Charmed

Correction: Piper had three scratches because The Wendigo had claws, if a cat scratches you, you're gonna get more than one scratch.

All Hell Breaks Loose - S3-E22

Corrected entry: In the last scene when Prue and Piper are lying down to die, Leo should have come. Being their whitelighter, wasn't he supposed to be able to remember what happened even after time resets itself? If that was the case, he would have known they were going to be thrown against a wall and almost die.

Correction: Cole said that he wanted to be able to tell Prue and Piper that Shax was going to come back. He was never given the opportunity and as far as we know, Leo was still in the underworld with Phoebe, protecting her. And as far as Leo knew, Piper and Prue were going to be warned about Shax, so really, as far as everyone knew, no one had anything to worry about until Prue died.

Necromancing the Stone - S5-E21

Corrected entry: When Prue initially used the truth spell in episode 1-8, 'The Truth is out There and it Hurts', it meant anyone she asked a question had to tell the truth, and she also had to answer truthfully if she was asked anything. When Paige cast it though it only worked on Nate. If the spell had worked the same way as it had on Prue then Paige would not have had to cast it again on Grams at the end if the episode.

Correction: Paige has spent most of the season out of work and putting all her energy into studying magic full-time at this point. She's had plenty of time to revise and perfect the spell.

Captain Defenestrator

Correction: The spell removes any powers a witch possesses. Paige is half-whitelighter/half-witch, so the spell could take her orbing ability, since that is a power possessed by a witch.

Captain Defenestrator

Correction: Baccara tells his past self that the spell is from the future, so it's likely that the spell has been "improved on" so that only one heart is now needed.

Captain Defenestrator

Correction: In this episode the demons are all celebrating his hundredth birthday and when Cole comments on how the cake is a very nice cake the designer of the cake says "Thank you, my liege, although I must admit, I thought you were actually 117." So, Cole's real age is known but the demons don't want to insult him.

Correction: Prue's astral projection is a different version of the power than the warlock ability, as we see later on when Barbas astral projects as well.

Captain Defenestrator

A Witch in Time - S5-E8

Corrected entry: Leo should have known that Paige and Phoebe were dead as soon as it happened. Usually when one of his charges is hurt he feels the pain, but he was surprised to see their ashes and did not know what had happened, and he only orbed in when Piper called him.

Correction: Piper calls before Phoebe and Paige get turned into ash. She calls out of fear not because her sisters were dead.

Correction: Not true. She was touching her bike which would've run across a point of psychic remenence as Leo said in "Primrose Empath" when Phoebe had the premonition in the room "dripping with psychic remenence"

The Painted World - S2-E3

Corrected entry: When Phoebe is trying to explain to Piper why she cast a smart spell she says, "Then again, you probably do know what I'm talking about, you have a four year degree". But in 3-7, 'Power Outage', (when the sisters are fighting because they have been infected with rage by Andras) Phoebe shouts "At least i had the courage to go away to college. What's the matter Piper, the real world too much for you?"

Correction: When Phoebe states this to Piper, her emphasis is on going "away" to college. It's been established that both Piper and Prue have college degrees. Obviously Piper attended school in San Francisco, while Phoebe went to school in New York (before dropping out).

Trial by Magic - S4-E11

Corrected entry: After Glen finds out about Paige being a witch he jokes about calling off the tabloids. Piper freezes him and says, "you wouldn't find it so funny if you'd lost a sister that way". But time was reversed and the sisters' magic was never revealed, Prue was killed by Shax. Also Piper had no memory of that day, when time was reversed she had no idea why Phoebe wasn't there, so why would she blame Prue's death on that?

Correction: Prue would never have died if they hadn't been exposed to the media. Without the exposure, time wouldn't have needed to be turned back. As for Piper not knowing about the exposure, Phoebe, Cole, and Leo were in the Underworld and therefore not affected by the time change. They would have filled her in on how and why Prue died.

Witch Trial - S2-E1

Corrected entry: When the BOS was about to be taken, its pages turned, how could Phoebe get there that quickly from her bedroom. In fact, how could she hear them turning if she was in her bedroom, asleep with her door closed. (In "The Fourth Sister" all of the sisters had their doors closed at night).

Correction: There is no reason to believe that Phoebe was asleep in her bedroom just because she was wearing a nightdress, maybe she was just on her way to the attic after she woke up. This would be likely as she was interested in finding out all she could about witchcraft on the anniversary of the day they received their powers.

The Fourth Sister - S1-E7

Corrected entry: When Prue finds Aviva's diary, she reads a few sentences aloud, about how much she hates lying to the Halliwells, but they don't match the words we see in the shot of the page.

Shay

Correction: The words Prue reads aloud are from the bottom half of the page we see in the shot.

Is There a Woogy in the House? - S1-E15

Corrected entry: When Phoebe first discovers the new power the Woogy Man gave her, she says to Piper, "Something weird happened to me in that basement." But then later when she comes out of the basement and says, "Is anyone going to answer that?" Both sisters says things like, "did you seriously just come out of the basement? I thought you were afraid of it." Piper shouldn't be surprised, because Phoebe has already told her that she was in the basement.

Correction: Actually Phoebe says, "Something weird happened to me in the..." and was then distracted, so she never finished her sentence.

Death Takes a Halliwell - S3-E16

Corrected entry: When the police inspector comes to the manor to ask Phoebe what she knows about Cole's disappearance, he says that the landlady was found with two puncture wounds in her head, but the demon bit her neck, not her head.

Correction: He thinks Phoebe is hiding Cole and is using a common interrogation tactic: deliberately altering a fact, hoping the suspect will slip up and correct you.

Exit Strategy - S3-E20

Corrected entry: Piper alters Leo's date of birth on his birth certificate so he can obtain a passport, however, obtaining a US passport also requires a Social Security Number, which would have been retired when Leo died in 1942. A simple credit check can determine if someone is attempting to use a retired SSN, passing the State Department's background check with one would be impossible.

Correction: From the Department of State's website: "To obtain a passport for the first time, you need to go in person to one of 7,000 passport acceptance facilities located throughout the United States with two photographs of yourself, proof of U.S. citizenship, and a valid form of photo identification such as a driver's license." No mention of SSN.

Love's A Witch - S6-E5

Corrected entry: Why does the temp agency guy ask Paige if she is any good at changing diapers? I would've thought that pre-schoolers would be out of diapers already.

Correction: Quite a lot of pre-schoolers still wear diapers.

Chaz1003

Correction: Depending on the brand of photo mixture and the skin type it may or may not be immediately irritating the the skin, but will always be irritating to the eyes. This is not a mistake.

OneHappyHusky

They're Everywhere - S2-E7

Corrected entry: In the scene where Phoebe brings in the flowers from outside, she tells Prue they are for her and continues to say there is no card. How does she know they are for Prue if there is no card to say so?

Correction: The sender would have had to give the florist Prue's name, which would then in turn be told to the driver, then to Phoebe when the flowers were delivered. The card with flowers identifies the sender to the recipient, and the sender can chose not to include one.

Charmed Again (1) - S4-E1

Corrected entry: Paige apparently only gets her witch powers in this episode, but that doesn't fit with what we know of magic from the rest of the series. If Paige was born a witch, she would have always had her witch powers unless they were bound (which we know they weren't since she would have also lost her orbing ability until now), so she should have been telekinetically orbing things her whole life.

Shay

Correction: In a later episode, Leo and Paige go back in time to when Paige's family was killed in a car crash. We find out then that she survived because she orbed out before the crash. So, she had her powers, but she was not aware of them.

The Fifth Halliwell - S4-E16

Plot hole: Cole explains that the demonic power is driving Karen mad because she is human. Cole later has Paige infected with one to drive her mad. This doesn't make sense since Paige is doubly not human, and shouldn't be driven mad. In fact the Charmed Ones have had demonic powers before and were not driven mad, but instead turned evil.

Suggested correction: They all are human, just not mortals.

More trivia for Charmed

Answer: That was a mistake in the series.

Also, the episode is called 'Babies First Demon' and this alone tells us that it's Wyatt's first time in the field (so to speak) and as the sisters say, they've done a good job of clearing up their own magical messes so far. Nobody really knows how advanced Wyatt's powers are, or will become. That's why the cleaners appear, to nip things in the bud. The Cleaners didn't want to chance that the sisters could clean Wyatt's magic up, just incase they couldn't. Therefore intervening themselves, just in case.

Chosen answer: When the cleaners first surface in season 6 it is mentioned that usually the girls have been able to clean up their own messes (as seen in season 3 episode 22 when Phoebe turns back time thus concluding in the death of Prue).

Answer: Because they wanted them to fix their own mistakes.
