Lori Rom was originally cast as Phoebe but left the show after filming the pilot episode for personal reasons.

Even though Alyssa has more tattoos than Holly, it usually takes more time to cover up Holly's before filming an episode.

In every season finale, the front doors of the house are always closed in the last scene. In seasons one and two, Prue did this with her powers. In season three, the demon Shax closes the doors. In season four, the angel of destiny closes the doors. In season five, Chris slams these doors. Season six is the only one that differs, because the last scene is in the hospital recovery room. The recovery room doors shut automatically.
Whenever the show ends with the girls in P3, (in the Prue episodes. I'm not sure about the Paige ones) look carefully and you will see whoever played the demon they'd just vanquished somewhere in the background as an extra.
Rebecca Balding who plays Elise Rothman (the editor at Phoebe's newspaper) was first seen in Charmed playing Aunt Jackie in 'The Fourth Sister'.
During the entire show, the inside of their garage was only shown once. That's when Leo got Piper to buy him that classic car in season 8.

In 'Pardon My Past' Leo was Piper's ex in a their past lives. The year was 1924. In Exit Strategy Leo says he was born in 1924. That means he would have had to died and be reborn in the same year.
She's a Man, Baby, a Man! (series 2)
When Prue is turned into a man, her look was partially inspired by Shannen Doherty's boyfriend.
Coyote Piper (series 3)
The title for this episode is a reference to the film Coyote Ugly. The film is set primarily in a bar named Coyote Ugly where the 'coyotes' dance seductively on the bar. In this episode of Charmed, Piper dances on the bar at P3. Additionally, the actress who plays the main character in Coyote Ugly is named Piper.
All Halliwell's Eve (series 3)
When Phoebe is doing the apple trick to see who her true love is and it turns into a C, she thinks at that point it is Cole. At the end of the series it turns out to be Cupid, which of course starts with a C.
Witch Way Now? (series 4)
After freezing Agent Jackman in his van, Piper twitches her nose as a signal to Phoebe. This is a clever reference to Samantha of Bewitched, who was also a witch.
Saving Private Leo (series 4)
In the episode Saving Private Leo, the ghosts Rick and Nathan Lang are played by real life brothers Costas and Louis Mandylor.
Cat House (series 5)
Although Prue's appearances are in archive footage from previous episodes, this was the first (if not the only) episode to feature all four sisters.
A Witch's Tail (1) (series 5)
Although it was never intended, this episode served as the inspiration for Mermaid, the pilot of a spin-off series. The pilot was produced concurrently with "Something Wicca This Way Goes", but was never picked up.
Spin City (series 6)
The exterior shot of Café le Blue seen in this episode is stock footage of Quake from season one. The same woman is seen walking in and out, and the sign was added digitally.
Chris-Crossed (series 6)
In this episode we see Bianca as a little girl, and she looks about 6 yrs old. If Chris isn't alive as a child yet, this means that in the future Bianca is about 6 years older than him.
The Power of Three Blondes (series 6)
While it was largely done for the humor, it's a bit odd that any evil in the Book of Shadows would be deemed unworthy of vanquishing.

Holly Marie Combs's real life pregnancy with her son Finley Arthur Donoho was mirrored by Piper's pregnancy with Chris in this season.
Chris' role this season (specifically, his traveling to the past from the future) was originally intended for Wyatt. After deciding that Wyatt coming back from the future is what viewers would expect, Chris was created and introduced instead.
