The story behind why Trigger calls Rodney Dave is that apparently Roger Lloyd Pack kept getting names mixed up during rehearsals early on in the show's history. Deliberate "mistake": Del had the smugler's letter in his pocket when he fell in the swamp. Yet, when he takes it out at the rangers station, it's perfectly dry. Surely, it should be soaked.
Visible crew/equipment: At one point when Del is searching for Rodney around the mansion, you can see the shadow of a camera on the wall.
