nutrients found in breast milk, and he consumed it, but didn't absorb the nutrients. Eve doesn't have any medical equipment with her at the church, so even if the baby really is absorbing the nutrition, she would have no way to determine that right there while it's happening. Plot hole: As of December, 2003, there seems to be no reason for Fox to not tell Whitney how he feels about her. Chad is out of the picture, and Whitney is enjoying her time with Fox. At the very least, he could ask her out on a date; all indications are that she'd certainly say yes. Instead, for no apparent reason, they're dragging out the storyline where Whitney thinks Fox is in love with Theresa and he won't tell her that he's really in love with her. Submitted by DavidK93

Factual error: Clarice, the social worker from Child Protective Services, stands around bickering with Theresa through many scenes on 12/10/03 and 12/11/03. In actuality, when a case worker is sent to remove a child from a home, he or she takes the child as quickly as possible and removes him or her from the premises at the first opportunity. This is done to avoid precisely the type of scene that occurred when Theresa arued her case with increasing desperation while Clarice just stood there with Little Ethan. Submitted by DavidK93
