All Hell Breaks Loose - S3-E22
Corrected entry: When someone dies, the sisters can see their spirit, but when Prue died you couldn't see her spirit.
Corrected entry: Paige realises at the end that time went on in her own dimension at the same time as it went on in the alternate reality, and Piper calmly comments "Oh there you are. We were wondering" or words to that effect. Paige had been gone over a day and Leo wouldn't have been able to sense her across dimensions. Weren't Phoebe or Piper the least bit worried about her? (00:40:40)
Corrected entry: After Cole tells Leo, Piper and Phoebe the source has surfaced, Piper asks Leo if he can "sense Paige". Leo replies, saying no, "she's too new". But aren't white lighters meant to help witches who are just coming into their powers, which is exactly what Paige is doing?
Correction: It is also stated through out the entire show in various episodes that if a white lighter hasn't formed a bond with his new charge they can't sense them. For example when Leo first came around the charmed ones it was to get to know them and form that bond. This also occurs with Paige's new charges.
Corrected entry: When the sisters visit the vampire queen to make a deal, Piper blows up several of the vampires in their bat form. But in season 4's "Bite Me," the book of shadows says vampires are immune to witches' powers.
Correction: The Book of Shadows states that vampires are immune to witches' powers while in vampire/human form but are able to be destroyed in their bat form, which happens in both season's 4 & season 7's episodes.
Wrestling with Demons - S3-E12
Corrected entry: When Piper answers the cordless phone in the kitchen, there is a closeup of the phone ringing on its base. The phone and base unit are both white, but when the camera angle changes to show Piper answering the phone, the handset she holds to her ear has now changed to black.
Correction: The phone and base are both black - the answering machine next to it is white.
Valhalley of the Dolls (1) - S6-E1
Corrected entry: At the end of the previous season Chris's hair was very short. In this episode it's several inches long, but we know its only been 2 weeks since it's stated Leo's been missing for that long.
Correction: I was watching both episodes and looked back at them with this entry in mind. Chris' hair doesn't look that short at the end of season 5. It's just styled up (like spiked up), while at the beginning of season 6 it isn't styled much and just lies flat, which is why it looks different but it's just the styling.
We All Scream for Ice Cream - S3-E10
Corrected entry: When Prue and Phoebe first enter the ice-cream van, we are told that their powers don't work in this dimension, but a few minutes later, Phoebe gets a premonition from the swingset - if their powers really didn't work, she wouldn't have been able to.
Correction: Prue's telekinesis does not work against the ice-cream man because hers is an active power; one that works outside the mind of the Witch who is using the power. Phoebe was able to get a premonition because her power was passive; it only works in her mind as she's the only one who actually sees her premonitions. Had Phoebe tried, she would not have been able to levitate whilst inside the ice-cream truck.
Corrected entry: In the beginning, Prue and Phoebe are in the alleyway and they kill The Guardian with a sharp object to The Guardian's rune. The bad guy, Emilio, is lying unconscious on the top of the dumpster. A few scenes later, Phoebe and Prue are discussing why they should or should not help Cole prosecute, and Prue says something along the lines of, "And Emilio saw us use our powers". Since Emilio was unconscious, he could not have seen them use their powers.
Correction: Prue actually used her power to throw him on top of the dumpster in the first place, so he did see her use it before he was knocked unconscious.
Corrected entry: Leo tells the sisters that the darklighter gets his victims to commit suicide because it's the only way to prevent a future whitelighter from becoming a whightlighter. But in future episodes with darklighters, he tells the sisters that if the darklight kills their target, it will prevent them from doing all the good they are destined to do as a whitelighter.
Correction: Maggie had already done all the good she was destined to, meaning if the Darklighter was to shoot her, she would still become a whitelighter because she had already earned her wing, as they say. It's believed that the only sin that cannot be repented is suicide, so it would be the only way to damn her.
Corrected entry: Piper convinced Paige that they should use their powers to make Andrew confess to murder. Paige wonders why it's okay to reveal their powers to a mortal, and Piper and Leo explain to her that it's all right to use their powers on a mortal because they're trying to help an innocent. But in episode 2-19: "Ex Libris," Prue wanted to use a truth spell to force the pawnshop owner to confess to murder, and Phoebe pointed out that it is an abuse of their powers to punish the guilty.
Correction: There's a difference between helping the innocent and punishing the guilty. Sometimes, helping an innocent will inadvertently also punish the guilty, but the main goal for them is to stop pain and suffering happening directly to an innocent.
The Good, the Bad and the Cursed - S3-E14
Corrected entry: In "All Halliwell's Eve" the charmed ones go back to the past and don't have their powers because they wern't born yet. But when Cole and Prue go back to the Wild West, Prue keeps her powers even though she hadn't been born yet.
Correction: They don't actually go to the past. They go to an alternate realm/plane where the inhabitants are forced to relive the same time and events over and over because they keep making the same 'wrong' choices.
Corrected entry: When the Charmed Ones run up to the bedroom at the end of the episode, Prue can't find the poignard as she rummages through her black purse. Elliot, who has fallen from the bed, suddenly picks up the poignard from the ground, where it is sitting next to a black purse. The way the shot is set up, it looks as if the purse has fallen there, and the poignard fell out. But since Prue is still holding the purse that the poignard was supposed to be in, and she hadn't been to that room before, the poignard's presence on the floor is completely inexplicable. (00:41:40)
Correction: The purse on the ground, despite being black, is very different from Prue's purse, it is most likely somebody else's. As for the knife, the three sisters are all shoved when the bridesmaids enter and Prue's purse falls from her. We don't see the knife falling out, but its reasonable to assume that it did so since it ended up a few feet away where Elliot was.
Corrected entry: The Seer tells Cole about the importance of the upcoming "Harvest Moon." But this episode aired in mid-March, while the Harvest Moon is the full moon closest to the autumnal equinox. The full moon closest to the vernal equinox is known as the Worm Moon. (00:02:55)
Correction: Real time is not taken into account within the fiction of the show, so it doesn't matter what the actual date is when the episode aired.
Brain Drain - S4-E7
Corrected entry: Right after Piper comes out of her crazytown adventure, she comes down the stairs in completly different clothes and hairdo than she went in with.
Correction: This is not true, Piper has the same hair and same clothes.
Thank You for Not Morphing - S1-E3
Corrected entry: After the shapeshifter turned from a mailman into Andy, Prue told him about her father returning to town. Later, the real Andy came to the house, and then after a cut, he and Prue were talking about Prue's father, Victor. Andy has known Prue since high school, and therefore knows that Victor has been gone for twenty years. And since Prue only told the shapeshifter about Victor's return, the real Andy didn't know about it. So how could he and Prue have gotten onto the subject of Victor being in San Francisco, a fact that surely would have surprised the real Andy, without Prue figuring out that Andy wasn't the one she talked to earlier that day? (00:16:25)
Correction: We only see the second half of this conversation. They could have gotten onto the topic a number of ways, without Andy questioning it.
Something Wicca This Way Comes - S1-E1
Corrected entry: In the first episode Prue uses her powers to tighten the tie around her boss' neck as she walks down the hall, but in future episodes Prue must be looking at the object she moves with her power. (00:24:45)
Correction: Actually in other episodes (like the one where she was kidnapped and tied to a chair in the basement) she only needed to picture it in her mind. She didn't even know she was doing it at this time.
Is There a Woogy in the House? - S1-E15
Corrected entry: In the scene where Prue's guests are about to leave for Quake there is a crew member visible at the door and opening the door and walking out. (00:23:20)
Correction: It is actually one of the characters in the episode walking out.
Corrected entry: In episode 3-13: "Bride and Gloom," Prue was married to a warlock in a dark ceremony, causing her to almost immediately become evil, and this caused her sisters and the Book of Shadows to become evil as well because all of the magic is connected. In the fourth season, Phoebe married the Source in a dark ceremony, and did eventually herself become evil (as evidenced by her ability to touch the Grimoire), but the evil did not extend to her sisters or the Book. So the mistake is twofold: Phoebe did not immediately turn evil, and her sisters and the Book never turned evil.
Correction: The reason evil traveled from Prue to her other sisters and to the book was because of specific magic that the dark priestess performed. The marriage in itself wasn't enough to turn them evil, it was the ritual she performed in addition to the marriage.
Something Wicca This Way Comes - S1-E1
Corrected entry: Jeremy is a warlock, but he seemingly cannot blink. In all other episodes all warlocks have the ability to blink, but Jeremy had to run all of the way to the manor. While in the episode The Witch Is Back, Melinda says that a warlock who blinks must have taken it from a witch, that is not the case for the entire rest of the series where blinking is only an evil power used by warlocks. So either the writers changed their minds about what they wanted "blinking" to be, or they forgot what they had said about it originally, thus making this mistake.
Correction: Jeremy had to run all the way back to the manor because the sisters had cast a spell on him dampening his powers. The sisters had to use the power of three spell to vanquish him as well as the spell Piper cast on him, so he was pretty weakened at the point of the first spell.
When Bad Warlocks Go Good - S1-E18
Corrected entry: After the sisters stop Brendan from killing the woman and the police arrive, the woman tells Andy that she heard the name Prue. Andy tells Prue he can place her at the scene. But she can't be the only Prue in the city and the woman never saw Prue, so he can not place her at the scene.
Correction: Andy meant that he knew Prue was there at the scene. It might not have held up in a court of law or anything, but at this time Andy knew that the sisters (especially Prue) had a habit of being at crime scenes without any reasonable explanation. And honestly, Prue isn't exactly a common name.
Correction: This was explained by Grams that Prue was busy, in other words she is letting the living sisters move on with their life and Prue is getting use to being dead.
