Quotes
Phoebe: Woman to woman, okay. Cole was the love of my life, and I'm finally learning to live without him. Calling him for a favor would open a can of worms that I've been trying to close.
Elise: Woman to woman. If you're still describing this guy as the love of your life, then the can is open, the worms are out, and you may as well use them to go fishing.

Continuity: Episode 8x17, "Generation Hex": When Candor interrupts the Noxon demons torturing a student at Magic School, Rondok turns around to look at him. In the following shot, he's facing the other way and turns around again.
Continuity: Episode 8x17, "Generation Hex": When Phoebe and Cupid visit the memory of Phoebe revealing she is a witch to Dex, past-Phoebe has her hands down by her sides, but then her left hand suddenly jumps to her purse strap. Not only that, but in the original episode ("Rewitched"), Phoebe's hand remained on her purse strap the entire time.
Continuity: Episode 8-5, "Rewitched": When Dex carries Phoebe across the manor threshold after getting married, she has one arm wrapped around his neck. In the next shot, both arms are.
Continuity: Episode 8x20, "Gone with the Witches": When the leprechauns are called back to the manor from Magic School, O'Brien cradles his injured arm in his left hand. In the next shot, his arm is down by his side and he moves it to his arm again.
Character mistake: Episode 8x17, "Generation Hex": When Phoebe and Coop visit the first memory of Phoebe and Cole, Phoebe mentions that their meeting at school was the first time they met. But they actually met earlier at a crime scene after she, Piper, and Prue vanquished a Guardian demon.
Continuity: Episode 8-5, "Rewitched": When Phoebe shows Paige her wedding ring, Phoebe's left hand moves from her right forearm to her shoulder.
Continuity: Season 8, Episode 14, "12 Angry Zen": When Phoebe finds Paige at the manor after the demon/Zodiac fight, Paige rubs her neck with her left hand. In the next shot, it's suddenly her right hand on her neck.
Continuity: Episode 8-6, "Kill Billie Vol. 1": When Paige and the reporters interrupt Piper and Leo's argument, Piper's arms move from out in front of her to her sides.
Character mistake: Episode 8-6, "Kill Billie, Vol. 1": When Phoebe talks to Dex, Dex comments "...since we've already been married and divorced..." But their marriage was annulled, which is different from a divorce.
Continuity: In Sight Unseen, we can cleary see Cole turn the air conditioning very cold and open all the windows so that the Prue, Piper and Phoebe can see the invisible demon, but in Oh My Goddess (1) Phoebe asks Piper why they have never invested in air conditioning.
Continuity: When the Charmed Ones' father, Victor, came to San Francisco in episode 1-3: "Thank You For Not Morphing," his last name was Halliwell. But when he came back in the third season and later, his last name was Bennett.
Continuity: You'll notice in some episodes (like "Coyote Piper") that when the sisters look out of the attic window, they can see Prescott Street below, indicating that the attic window is on the front of the house. But if you look at the size and shape of this window, you'll see that there is no window like this on the outside front of the house. In addition, in "Sin Francisco," Phoebe looks out the attic window and sees the front porch from a side view. There's no structure on that side of the house to begin with.
Plot hole: In episode 1-3, 'Thank You For Not Morphing', when talking about their father, Phoebe says "He sent us birthday cards." But after that episode they made a number of references to the fact that he never sent them birthday cards, like when Piper tries to convince the others to sign Victor's card in episode 2-19.
Plot hole: In episode 8-22: "Forever Charmed," the past versions of Patty and Penny are amazed to learn that their daughters and granddaughters, respectively, are the Charmed Ones. However, both women knew the centuries-old prophecy that three sisters would eventually be born into the Warren line, and that they would be the Charmed Ones. It's conceivable that Patty, who came from a time before the birth of Phoebe, would not have thought of the prophecy at this time. Penny, however, came from after Phoebe was born, and previous flashback episodes had shown that Penny knew that the three sisters were the Charmed Ones immediately when the third sister was born, and was still convinced of the fact up until Penny's death (despite the birth of a fourth daughter to Patty).
Revealing: Throughout the series, Finola Hughes appeared as Patty, the deceased mother of the Charmed Ones. Although Patty died in 1978, she sometimes appeared in flashbacks and time-travel episodes that took place in the mid to late 1970s, and other times she appeared as a ghost. However, over the eight years of the series, Finola Hughes aged noticeably. Patty was born in 1950, so she should always have been either a young woman in her mid 20s, or an unaging ghost having died at 28.
Factual error: Considering how the sisters and Cole every now and then - especially during seasons 3-5 - find themselves in some churchyard or cemetery, it should be noted that there are no such places in San Francisco! Except for the original one at an old nunnery, from before the city was founded, and the Presidio Military Churchyard, all graves were moved in the first half of the 20th Century to the cemeteries at Colma, a few miles south of SF. This was done due to the sanitary risks in case of earthquakes, and the lack of space for churchyards downtown.
Factual error: Throughout season 8 the members of the Triad wore a pentagrams on their gowns that would alternate from the point being up and point being down. They should only be wearing a pentagram with the point facing down. Pentagrams with the point facing up is the symbol for practitioners of white (good) magic while those who practice black (evil) magic is symbolized by the point facing down.
Factual error: Episode 8x22, "Forever Charmed": When Piper and Leo visit the future, they find their future selves playing Scrabble, and future Piper trying to play "Zankou" with an "X". Not only did she spell it wrong, but proper nouns aren't playable words to begin with.
Factual error: Numerous times in the aerial shots of San Francisco, the Embarcadero Freeway is visible. While the bridge did run along the San Francisco Bay, it was demolished in 1991 – seven years before the series even started.
