Continuity: The timeline in the episode is inconsistent. Right after the first courtroom scene, we see the three sisters at home, and Phoebe says that "Cole was an angel in that courtroom yesterday." Character mistake: In the beginning, Prue and Phoebe are in the alleyway and they kill The Guardian with a sharp object to The Guardian's rune. The bad guy, Emilio, is lying unconscious on the top of the dumpster. A few scenes later, Phoebe and Prue are discussing why they should or should not help Cole prosecute, and Prue says something along the lines of, "And Emilio saw us use our powers". Since Emilio was unconscious, he could not have seen them use their powers.
